Great app. Easy to use and I've never had a problem with the software or misunderstood the prompts and descriptions. Overall, the app is quite practical, simple and fairly intuitive. I'm rating 4/5 because nothing is perfect and I believe there could be improvement to this already impressive tool.
This app updated and hasn't worked since. Because it doesn't work, i'm not getting my notifications. 🤨
This app is an excellent way to have easy access to your basic banking needs. Checking your balances, charges, pending deposits, transfers, even depositing a check through the app- all can be done for any of your accounts, whether you're at home or standing in a store. It's very convenient, and the app has never given me an issue.
November 2018: has worked great until the last week. now it won't open at all! have tried reinstalling and restarting my phone multiple times. nothing works! my brother's app works just fine. rather irritated. update: took two months, but it started working again. now it's updated in the last 24 hours and wont even open.
I really like being able to deposit from home, rather than having drive to thebank to deposit. With the price of gas, this saves us money!
I loved this app and it worked great on my s10+ but since upgrading to the s22 ultra the app stopped working. It won't load, it just freezes when you try to open it up. I've tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no improvement. Hope this issue gets fixed soon.
I used to love this app. Its was easy to use. It worked on my older galaxy s8+ phone but now that i updated my phone to the brand new galaxy S22 the App doesn't work! It will not open to load the app fully just freezes even after Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Bummer hopefully this gets fixed asap
Worked great on my old phone. Switched to the Galaxy S22 and am no longer able to use the app. It doesn't load and slows the response times of the buttons. App might need to have some bugs fixed...
Application will not work on new Samsung 22plus. I have tried adding and removing multiple times. I hope you are looking into fixing the issues, it worked great on my old phone.
After android update, app no longer works. Uninstalling until there is an update. Very disappointing there is not update After almost a month since the Android update. Wish could give zero starts. Still no update??? EDIT: App seems to be working again. Never saw an app update, so it must have been the recent Android update. App is working great!!
Overall, it's a very good app. It occasionally crashes. It does auto logouts much quicker and more often than necessary, but it's only a minor annoyance. Otherwise, I haven't had many issues and it serves its purpose decent enough.
Keeps saying I don't have network connectivity even if I use wifi
Worked fine on my Samsung Galaxy A01 until recent update. I have tried every suggestion without success. I downloaded to my Samsung Tab A and it seems to be fine, BUT I need confidence in an app that has access to my finances. I wish I could say that about this one.
Good app, but like others the app goes into "Error occurred, call for assistance." If you Uninstaller and reinstall it will work again for a day or two then falls back into old pattern. Kinda pointless having the app to check accounts when it is more troublesome then it is worth.
Said I liked it in March 2021 but not any more. Can't log into the app. Something about automated clicker program in combination with this app. Called the bank and they told me I would have to deal with my phone provider. Changing banks!
As other reviews say it constantly crashes and won't accept your log in info, if you even get that far. Seems like I have to uninstall the app constantly just to get it to work. Amazed it even has 3 stars.
The app very rarely even works. Every update just breaks the app more. I've reached the point of not being able to push anything on the app. And yes, I've uninstalled and reinstalled.
Worked OK until the last update. Now I can't even log in. It says it detects automated clicker apps. I tried contacting support and nothing has changed and nobody has gotten back to me. Don't waste your time, try a different bank.
App worked great for a long time, but for the past few months it errors out everytime I try to open it. Appears there is no end in sight if it's taken this long to fix.
Not a fan. It's really glitchy for a banking app. Also really annoying that you have to put your password in multiple times while already logged into the app.

It's a good app when it works. At least once a month sometimes twice a month get a "error occurred please call customer service" Have to Uninstaller app and the re-install. Frustrating
I've had to uninstall and reinstall over 6 times, constantly kicks me out and makes me sign in again. Incredibly irritating. Rarely works.
As it currently sits, I cannot even get the app to open on my phone, let alone check my accounts with it. Very dissappointing change.
Don't work on new phones samsung s22 ultra. Older phone worked great. They need to update the app
