This is one of the slowest apps in here. It takes 2 minutes to finally get passed the loading screen, then once you get to the dashboard, most features are down and cant be accessed. Needs to be fixed. We all pay way more for power now, and need to start seeing improvements, not diminishment.
Been great since I downloaded it, until this month been trying to pay the bill and it won't process my request "at this time" which has been little over a week. Hope this will be resolved before my due date. Thanks. Thanks for listening, the new update has resolved this matter.
Online options should include debit cards visa etc, like every other company does, Having to trust a third party is not only unsafe,but, inconvenient. The fact you is you have to pay additional fees to pay, Why dont you provide mastercard visa am,discover,or even paypal, free to your customers, its not like we pay low amt, Everyone bills min 50$ plus , i know well over that , i dont understand why isnt an option, No excuse for this to send customers to a third party to pay a bill comes mtly

Outstanding Work! The App is fantastic at not working with you, but against you. I absolutely smile ear to ear when I try to input the Current account, Address and the Sumbit button... submits to giving me an Error. This app offers wonderful features, like horrible load times. Error codes, and the always fantastic "call support" Error. 1/5 Have to use again🙂
Desperately needs an update. I'm unable to view usage. Even the website has a 404 error. It used to work just fine, but it has been nearly a month and I have no way to track usage. I had given this app 5 stars, and I will again, when this issue is resolved.

Slow slow slow, when paying bill you click on Submit and nothing happens. You wait 30+ seconds and still nothing. Click Submit several more times and nothing. Logging in takes a very long time. For the amount of money you would expect better.
I'm a snowbird. This app lets me monitor power usage ( to see if my a/c is operating) while I'm gone for months.
So far, very convenient. However, they should add a feature to where you can upload your picture ID and social. Instead of sending it though an email. I hate dealing with the people over the phone, because I have only ever spoken to one person who was very nice, and helped me get my account set up, because I had finally moved out on my own, and had no idea what I was doing. Since then every person I have talked to has been... Well not very nice.
Wish I could give half a star. You would think all this money they make from consumers that the app would be on point. But no. You can't even pay your bill with ease of use. The submit button is there for decor purposes. I'm just trying to pay my bill since you don't give any leniency with the payment date. You won't be charging me no late fees because of this jacked up app.
This app is more of a hastle, than convenience. Cant even pay the bill with it. Only error messagrs or it wouldnt process the payment at all. Not to mention that the option is by 3rd party app which is even more hastle.
This app sucks...I click submit to make a payment...nothing...had to pay online. Not to mention they try to make it seem like it's your fault for the higher bill. Im paying at least $50-$60 more during the winter months and thats when our bill is lowest because we're barely using heat/cool. Its BS. Worried to see what my summer bill will be when we're using A/C continuously. Hate this company.
What a pathetic app! Extremely slow and NOTHING LOADS! Might as well watch paint dry.
Love this app because you can check your bill before your bill comes in the mail and you can have your bill on auto pay.
It shows hourly usage, but hourly is not on this app. I want to track my usage hourly when I choose to. Why is hourly not on the app on this device? The table view isn't available very often. I want table view, not graph view. Table view is more accurate. Please fix these issues.
Very convenient app to use for your fpl payment history.I been with them since the age of 17 and I've not ever had any issues with them and I love the service and app.
There's no point to this app. When you login to it, it takes you to the website on your browser, where you have to sign AGAIN. It's a waste of space on your phone. It gives me anxiety whenever I need to check to see why my bill is ASTRONOMICAL. Deleting this app. I wish I could delete this company! All five star reviews are fake and bought, praising this company for YEARS! Really?? Yea right!!
It's very easy to navigate and very convenient to make payments. No complaints so far! :)
It's so confusing, o have an account and made payments by the app doesn't recognize my account. I confirm it and it knows it has all my info but doesn't work. I'll change my rating when it starts working properly
I thoroughly like that you can view the amount that you have used so far for the month. As far as the day that you're actually on right then.
When I'm able to pay using my card through the app I'll probably considered it good. Your only one of the richest companies in the world.

Like the app. Do not appreciate the price gouging that the company is doing in Northern Florida. Although the app would be better if it gave us an actual way to contact representatives in the company with problems and concerns.
VERY MISLEADING. DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY MY BILL THE WAY IT IS. TRIED CALLING TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAS NOT ABLE TO!!!! MY BILL IS LEGITIMATELY PAYABLE JUST CONFUSED ON WHY IT STARTS OFF SO HIGH WHEN 3 DAYS HAS NOT BEEN HERE YET.
One of the better apps. Lots of good info but not as robust as website, of course. Could use an option for static display of password when typing. Cell phones have very small keyboards. Plus, the incorrect password is not cleared. Annoying to backspace entire field and start over. Other than that, app is very stable and easy to use. Good job FPL.
The app is easy to navigate and extremely fast. It does not, however, display the daily breakdown of previous months but the last couple of days (no info can be seen before that) and only the average monthly usage of the last 3 months is shown. It also takes longer to update the latest usage info (yesterday's usage already comes up in the website but not in the app, for instance).
I find this app helpful & informative. The overall account balance,current usage display & average daily usage cost, ability to report outages or service issues & the meter read dates I can anticipate my budget is also helpful. My only negative review would be the inability to make a payment on the app without giving banking info/opting for auto bill pay. My only choice is Speed Pay via phone,which costs extra, which is unfair & almost punishment for not doing what the company wants. Please Fix
