I was using this app for a long time and faced no trouble. But suddenly mid of last month, when I tried to login, it says "too many devices registered, remove some or all from settings." But the problem is, I dont see any option to do that. Please help!
OMG! This is going down hill fast ! It used to be a practical and fast app. Now it's slow, bulky, unresponsive, and stops working all of a sudden. Reflects badly on the whole Fransi Bank. Fail.
The last update is a downgrade, so basic user interface 🤷. But this update is good. The user interface background is awesome. And you can hide you finances too. 👌
This app new version is not at all working. First you cannot sign in always error comes that not connected with Internet (though connection is fine). Second if you do connect it never opens the main page just continue to load. I've Downloaded 2 times and yet the same issues. Please fix the issue. Before the app was working fine but now its not. The app is needed really badly. Resolve the issues ASAP.
Very bad developers. Not working on samsung fold 3 expanded screen after the last application update. Many days have passed since this problem appeared but until now no solution.
It was a very good application, but for the last few months it became very slow and lagging most of the time you need to repeat the action more than twice
Poor design and implementation. Always have some issues to login . Even though I have the latest version still saying to download latest version . Just like the bank very careless
After update the app, my account is locked. Can't use fingerprint, SMS and fast login. Even I already follow on unlock methods and received SMS code to unlock, the account still locked.
Since the last update..I Can't use the application to login anymore.. Always a delay in the OTP..I keep sending request for it without any reply.

It's been ages since last update. The software has bad performance, takes long time to response when you click on any button. Also the app shows the error no internet connection, although i am connected. Sometimes i cant get the statement of a card for no reason. The interface is very old and an update is necessary.
Update is applicable for iphone users only..not working on android...before its fast and easy. Now cannot log in..cant even download an update for android...

Very poor service. Unable to sign in. Every time it shows some error or invalid user name or password but same password and username is properly working in Web browser. Please fix this issue.
Seems to have a problem with the latest update, i can't log in anymore. Previous versions were fine, though a delay in receiving the OTP on the recent one. Please fix ASAP, i can't log in on the app.

It is bad app . It should be more creative like other applications of Saudi Banks. There are alot of errors and alot of pending.
The app is not working with Samsung fold
Most useless banking app in my experience. It doesn't work when you need the most. Further it has problems working on Mobily network, but on STC it's OK (only if it works). The UI is a mess, keeps changing every few days making it more difficult to use for a layman. Most annoying part is the bank servers are too busy to even login during the beginning of every month. I can list more downsides than benefits. I'm stuck with this bank coz my company uses it. Else I'd have switched.
