Works sometimes, but not all the time. Whenever I begin to take a screening survey, I get an error saying that something has happened and that I need to log out and back into the app to try again. Fpg POV seems to work better on a desktop or laptop computer no, but I have yet to be impressed with the app itself.
Would be great if I were able to actually open the damn app or maybe even just be able to log into my account from the website on my phone and/or my desktop!! Critical errors and unwarranted page refreshes that wipe all the info I just spent time filling in....gone. I sent an email to support last week AND posted on FB asking for help and have still, not received ANY RESPONSES!!
Just started using the app and already I have qualified for a study next week. So sweet. Have not had any problems so far. I would like not keep updating my profile because so far everything is still updated. Maybe they could just add the information they need from us in a separate page so we don't have to keep going through every single option. Time saver for sure. I'm so ready to give my opinion on things, try new things and learn about products while earning money, gift cards & products.
Despite the app not working properly, I disagree that this company is a scam. I have been chosen for several jobs, some were online for 2 weeks, or over the phone, or just 2 hours in a focus group setting. I have qualified for more but I need to get a webcam. The company is extremely professional and payment is with Visa gift cards, but some companies have paid in Amazon GCs, as was the case when I did a study for Xfinity through this company. Yes, I have been turned down many times as well.
I love that it makes it easier to have all of the available studies in one place, but I am CONSTANTLY getting errors that kick me out in the middle of taking a survey. I've deleted the app and redownload, restarting doesn't help. When will this bug be fixed?
The app can be a little slow at times and it has crashed on me once before. I'm sure a past update fixed that problem, all around pretty good otherwise!
Good layout, pleasant colors... but error message pops up every time I try to complete an answer. I have to go to regular browser website to complete anything. Not good. Uninstalling.
The App itself works great on my Note 8. Its not the app that's the problem. It's the company itself. Ask yourself this, even after doing all the endless surveys and passing and them saying I am going to be contacted over the phone by someone. I never get a call. Ever!Thinking out side the box.They actually dont need to conduct a live panel discussion or Skype,when they already got all the information needed for free asking me and you all questions to quote unquote see if we qualify! Gimmick!
This app doesn't work consistently and leaves old information on it that's not updated. Sometimes the little circle just spins and spins and no connection is made.
The app is not working properly. I cannot login, either with my email or with my Facebook account. Logging in on the website works perfectly fine. Will update my review if it begins to work.
Used to be great but now it times out or stops after answering two or three questions. Force stopped it and reloaded it but kept stopping. Tells you to exit and come back again but that doesn't help. I'm on the updated version already.
App isn't working. it won't log in through Facebook and when I try to log in by email, it says I have an invalid login or password. Both SN and PW work fine on the website on my PC.
ive tried several times to download and sign in to this app.. It doesn't work at all! I have even emailed Focus Pointe Global to let them know but the issue hasn't been resolved.
App crashes constantly. Can't even complete a survey without it giving me an error message. Very frustrating!
They sure gather enough of your information but they won't let you participate in any surveys. I can't get past the initial screener. And I've taken a bunch. This app is a, or was a complete waste of my time.
This App Sucks!!!! You are never a match for anything no matter what answers you put on there. i know some automated robot is gonna put up some fake apologetic response to this but it wont help. False Advertising at its lowest pointe. i would give a negative rating if i could
Old surveys still show as "available," settings menu just spins waiting. Notifications lead to nothing in the app. Waste of time.
Trying to fill out the profile questions and I keep getting an error message that says: "An error has occurred. If it will persist please log out and log in after a few minutes." I did that, same error message every time.
Unable to use using Facebook login. Invalid key hash. What's worse is clicking on the link on web browser redirects to the app. So I'm unable to use their platform
Kept getting error message while answering questions. When I finally finished with my questions I tried to take several surveys only for the app to tell me that my answered questions do not fit the survey criteria. If this is the case shouldn't I only be receiving criteria that matches my questions? Why not just give me things that fit me. Also the information tab should display what the survey or interview is about and give and estimate of how long it will take to complete.
Your app SUCKS! Its not user friendly, you dont have a way of deleting or deactivating your account. YOU LIE! YOU DONT PAY OUT ON ANYTHING! The whole thing is a waist of time. This company & app are a total scam/joke. My advice, DONT WAIST YOUR TIME! Plus, recovering an old account by resetting the password is a joke. It doesnt work! I tried 5 times to reset my password and recover my old account and it wont!
Everytime I get an email about taking a survey it always says I'm not a match... And I also looked over to make sure I don't have to update any of my personal info but It's all up to date... I would love to be apart of It one day...
The new version still crashes while in surveys. Now we can at least resume from the crash by dismissing or restarting survey.
App was so-so. But devs are no longer populating it with new studies ever since lockdown. It's not a matter of not qualifying. They're not even uploaded to the app from the website. Uninstalling soon.
This is a joke. I know for a fact the interview questions are the actual surveys. That's why you never qualify for anything and they never pay out. I actually don't know anyone who's gotten paid and I have several friends who signed up over the past few months.
I've been with FPG for a few years and have never had any problems with them, I reply to about 3-6 surveys per week and have been chosen about twice per year to participate which I think is great. They are a very friendly bunch but most importantly are totally professional and treat everyone with respect.
Excellent way to make extra cash! I've completed several focus groups with this app and the pay out is worth it. Most are at least $100.
Every time I open this app I get signed out, even if I just close the app for a small amount of time. This dosent matter as the app has never filled the intended purpose.
I like the company as a whole but it seems really difficult to use when you have to re-enter the app after every question. Stick to the website.
I love having an app for surveys, but it's a little clunky and slow to load. I highly recommended it to anyone who wants to do market research, but since I can't find a feedback form I will post some suggestions for the technical aspects of the app here: I can't update my address in the profile settings because it says my email is "already in use". Also when you upload a new picture there it doesn't save the text you entered. Sometimes you have to tap nav icons in the upper left multiple times
