I had heard about the terrible upgrade to the new app, and have been avoiding updating the app on my phone... but it finally caught up with me, and oh gosh it is horrendous. I had been saving my £10 off voucher, and it along with all the others have vanished. I've tried changing passwords when repeatedly prompted to do so, reinstalling the app, but it's making me want to throw my phone in the bin. I regularly visit FnB, but i won't be going back until this is sorted, as i don't trust the reliability of this app

This app used to be good. Just tried to log in and it says my password has expired so it sent me a link to change it. Click on the link in the email and tells me I can't do it as apparently the time on my phone it wrong........its definitely not!! So thought I'd sign up using my Facebook log in to my Facebook and back to login/register page and all I get is the loading circle. This app desperately needs an update

it would be a really good app, apart from it won't let me log in or reset my password. when I try to log in it says my username or password is wrong, when I try to reset it, it either doesn't load or it does load but doesn't send an email with a link to change it. it works with the online version, but not this app! no option for customer support either

Mediocre - went to pay for my meal using the app on two separate occasions (today and a few months ago) and it takes you to the self-registration page. Once you fill in the page, you have to do it again! You cannot pay using the app....nor can you accessthe internet using the wifi!

Doesn't work! Downloaded as I can't do click and collect online but this doesn't work either. It just does a loading sign when you click the restaurant then goes back to the page to choose the restaurant again. Tried on an iphone and on a android so it's not a problem with the phone.

what a weird app I can login perfectly no issue with my password but as soon as I go to click and collect after choosing my food and time it then asks you to login again only to be confronted by this message "Unable to find user with the specified login details. (Z952)" How weird is that??? your app is costing you customers as I certainly won't be using it again absolutely useless

Extremely frustrating!!!! Click and collect doesn't work, I've selected the branch I want to collect from and it doesn't give you the option to order.... The page just refreshes!!! App is upto date, I've tried all sorts to try and get it to work 👎

When I tried to login says the password is expired but is no way to reset the password as the app stuck trying to send the email to my inbox.. Nothing happen to the end and this bug looks will be never fixed as I have this issue since last year. Uninstall

Couldn't even get the app to open. It would load and show a red background with people dancing for a few seconds and then it would promptly change to a white background with nothing on it. That's all the app would do.

Original app worked fine but the 'improved' version is very frustrating...it will not allow me to input my email address whatever I try, hence I cannot log in. I will have to log in via the website to book or collect vouchers. Disappointing.

I think this app has a bug....I just can't seem to log in on my Sony Xperia phone!!!! It says my password has expired, try to reset, but when I click 'comtinue' it just hangs. Also no luck in trying the forgot password route, hangs on comtinue there too!!! Please help and fix!

Here is a simple & concise review. This app is pure GARBAGE. Uninstalled/reinstalled, will still not log me in & when I try to change password via my registered E-mail address all I get is a spinning circle & no E-mail link. Fantastic piece of junk. Well done and it's been like this for ages. Just take it off the store, useless rubbish.

I can't log in. Says password expired. When I try to reset it, the loading screen never loads. Oh well, time to find somewhere else to eat (service is never that great anyway!)

Every since the last update, I am unable to login into my account. It says my password has expired and then when you click to reset it, the app crashes and nothing happens

The app itself isnt too bad, but tends to lose your login details a lot and spams enough notifications (that cant be configured in the app) that I've had to block it.

I can't log on. It says I'm using wrong email or password. I can"t change the password after clicking ' forgotten password" either, the green circle just continuosly goes round. i've tried several times and different days. I' ve now deleted the app

Won't load up all I get is a white screen...what's the point in having an app if you're not going to read the reviews and fix the problem!!!

For a app update that crashes and never loads properly, goes to show that people are having trouble with it. If I could rate it 0 I would.

unable to log in for some time since it was upated. Passwords are unrecognised, even reset ones don't work. This happened with KFC app too....is it the same developers by any chance? It seems that eveyone else is having the same problem too.

No way in the app to stop notifications, and also can't scroll down the menu to see if there's an option for 'settings' or notifications. Uninstalled immediately.

Password complexity check is broken... App has forgotten my login details and now I can't login because of this password bug... Tested before release??? Edit: update just released, still broken. Might have to make my password LESS secure just to login! UPDATE 2019-01-26: Issues above from 2018-10-12 still apply!! Still cannot login because their password complexity check is broken! Sigh...

This app is awful! used to work fine but now password page has a bug or something and I cant log in, have uninstalled app and reinstalled it but still doesn't work, dont bother with this App!

Very buggy app! Doesn't want you to sign in or register keeps making you go round in loops and tells you password has expired. It has been doing this since April!!

Tried to use the app to order take out. signed in fine but when you get to payment screen it asks you to sign in again and never let's you. request email password reset 3 times but never arrived, ordered else where in end

Where do I start? Didnt recognise we where in a restaurant. Even when we said that we where and at a table came back with a table not available notification. Even the staff said don't use the app. Pointless, uninstalled. Ps connected to WiFi in restaurant and completely useless aswel

Improvements? Not even being able to type my email to sign in is not an improvement. You had a good app, whatever you changed has made it literally unusable. Time to roll back.
