Doesn't have a settings option to allow manual exclusion of promos, notifications, ads and so on. Somewhat unethical without give users a choice.

Found a number of stores at Northpoint City claimed that they don't accept Fraser Gift Card as a payment although it was stated in the directory of the app. Some of the staff even think it is a discount card and I was trying to get a discount from them. Really unpleasant experience.

Self scanning of receipts would be appreciated. I thought that we could just scan our receipts at home to earn points but this feature is not available in the app apparently. Nobody would have known that we would need to ask the retail staff to help us key in points. It is an inconvenient system and I do hope to see improvements or at least some way to earn points more easily in future. Would appreciate if there is a scanning system on the app.

Feel like App is not polished. App takes very long to load. I'm not even using Mobile Data. Catalogs doesn't even load fully on the things that are of the same store. The "e-wallet" interface is too confusing. Instead of displaying a list of things, use icons for easier navigation. Items of catalog kept looping as I kept scrolling down.

Horrible app. Of all the malls in Singapore, Frasers has worst experience for members to earn points. Scanning QR code at the stores to earn points defeats the whole contactless system, wastes more time queuing up, and worst of all, their machine is horrible and keeps breaking down! It is hard to find the 'contact us' function on the app (as if they did this on purpose), and when I finally found it and was told to email the receipt to get my points, my points were never credited.

Frasers (Bad) Experience App is a scam. Have been using it for more than 6 months since its migration from Amperz. Then it just failed and flagged that my phone was rooted when I did not change any settings on my phone. Emailed helpdesk and it has been more than a month; problem is still not resolved. App developer claimed that its due to a security feature. On the contrary, all my other Mall apps and banking apps are working fine. What a lame excuse.

Stupid app still requires you to show to vendor at point of sale. who remembers? *everyone* else allows for 2days to upload. lazy and not user friendly.

Today is 24 Mar. Wanted to purchase the Frasers Digital card but was unable to as the app was not l refreshed. Is there a bug??

After the recent update, the app has gone haywire. Does not recognise our password and hangs all the time. Tried changing password but still the same problem. How can we use the app now if this keeps happening? It seems we cannot even use our ic for scanning of points. Might as well just issue our member cards. Totally disappointing!!!

Used points for evoucher which can't be claimed as the QR code is cut off at the ends. Unable to use the digital gift card as well. This app needs a lot of optimization. What a waste of my points.

Great malls but lousy app. Points redemption is pathetic. Previous app and system is much better than this version. Was informed via SMS to redeem my soon to expire points but unable to do so despite multiple tries and there were sufficient points! Previous system of allowing customer to scan your own receipts was better. Now you have to show the QR code to get the vendor to scan for you. Pls improve on your app.

A few times I forgot to claim points at the point of purchase. And for NTUC, we have to go to customer service counter to claim the rewards after paying at one counter. Time consuming. Should have the uploading of receipts in the app. And there is no "contact us" function in the app.

So lousy. Can't login and keeps hanging (completely white screen). The drop down list for "Select a Frasers property" is also blank. If you're using an app to manage customer reward points without the option of manual redemption, at least make sure the app works.

Wide range of information and good as reward card. However, too many updates required that eventhough I selected "not now", the app will not load and that means it's the same as force update. I ended up losing many chances to get points.

Won 2 e-vouchers from playing the games but unable to receive 1 voucher. Was told initially it was my phone problem ie not having updated version etc etc. If it was my phone problem, then why am I receiving one and not the another. More like app is unstable... please re-look into this software. Thanks

not able to use the app since last month. Keep say "unable to connect with server". However, I tried with wify's phone there's no problem to use the app. Guess they don't care for those using old or lower end handphones.

Just when AMperkz app got better it had to switch to Fraser. I absolutely do not like the idea of scanning the QR code at the point of purchase and I agree with some users it is another thing to fumble with and would just hold the queue up. Furthermore NTUC fairprice supermarkets are the most used and with their scan and go option. How do we scan our QR code? R we suppose to queue at the customer service to get it done? I would still prefer to scan my physical receipts once I am home. Neater.

User experience and navigation unfriendly. Can't upload my receipts on the day when I have to switch to fraser app. Prefer to have the flexibility to upload receipts if forget to scan on spot. Fraser can consider improving their app and take into consideration how Asiamall's app has been so user friendly n easy to use. Or consider using programming/ AI to auto review the receipts if wanna save labour cost.

Would like to feedback and request to have function to scan / upload receipts. App can be improved to help customers.

The app was working fine before the update. However, after the update, when I tried to login, the screen goes into blank screen. Not sure if they debugged it or added more bugs:p

All users were told to update to new version. However unable to login as the app will freeze after a few second of launching it. Uninstall and downloaded again. Still having the same issue. Did you guys check and test the app?

This app only blast sales, points collected got nothing meaningful exchange items and worst is points expiring get no notification until too late. I lost 500 points which is hard to collect. It's $1=1point but I remembered 300points just get ang pao envelope. I am removing this useless app and BTW Fraser take 3 months to repair escalator in Punggol waterway point mall. Really horrible property management. I am uninstalling it, waste my space, time and bandwidth. Only get frustration.

highly dissapointed! don't waste time on this apps. Apps makan master function does not have the complete food menu. what the merchant offer on food menu doesn't show on makan master. so I uninstall the apps and go to counter to place order. Hassle and took user a lot of time to register and validate the user email account.

So difficult and troublesome to get points. Have to use only QR code show to merchant. After ordering at kiosk still have to go cashier to scan. I rather go other malls that are more friendly and make things so much more convenient for me by allowing scan receipts.

This app's user experience is terrible. It does not take into consideration that users have will want to upload receipts to collect points. It forces users to use at the point of payment which is awkward and another thing to fumble with. I'm an amperk user and I'm really disappointed with the Fraser's app. Guess capitalmall will be my main usage now.

I prefer scanning the receipts on my of own instead at the vendors which I tend to forget...

After updating the apps , it cannot be accessed as it mention that my phone was rooted , however I did not even root the device and I was able to use the apps 1 week ago . Emailed to them but no response . Since unable to use the apps, I would rather spend it in other malls like capitastar

I can't login to the app now. Received a prompt message which says ," Your FRx username is either a verified email or mobile number." No other selection to select except for the CLOSE button. No further response after that. The App probably got infected by COVID19? Someone from the FRx Application Team should probably reply to all users queries. 🤨🤨🤨

Quite advanced and user-friendly as compared to other shopping apps. Qr code scan cuts the hassle of keeping and scaning physical receipts on my own. Sometimes doesnt work when i am on wifi.

Have to agree with the rest of the comments here. The Fraser app cannot compare with other mall apps like Lendlease, CapitaStar, and Vivocity app. I sent in feedback in person and via email. But it seems that they have no intention in making this work for their customers. So i would rather shop at malls where my loyalty is rewarded.
