Worst app. Not able to invest existing folio every time. Very difficult to search existing folio while investing....
Very user friendly app. Easy to transact without any hurdle. Easy to manage your port folio on finger tips. 4 digit pin login is very effective and removes the hassle of typing user id and password everytime I login. One touch purchase is an added advantage if you want to save time while doing a repeat transaction. Chat option is also available and is very effective. Overall one of the best investment app. Congrats to Ft Team. Looking forward for more new features in the future.
I have been using this app for quite sometime now. It is user friendly and easy to use. Changing the SIP amount or checking the current value of the investment has become easier. It is easier to get the account statements any time and handle the various portfolios that are being run. I don't really need to connect with the officials for every thing, the app basically facilitates varied options to manage the investments.
Second time investment is not easy because my bank account gets auto selected and I am not redirected to the bank app. Only when I click the three dots at upper right corner I am allowed to change the payment option. Not getting redirected to bank app after the transaction leaves me clueless on what needs to be done on my part. This is the reason I rated 4 stars. Apart from this issue overall app experience and available features are good.
Horrible Apk After an Update how does it remove the Fingerprint access and login Credentials !!! Waiting for the OTP since ages It never comes Nor does an email come.!!

I have been using different MF Apps for quite some time now but I feel FT App is rich in features, easy to transact and navigate. I would suggest users to try its features like One touch invest (repeat purchase with minimum clicks), Smart Savings Account (to park money for short term). You can pay through Net banking/Debit Card/UPI/NEFT/RTGS or NACH. Thank you for the fabulous investment App. Loved it ! !
Well done by the entire Franklin team! I found this app extremely convenient to use as it saves a lot of time and effort. One can start a SIP as well as cancel it from the app itself. There are several other functionalities available in the app, apart from this. It's a five out of five from me👍👍
Love the interface and ease with which any new person can use the app. Though I had problems when trying to purchase units online due to bank issues for the first time, but now its a lot easier and intuitive. Very nice UI. I have been using reliance app for over a year and ease of payment is too good with their app. Since i am a new investor to Franklin Templeton, I would advise you guys have some tutorial videos for a newbie to easily start investing in the paperless mode via website. Thanks !
I have used an AMC aap for the first time & let me tell you the journey was very smooth. I was been able to locate my prior investment additionaly was able to do a SIP in few minutes. Transaction Journey is quite well guided and easy. I would like to highly recommend this app and congratulations to FT team for such a great job. looking forward for new features in future. A point of all branch assistance!!! Like fund advice on call or chat features is really very useful and the main good feature is security of app lock with password or 4pin. Purchase, redemption,switch,sip,still or support! Everything is available on all except a good colour of the app. The app colour is not that much catchy.......hope for good colour improvement!!!!
Easy to navigate. Very easy to handle. Touch id is a unique feature. User-friendly app. Convenient to transact. However, recently, despite of entering 8 characters in password it was giving error stating enter 8 to 12 characters... And had to register through website... So was upsetting
Hello Franklin Templeton team, This app does not allow copy/pasting of passwords. Though this appears to look like a good security practice, it's a bad idea (terrible idea) since all users will be forced to use simple passwords. So many people (including me) use password managers to generate complex passwords. So, as a first, please allow copy/pasting of passwords/usernames/any information in the app. Would request you to check this with your technology team on this.
Very confusing and complicated for Distributor initiated transaction. Even after entering all the details and generate the transaction again client have to fill all the details and create account. Frustrating for both the client and distributor. Unlike other MF apps where client has to only confirm and pay. Very bad experience for ARN97909. This is the major reason for non doing the business through this app.
Superb App, the way it is designed is very simple, user friendly, easy to interface and functionality is also very easy. It's the best way to transact and get information under one roof. FT App is excellent in comparison to all the app.
Hi, I've tried lots of apps with a similar purpose but this is by far the best 👍💯. Easy to use, highly informative. Definitely worth it, really convenient for all the people. I guess it could also help to save time while go through your investment details. Very Helpful 🙂
It's a great app, really easy to use and convenient, easier to exercise various options without any troubles. The constant updations are done on the app which includes the transactional changes and the minor but significant interface changes are really helpful. Kudos.👏👏
Wonderful application. One place for all financial needs. Best feature is you can set pin or fingerprint feature on it and open it in few seconds. Does not occupy lot of space but still very user friendly. Without login also you can explore family solutions,fund explorer, latest commentary and contact fund house for support.
👌Very user friendly app. with the help of app I can able to do the purchases ,redemptions, sip registrations etc . one best thing is that we can either login with user I'd and password or 4 digit PIN. Able to update and edit the nominee details very easily . we can manage our account on our fingers without any difficulty. Thank you Franklin for the awsome mobile app. 👌
Not very intuitive. Please have one of your staff, not familiar with the app, try to Transact & use it, you will realise the problems. Tends to hang while returning from net-banking page, and connection between funds transferred & purchase request is not made. Your web page is better, though not the best. App badly needs to be updated.
App is user friendly but one thing is missing. There is no information regarding past NAV's of the schemes. If investor wants to buy a new scheme there is no such information regarding past records of that particular scheme. Investor only have to login to the website and check the past records and then use the app for further investment. This is the minor change what technical team has to sort out for the betterment of the investors. Rest everything is fine!
For someone new to investments and mutual funds, the app is pretty sorted. I get what I want: Ease of access, solid information and hassle free experience. Looking forward to learning more through this and hope you gets keep innovating and updating as you go on. Cheers.
Extremely user-friendly app with a quick response time. Very easy to transact through the app. It has some unique features like One Touch Investing. All information about the investor's investments are available in the app in an easy to understand manner.
Worst app.. I have logged in using touch sensor, immediately it has shown to update the app. It didnt allow me to continue, either I have to update or cancel. Once I updated the app in playstore using update button. It didnt allow me to login with the message"your last session was terminated or currently active. please try after sometime"
It forces you to update to new version of APP. Despite you being in an expensive mobile network. The app updation has to be optional or at least be able to postpone temporarily. It will be equally funny to read the IDIOTIC copy paste reply to this message made by the APP developer ●●●● ADDED AFTER READING COMPANY'S PATHETIC REPLY Why do I have to send you an email for the feedback which I have already shared here?
