Stay away if you are a driver. The app is slow and by the time you get notified the jobs are gone. I saw this in a review before and I ignore it, thinking maybe it was that guy's phone or his network. Nope. It's horrible. No jobs and the jobs pay nothing. 20 to 50 bucks to drive 50 miles in a truck and move stuff. I have done Instacart, Shipt, Uber both food and taxi. This makes the least sense financially. The cost of fuel in a truck it 2x that of my car and the pay rates are less per mile.
Horrible customer service. No phone number to contact anyone and only suspended my account after I quit and was no longer interested but my account wasn't a problem before. Never gain. Horrible.
If you are such a good app/company, why are you charging a high fee for a background check for drivers? Your app also crashes a lot....NO THANKS!
The idea is good but the app is trash. I've installed, uninstalled over and over and it still doesn't work. I have version 2.1 and the app is telling me to down load version 2.1.1. Which doesn't show up in the app store. I've made a little over $100 in total In 8 mo. They will text me that there are loads in my area and they never show up when I log in. I'm done!

The rating system which is broke will affect you getting deliveries. Was always told it didn't change anything. So now a select few gets all the orders and most get screwed. The actual way it works is great. If things were more evenly distributed or everyone had a fair shot I actually think it'd be great
Tons of problems. Chat doesnt work to communicate with tech support. Not getting notifications about the runs available on my area (i do keep the app running all day long). Customers want their load out and delivered like NOW, when u accept a load u r already 3 or even 10 minutes late to pick up not counting the time that u still have to drive to really pick it up. Tons of bugs in the Android Version.
The app has done well for me for the past couples years, however after the updates between last year and this month's recent app update it has gotten worse as an Andriod user! Haven't been able to accept one order because of the app errors and flaws!
App crashes when I launch. This is right after I updated. The update was supposed to fix what was now happening
Not worth the the time or effort. They overcharge the clients and undercharge the drivers. $23.35 for a 21mile delivery? $31.18 for a 500lb load going 39miles? You have to accepta delivery if you want info, you lose the time and gas because they don't double check. Most of the deliveries don't pay much, you would literally have to do over 20 delivery in a single day to barely make a profit. Additionally high $ deliveries are given to their full time drivers, very rarely do they have a good one.
I am a frayt driver. Good app, good idea. Just the loads are so inconsistent. I've seen days even a week go by without 1 match coming over. Then if there is a match that comes over there is no extra time to accept it. What i mean is you have a Split second to accept it! And if you don't your outta luck. I've had the app well over 6 months i think I've done only 3 matches. They have more drivers than they have customers.
There's about 6 jobs a day total in my area. They are upfront about the pricing. Pay generally comes through within 48 hours. You would have to be really bored to give them exclusive use of your vehicle for 75 or 80 cents a mile. They don't want you doing other deliveries while doing theirs in most cases. For these rates, we should have hours to make the deliveries, not minutes. Of course, you aren't obligated to take the jobs. They do text you and beg, though.
Just did the update for 2.2 and now it won't open..... Did the new update of the update on 2 DIFFERENT ANDROID PHONES AND IT STILL WILL NOT OPEN.... NOW GOING ON 2DAYS.... Come on guys your stopping ppl from making A LOT OF MONEY 💰💰💰💰
Frayt is only good part time and only in 4 areas. Portland, Seattle, ColumbusOH (Cargo van only) & Long Island. CentrevilleVA, Indianapolis, and Tampa do have tons of orders, but your getting paid 50 cents both ways, maybe even 40 cents. NYC has too much traffic. With all cities you aren't getting consistent orders, and its always at ATD. It's tires mostly which are OK but if you have a car, it will ruin your interior. Everywhere else has no orders or not enough pay per day. Hang around ATDs
That app is not life as other's delivery company. The people at customer service sent you text messages with job offer, but you never has a chance to accept the job, because someone accepted before you know that job is exist. You must watch the app all the time and even you don't have a chance for good job, so you can't calculate any future income from that app, just as some extra money, if you be lucky.
BEWARE!!! Something is phishy here after going through the registration process and successfully login in and out all of a sudden my credentials are invalid just after the banking info page and 2 emails to Sue have since gone unanswered... Weird citizenship question at the banking info stage of process for a 1099 position
I started the process to apply for this company and when I got to the end where it wants to run the background check you want to charge me $25 yet in your description it says that it's a free application process. Charging me $25 for a background check it's not a free application process. I deliver for other platforms and was never ever charged once for a background fee.
Take head on others stating that Frayt is not in your area it may be true! I live in NE FL and the closest city that operates with this company is all the way down in orlando I am not driving 3 hrs to work! They need to be more transparent on where they operate If i would have known what i now know after paying for my background check of 25 bucks. Did not find out that my area is not covered after and only after setting up my account and logging in. Removing app and most likely will not be back
App is a waste time after filling out my info like I getting the keys to fort knoxs . Nothing apps sits on my screen with nothing doing . Email them and they respond with stupidity. Seems it's just someway to collect personal information 😠
Highest paying app is still under business development but compare to other apps it pays highest money they don't do it cheapo like rest. Compare profits margins can compete with doordash smoked rodie- loss app no money cost at rodie 80% depends once frayt can get more high paying routes it be top except for beeps is definitely a driver friendly apps. Industry profit or lead margins fryat 75% doordash 60% Uber 40% rodie 10%
Go through all the trouble of applying and I get the email saying I'm approved just to find out its not in my city of HOUSTON, one of the biggest cities and its not on their list of like only 10 cities. They couldn't have told me that before giving all my info?!
I think this could be a good app, but it's so basic there's a question asked, if you have a car what year it is? I have 2 cars when I answered it truthfully on regards to one of the cars I have it rejected it and now I can't apply at all, terrible.
You can make more in 3 hours on ubereats, than you can in 4 weeks with this. Way more drivers than customers on this app. May be a good idea but a terrible output. Uber Freight is better than this. Sorry Sue, but it fails!
Something not right. I know for a fact there's a distributor near me that sends 10-20 deliveries daily, yet I never get notified. I suspect someone preselects the drivers. I have an impeccable record driving with Roadie. Said distributor switched from Roadie to OneRail, who in turns subs out to Frayt, and I have seen only 2 matches since June.
I have the app, if one can call it that. This is one of the most disorganized and dysfunctional company I've ever dealt with. The app doesn't work, no driver support via live communication. The operations person Sue has an emotional temper tantrum over me raising concerns and voicing my complaints. Then all of a sudden, I dont receive any more match alerts. Doesn't matter anyway, they hardly have any work. If so, you'll have to eat at least 40 minutes, 25 miles of no compensation, pathetic.
Beware of deliveries not being paid. On the both of gig screen. It should show delivered on date. And every gig that show delivered on date. You will not be paid. I am still trying to get paid and no customer service number. Watch your money 💰
Overall horrible experience I had a iffy feeling about this company from the start but one day I was next to a pickup with nothing to do an figured what the hell give it a try I still haven't been paid they make it hard to reach them by phone an if you do like I did it's even worse customer service they shift the blame as to why you didn't get paid an tell you to email more people which is just a never ending cycle
At first they were ok, and then they started not paying on time or not paying at all untill you emailed support.. This is the third time they don't pay me, I emailed all the trips and everything that I'm owned, I got a reply that I'll recieve about $50 less than I'm due.. Don't waist your time with this company, they're not serious
Great way to earn money and you don't have to worry about how hot the food is and if it's the right order or a intoxicated person trying to fight you... I've earned almost a thousand dollars so far and it's strictly packages. Delivering boxes. No more food or groceries or intoxicated people thank the Lord for that! If you want to deliver boxes and be your own boss this is the app for you!!! Huge earning potential even deliveries totaling over a couple thousand is common and paid within 24 hrs!
For about the first 6 months on the app, it worked perfectly for me. It kind of went off the rails after annupdate. There is now significant lag as I navigate through each process screen. When I click on a button, it might take 10-15 seconds for that button click to register. The signature recognition lags so bad, customers can't sign correctly. About every third day, my phone shuts it off due to it hogging resources. No help from tech support.
