Designed to complement Frazer Dealer Management Software, Frazer Sidekick enables users to view inventory listings, photos and basic vehicle information from any compatible mobile device or tablet. Features of the app include:
- Access to a full listing of inventory vehicles currently entered into Frazer
- A viewable photo gallery for each vehicle
- General vehicle information, such as VIN, mileage, body type and mechanical specifications
- Pricing, including retail, internet and wholesale pricing
- Vehicle costs, including buyer’s fee, lot fee, added costs, floor plan costs and totals
- Ability to view individual vehicle activity logs
Frazer Sidekick requires:
- Active subscription to Frazer DMS
- Frazer Customer ID
- Android version 4.1 or above
- Mobile data or wi-fi connection

Stopped logging on the new Android phone was working fine earlier. The app is nothing functional really other than vin scanning and uploading inventory quickly. Needs so much more functionality in order to compete over this price range of DMS systems.
This app is Useless. Will not update inventory (ability to see your inventory and vehicle info remotely was the only real useable function of the app anyway) needs substantial updates and features added to be useful. This day and age a DM program that can not be accessible and used remotely is very antiquated. A small lot like mine I am working from home in the evenings often and need access to the program, and having to use Google remote desktop is a hassle.
This app is amazing it can save you so much time. Loads pics directly to your page and sends them to all the web sites you are connected to. I would recommend this app to everyone starting a car dealership.
The program on the computer is great. This app, not so much. You can look at your inventory (when it updates) and that's about it. It's 9/2/21 and my app hasn't updated my inventory since 7/20/21. Kinda frustrating.
Frazer is an amazing system, i can't imagine running a car business without it , but the app definitely needs a lot of updates, 1- i can't see my description of the car 2- i can't add a description from the app 3- i can't see my detailed for added costs 4- i can't change or put a selling price The Application is SO LIMITED

This app would have been so useful when I first started the used car business. I don't have to be inside the office to look up inventory info. Basic, but still useful.
not good. not very user friendly. does not do what I was promised it would. cannot pull by vin, cannot see all info, does not upload photos like promised. lots of work needs to be done so app will work correctly.
keeps freezing up and not allowing user to scroll and click on inventory? We need online/remote access. Car business is no longer 9-5.
Good start but it's still limited. The app stopped working after the new update. When I open the app it goes to a white screen.
Giving the app 5 star because Frazer customer service and dealer management software is top-notch at 55 bucks a month.Frazer is a great company. There app doesn't do much but Frazer is 5 stars with everything else they do.
great app. any time there is an issue a call into the frazer customer service line is all it takes to get it fixed!
ever since I clicked on add notes, the app has been stuck there. I even tried deleting and reinstalling it to no luck
Only can be used to look at inventory... Very basic... Need something to be able to work with accounts with out being in the office....

Yes great app
Runs great honestly... You just can't do anything with it hardly. Can't take payments or view customers vehicles or see vehicle descriptions. You can check your inventory.. That's really about it. Needs tons of updates to be more functional. Needs a better updated look too... But that. Goes for Frazer as a whole though that's significantly less important than the functionality.
