App worked fine for a year... then one day decided to not work ... tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times but cant getthe app to work

Having issues with the app. It is telling me I don't have network connection and my connection is fine.

Edit: 5/8/21. Almost a year later and its gotten worse. The app crashes every time. Plz fix Works great.. until it doesn't. I cant use the app when Im in it. Nothing is clickable. Restarted phone and app several times..nothing worked.. Basically I have a nice little balance checker and the notifications from purchases/deposits are very handy but I can't do anything else with the app. Its been like this through several phones so I have to believe its the app. I love the app when it works however.

I don't like the fact that to make a bill payment or transfer from the phone app I have to use the long password I'd use on a computer. My passwords are remembered by my computer- I have too many to remember. I use the fingerprint login. That is more unique and secure than a password. It verifies it is me. That should be enough.

Very reliable app works great never had any problems as soon as I buy something it shows up on my app within seconds to a minute. You gotta know how much money you have while your shopping! Enjoy this app. Pretty sure its Ad free as well!

Annoyed, app tells me about 80% of the time that an error has occurred and to call customer service. Very annoying when you wanna check your balance on your bank app that is supposed to be made to do that!

App no longer works for me. Hasn't worked in over a month. It won't open. Just gives me an error message. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted my phone, etc

App does not work anymore. Used to work flawlessly but now its broken. Time to go back to the old check register. Fix your app FSB!! Oh and before you tell me its my phone. Well let me tell you its not. I have had FSB app on my phone for years. Its only since the newest update. All my other banking apps work fine. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled i cant even sign in with it freezing.

Just got a samsung s22 ultra go to open app window opens with the icon for the app in the middle then nothing . Uninstaller then reinstalled still nothing . Worked fine on the samsung note 10.

Simple, secure user friendly app. Deposits are easy. While internal transfers are instant it's a easy-to-navigate, awesome app

Zelle not an option?. Zelle says must use fsb app, as does fsb website, but app does not show this option anywhere

Fairly easy to use. Had trouble with the "find an ATM" feature, and it would be nice if there were more search options in the account view, but otherwise no issues.

A high performance app no doubt. I've been using this service for over a year now with no hangups at all! Very easy to quickly check balances of accounts before even signing in, but also instant transfers within when the wife forgets her lunch money! lol Thanks FSB

The app had been working fine and then all of a sudden it was missing from my screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and all I get is a white screen.

Best banking app, So many helpful options. I literally never have to go in to the bank which is super helpful because I live 2 hours away from my bank but Never want to have to change banks! FSB is the best bank and there app is most user friendly app I've ever used! I am the most Tech-Challenged person and If I give a 5 star that means it's Easy-Peasy!

Since I bought a new phone I've been able to use this app again, without any problems. It works great. It's a lot easier than having to call the automated line every time you want to check your balance. Thank you Franklin Savings Bank, I love this app.

Works great on the go, can deposit checks and make transfers between accounts. Lists all accounts so it's easy to check on them at once. Can find atms and call them directly with issues. Wish you could put a freeze on a card in case of theft though.

Time saver, quick and easy transfers,deposit checks... You can set up alerts for transactions. This app is very intuitive never had any issued.

alert are almost instantaneous, I'm still in the drive through lane when my phone alerts me of the deposit I just made. use this app often to check and transfer the money it's really easy to use and I always feel safe using it! highly recommend

Stopped working after the most recent update. I haven't been able to open the app since it was updated, it closes out and gives me an error.

This app used to work flawless before last update now it force closes whenever I try to start the app and won't even get to the login screen, anyone know a fix? Tried reinstalling many times and still doesn't fix

I too got a new phone where the app worked for 2 weeks. I've gone to Verizon, fsb, verizon says my phone is all set fsb says reinstall . Neither option worked. Very frustrating.

Horrible can't even bring it up on my new phone. Worked well with my old phone just keeps closing down. Why can't they leave well enough alone and not do updates. If it isn't broke don't fix it

Works perfectly well, only complaint is that it doesn't show you're running balance with the statement(it does online tho). It does obviously show the current balance, but that's not too big of an issue

Super convenient, and easy to use. Customer service and representatives are always a pleasure to talk to and always a huge help

the FSB app is very convenient. i can see my transactions at any time and sends alerts that i select. i can also transfer funds and make deposits with my phone.

The app works great. I am disappointed that the website says I can use Zelle through the app, but there is no option under transfers and pay.

I never have an issue with this app. I can deposit, tranfer money and i have my childrens accts linked, so i can see what they are spending money on!
