Needs much work! Much more refinement! I love the big search window. I love the images and that it feels, meant for my phone device. Yet, whenever I hit the back button to return to the previous screen, it exits me out of the site, completely! If I was checking up on the status of two orders, for example, I have to keep starting all over! Repeating steps I've already done, because I am out of the site! Many times, when I click on the app icon to open, it freezes or doesn't show anything!

As an online store is amazing, great variety in products at good prices, but as an app it has a lot to improve. It takes some time to load and once you hit the back button the app automatically removes you to your phone home screen and whatever you were looking disappears you have to look for it again.

Terrible app, always slow loading and they constantly send digital pop up advertising specials that you can not actually get after spending so much wasted time online thinking that I did something wrong and starting over. After multiple attempts I realized that it is a total price bait and switch. Had to call them and then they send me a coupon honoring the original discount they advertised. I have ordered three times in in the last year and every time I have encountered The same problem.

Didn't keep it installed long. I have no problem with the website. I love fragrancenet, good deals and lots of variety. But I couldn't do anything with the app. It kept freezing and for some reason the website is different. When I searched for my favorite brand on the app only 2 items popped up. On the website most of the scents are there. Seems kind of odd. Either way I don't see the point in having this app when the website works so much better. I only gave 3 stars because I like fragrancenet.

This isn't about the app so much itself, just about the service. I prepaid for an entire year for purple luxe (a fragrance subscription) and decided to cancel with three months remaining. It very CLEARLY states on their website that if your prepaid for your entire subscription, you'll be refunded the prorated amount of the subscription you have not received within 5-7 business days. I did not receive a refund after cancelling. Customer service gave the run around. TERRIBLE service!!!!

The app works fine. I haven't had a terrible experience as many seem to have had, however, since the last update, I've notices tons of discrepancies in perfumes' availability. Where the app says that, for example, Chrome Sport is Sold Out, the website shows is still available, in different sizes and everything. Anyone else experiencing this?

Terrrrrrible app. This review is for the app and not for the business itself. The app is not even able to show the shipping status. What the eff is the use of this app then? The app loads and browses through pages at a glacial pace. It outright exits upon pressing my android's back button leaving me extremely frustrated. This should be a quick fix, but it's a terrible experience until it's fixed.

Your "free shipping" is AWFUL. Your stuff travels past the state its supposed to be delivered, then arrives in the state its supposed to go just to get sent to another state, then finally delivered back in the state it was just in. App is ok. Don't use the back button on your device or you'll positively and completely exit out the app losing where you were.

The app is annoying. The search results do not persist. If you search for something and click on one of the results, the Back button will not take you back to your search results. Instead it takes you back to the Home screen so you have to type in your search all over again. If you change apps or go back to the home screen and come back the app reset back to the home screen. Like I said... Annoying.

Would be real nice if you could add an option to choose what currency you would like to shop in. I am in Canada and would like to be able to view the prices in Canadian dollars. You can only do that on the desktop web page version. Also, you can't add an item to a wish list to save for later.

I absolutely love this company and the website, but several days and several attempts per day, the app does not work! I get the intro screen... white background, purple perfume bottle, etc. Then, the screen goes completely white and that's it. Can't request tech support because the app won't load for me to get to a help screen. Maybe this will get me some help???

App is as slow as pouring molasses in a snowstorm in February!! My meaning is, it just sits there and does nothing! I've been waiting for over 5 minutes to to get to another page in your app and it forgot to remind itself where it was asked to go! When the app was working, barely, half of the fragrances I wanted to order were out of stock and many item are always out of stock! On more positive note, your prices just cannot be beat anywhere!! Take the good with disappointments!

Sadly all of the comments were true, while I didn't have the load problem some people suggested the things on this app are more expensive then the website, $79.99 compared to $50.39 on the web. So in that regard I would recommend the website then this app, shame because I like the website and how cheap it is, it's just a bother when you need to click so many bottons to get on one page...

This app could be better. It shouldn't restart everytime I switch between apps. Also it is really annoying trying to go back to a previous page. it doesn't mesh well with my operating system unfortunately.

I downloaded the app thinking it would be faster than the practically non functional site but no, the app is just as bad. Kind of makes me want to cancel my lux subscription because it takes so long to update my list, it's not even enjoyable.

App is slow, shipping even slower. I placed two orders with this app. 1st one took several days to ship then when I checked status the app said it couldn't find my order. 2nd order I tried to cancel 5 hours after I placed it and it was denied and suddenly they were the kings of speedy shipping. The app stinks and not impressed with the service at all, kind of feels shady.

Doesn't accept Amazon pay, says it needs to accept cookies but how do I do that and why do I have to be bothered by changing a setting? The back button on the phone does not go back in the app, instead it leaves the app itself making navigating tedious. The app crashed numerous times. What a pain to order something!

They've upped the prices so much in less than two weeks, now that the 2 deliveries have never been delivered, they only want to refund 1 of the orders that I made, especially for Christmas, and NOW if i tried to purchase both of my orders, i would only have $150, when the price for these orders are now close to $250. UNBELIEVABLE. I don't know what happened to the company, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

I love this app. FragranceNet is one of the least expensive perfume retailers I've found.. And on top of that, they have great sales. There are so many fragrances to choose from and the reviews from other customers is a big help when I'm considering purchasing something new. Plus they have hair and beauty products! 😍 Oh and did I say they also have great sales.

I've been a customer with this retailer for a number of years and appreciate them. If I had one wish🤞, it would be for them to add a favorites or wish list, so that I could go back and purchase unbudgeted items.

I have ordered twice, Cool Water and Victoria's Secret..it is a little slow in the mail..but that was my only problem. I will be shopping with them again.😁 they even sent me other free samples that were included in my order. What a cool surprise.

Loving the prices and the selection of perfumes. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for purfume, cologne, hair products and beauty products. I am pretty sure they do the split payment thingy into 4 payments to make it more affordable.😁

I am very upset regarding my order. I had no idea I was purchasing a tester bottle of cologne. They strategically placed stickers over the box and the bottle to hide where it says not for resale and that it's a tester. As of right now I would not recommend. If something is done regarding my issue I will make corrections to my review as needed.

My experience with this app has been a pleasure, I'm quite a skeptic when it comes to ordering online, so far so good! What you say is what you get! Not to mention coupons available upon ordering! They are very useful. The rest is up to YOU ! 😃

There are no deals here especially in the 50% off categories! I can go to Macy's and find better deals on men's cologne. This site is just another blah blah blah "we have huge discounts, and the best deals UP TO 90% OFF" it's a joke I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone looking for a deal on cologne, now if your looking for a hard to find fragrance this place has a huge selection especially of hard to find scents, just expect to pay hard to find prices.

I have an account, and I cannot access. Is terribly difficult to navigate. I am about to uninstalled the app. It is useless I being trying to order and fail each time for three weeks
