I'm trying to make it but just show's a black screen like who would buy it

Whenever I tried to download it,it won't let me. It's like who made this app is stupid. Probably because the people that made this app is hateful.

I pick the wallpaper I want but it wont let me make it my back round so its just wasting room on my storage so I'm deleting it.

I click wallpapers and it's just a black screen

Its not letting me put the wallpaper on my tablet

When I got to the menu where it said wallpapers I clicked it and it was black no pictures came
