Never has worked once for ordering.... I can get my points code but that's it. I love Freddy's. The line is always huge. Once, just once, I'd love to order to either go pick-up inside or curbside but every single time it gives me an error. I've uninstalled & reinstalled, cleared both cache & data. Nothing works!! Update. Got new app. Doesn't work because I can't sign in. Says my password is wrong but it is not! Tried forgot password anyway but it won't send me an email to change it. App sucks!

I put my receipt info into the app yesterday, as the restaurant I frequent hasn't had their points system up for months. Apparently, the new app rolled out today. I was told I had to create a new history for the points to process, but I threw away my receipt. Now what? Today I went back, used today's receipt to get points for a past order, and it gave me an error code (using the barcode) 3 times! Its strange there's a points system when it's nearly impossible to collect points for said rewards.

Edit: The new app won't open. Stalls on a white screen. Initial Review: The new Freddie's app let's you order for delivery or inside pickup only, no drive thru. There are no deals, no coupons. Would be nice to have "light" burger sauce options. The new app lags a bit. Hopefully they can figure that out. There is also a rewards points thing.

Finally the updated app is here. I was able to login and transfer my account just fine. However I did notice that the rewards were better on the old app, you could get an entire combo for free. Not anymore. Hence the missing star.

The kids menu isn't available to order from in the app. They don't start the order until you're physically present at the store, so it doesn't save any time (it's faster to go through drive through).

Just upgraded to new version. Can't get into my account. Request to reset my password doesn't work, no email is sent to reset it. I'm stuck w/over 2000 points floating around somewhere. Emailed customer service and got an undeliverable reply!

I liked the old app better...with the new app I had to hit redeem to see what my 618 points could get me, and when I went to the restaurant, I opened it up and I only had 135 points. Extremely disappointed and unhappy. It took me months to accumulate those points and now they're just gone.... 👎

They say they won't have a new version until May so downloading this app now is pointless and those that currently have it can't do anything with it. Can't order online and can't earn or use points until May!! Useless app by an unorganized company. Extremely disappointing. These guys are crooks!!! The app doesn't work. Can't reset password, can't use the app at all!! Lost all rewards and respect for this app and Freddy's. Useless!

Can't log into account since the upgrade. I tried to reset my password and i never get the email link to do so. I have over 2000 points and have missed out on many other points waiting for app upgrade. Such a huge letdown!!

To say I don't like the new app is an understatement. Items are missing from the menu, the menu is more confusing, and there is no option for eating in store anymore. Very disappointed in the new app

The new app still sucks. You can't go 'back' in the menu, you have to scroll up to select it or hit order again and you can't add extra of toppings that already come on stuff? So I can't add extra thousand island or extra onion? I can only add new sauces? Still annoying. Edit: I can't even redeem points after using a receipt lmao why can't I scan the barcode with my camera? And why do I get an error code when trying to redeem my receipt?

Love Freddys! If they could add the drive thru as one of the options of picking up order ahead orders which makes the most sense to me to be the most efficient, it would be perfect!

Rip off. None of my previously earned points transferred to my new log in at the implementation of the new app system, I had over 3000 points and now I have 0. Not only does the new app suck, this makes me really lose a lot of trust in the brand, there are a 1000 other places to eat.

Not great. I realize that the restaurant doesn't want to start the meal to soon but what is the point have having the app and ordering ahead of you can't plan a time for pick up. It would not recognize me being at the restaurant until I was parked outside the front door. So I order ahead to save time which in the end I can't send someone else to get the food and have to wait when I get there. Might as well have gone through the drive thru.

Only works when you use it at the store, I have never gotten any points by inputting the receipt. (Update) a month or so after my last review they fixed the app. Haven't tried newest version yet

Just updated the app and looks like my account was deleted somehow because of that. Completely useless if the Freddys you go to doesn't do mobile orders. The ones I go to use to but don't anymore so I can't use app anymore. Also cant even get any points off the receipt from any of them ehiter since they no longer do mobile orders.

Other than keeping track of rewards points, this app is useless. I realized halfway through placing a large carryout order that I made a mistake. I had to start the order again from scratch because you can't edit or delete individual items. Once I got to the restaurant, I checked in through the app. It told me to notify staff, which meant I had to stand in line to tell them I was there. The app could have saved me time, but it cost me at least 30 minutes. Unacceptable.

Never Ever Loads. Just faster to drive in directly. Less frustrating and much faster. Disappointed. It makes me not to want to bother coming here if the app won't work then y'all should take it off Google Play. It's useless, any fastfood restraunt works except this one. I consider Freddy's a treat since it's 30 min away from me. I make the drive & can't even use the app. Again, disappointed. It's a Shame y'all. All this technology and can't make 1 app work.

New app lost my points. The restaurant i went to always said their app was down so I couldnt even use it. Whats the point in having the rewards if the bardcode shows error every time you punch in loyalty points 🙄

The app is okay for keeping up with your reward points and knowing what you can use them on but the app needs some work. I should not have to be parked in front of the store for my order to be received and be connected to Freddy's Wi-Fi. Learn from Chick-fil-A. They run so smoothly.

Call the store to make sure they do online orders before putting in a large order. The app will allow you to select a location, put your order in, enter gift card payment, (but not accept other payments) just to not go through or actually order. Rated a 2 and not a 1 because the potential to be a good app is there, and the menu is clear and easy.

No longer works at all, even after updating. No orders, no tracking points, no ability to enter receipts when ordering in-store. What's the point? This used to be the easy way to put in a family order. Bummer. We go to Freddy's less often because of this.

I downloaded the new app and followed the instructions to sign up with my original email address but none of points were added to my account. So disappointing to know I have lost points towards awards. 😕
