• Have an active personal insurance policy
• Have an active billing account
• Not be subject to other policy or billing restrictions

Clunky! Unless you just want to look at you account docs. Should be able to just make a payment from the app....instead you have to jump to their website to complete it.
Great app for viewing documents and making payments
The auto ID card feature and roadside information are very easily accessible. The FMI declarations look fabulous too!
Easy to use once your account is setup. Just started using the app but haven't found any bugs or fixes yet.

Was able to update credit card info and pay policy right on phone.
Useful information at your fingertips.
Not user friendly. Has no auto insurance cards. Can't pay bills. Takes you to website to login again to pay bills or see policy. Doesn't has account or policy numbers in app or website even after logged in. Totally bogus app. Needs major fix.
