FOX9 Weather

The app pulls from the National Weather Service. This would be fine, if the app's forecasts weren't so significantly different from Fix 9's broadcast forecasts. Result: trust very low for both.

Seems to believe I always want station notifications since the app refuses to remember I turned them off. I don't want non-urgent notifications from an app that should be in the background. Considering uninstalling and moving on as the developers seem to be in no hurry to fix the latest update

Nice app, works as expected. I like the refreshed widget appearance, but would appreciate a black or transparent background as the blue sticks out in my theme.

1. Click on stories and they aren't there. 2. Small headlines in notifications but you can't see the rest of the headline (android), most times story isn't even there anymore so you wonder what the story really was about. 3. Wish the app would be connected to the fox 9 news. 4. Going to Uninstall and try reinstalling to see if there is a better revision as it seems just as clunky as 4 or more phones ago. Not sure it's really updating correctly when it's transferred from phone to phone to phone..

I hate practically all the new features but especially the MAPS. Zooming no longer works right. It defaults way too far out, and zooming in and out is not easy like it used to be. I no longer see the topography option. I will uninstall as soon as I find a replacement that is close to the older version in functionality. Bye bye!

App is becoming useless. Everyday now forecast shows clear skies. Than next day it's the opposite. Get it together fox 9.

Used to be great, now every time I open the app it says "this application is not available in your current area" I've uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times, still happens. I'm done with it.

This app worked great up until this past week. When you open the app you can't click on anything. It won't let you access the hourly and daily forecast or even the map feature. You cannot open the menu etc....nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times over the past 3 days and it always the same issue.

Great app until last update. The follow me function does not work. I uninstalled, reinstalled, still didn't work. Now I read the reviews and see it wasn't just me. Please fox 9, fix or delete the last update. I use this feature often traveling and severe weather and love the app. But may have to use something else.

Need to put more hours on the hourly more then just 48 hours and put more details in the weather please

Worked fine for a long time but now every time I open it it just freezes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, restart my phone, making sure the app was up to date, but it still freezes and does nothing when I try to use the map, check hourly wearher, or daily weather. it has been basically useless for the past month.

Used to be my favorite weather app. Now it takes forever to load if it loads at all. Essentially useless at this point.

Way better than the built in app and way more accurate.

I love the app! If only it worked more often. 80% of the time it freezes before I can do anything.. Super frustrating. I kept it for a while hoping there would be a bug fix but looks like I need to find a different weather app.

Latest update includes excessive banners at top and bottom of the page. By doing this they shrunk the map and made it more like the apple version which is also not well designed. Random video from traffic maps, meterologist and adds are just plain irritating. As app sits with this update, sadly I cannot recommend it.

Would have given this 5 stars if I was able to receive station alerts or have the weather displayed on my notification bar or lock screen. Other than that, very informative app, easy to use, reliable, pretty darn accurate and easy to use. Thank you all for your hard work.

Good app, just difficult to see current temperature in home page due to background image. Using Android.

My "go to" app for weather. Fairly accurate. However, with the latest update, the radar map consistently opens in "satellite" mode and I must switch to "light" mode each and every time. Please save my preferences!

When you open up the app it automatically goes to a video of a weather forecast with an unflattering frozen facial expression. I want to quickly check current temp, wind speed & feels like temp, not scroll down through a bunch of space filler.

The video is in the way. The decision to put flashy looks over function was a bad one. Having to now scroll all over the place to find information is very unhelpful. The old version was 5 stars but this one is zero stars.

This is the app to use for weather. If the sky looks gray and the clouds are rolling in check out the Fox Nine weather app. We always look at the live radar to see what and where the partisapation is. Help with planning your day or events with the daily outlook. Use it, Love it....

Used to be great, but now it won't load unless I go into it and it takes a while for it to load anything. Not my internet connection, data speed, or my new Galaxy phone. Just a slow app. The recent updates must have done something to it. Please fix this!
