It would be of great use of you guys add a cleaner(junk,etc) menu. It's really easy to operate with the user-friendly ui...I'm using the free version btw and ik I don't get a lot of features, but if you guys can add the feature I just mentioned above, then consider a 5 star review. Other than that, it's pretty awesome and worth installing..
I tried your advice and it DOES NOT WORK. I wrote before: "For the tablet you force landscape mode opening the app". Do you understand the difference in English between a tablet and a phone? The tablet is 10". I use my tablet in portrait mode EVEN BEING 10" big and want this app to let me have portrait mode. Now stop denying the problem and PLEASE FIX IT ONCE AND FOR ALL.
The app performs a scan quite nicely and seems to be pretty good. Only 3 stars as I am getting very frustrated simply trying to register product. I did the upgrade and it worked but my phone had other issues so I did a factory reset and now seem unable to upgrade to pro without buying it again Registration side of things serms pretty clunky and I cand find any help other than forums which I never understand.
There seems to be a bug in the app, I have the premium service which means unlimited VPN, however the "data usage" counter keeps running, and If I disconnect once the limit has been reached and I try to connect again it says that I should acquire the premium service to have unlimited VPN which is something I already have, and it does not allow me to continue using the service. Could you please fix the app, yes I have reported the issue about 4 weeks ago, but no one has responded yet.
UI is useless, I can't pay for the product cause the app keeps getting stuck landscape. If they don't want to allow you to purchase the product then I guess they want you to use a different product 🤷🏾
It doesnt come on immediately when I turn my phone on. It only takes a second for an intruder to pass thru. Thinking of deleting. I need one that's on. What do you have to say about this Panda? Work from the get-go. Or lose members because of it? Update-9/17/20: my phone hasn't had the dome on it for an hour now. I've watched at notifications, as well as changing over to another app and only turned on when I just now tapped onto play store reviews to write this. For an hour, panda dome gone.🤔
Good av however, add in a function to disable the vpn! Everytime it errors out (which is a lot) it out right tanks chrome forcing you to either restart chrome or wait ten years for your page to load. The more this happens the more likely im just going to uninstall and download avast instead. Which is a shame as i use panda for all my devices and my pc...
Not as nice Panda USE to work in the background. They have ad's that pop up on screen. It can happen anytime and you have click on it. To get rid of it. I've been with Panda for over ten years. They are starting to look like the others.
Very poor service. The service availability, comes and goes at will. You can never find any support, or information as to why issues exist. For example, today the service has been non-existent. It will say connected, and yet you cannot reach any sites, including Google. However, when you disconnect from the VPN, you can connect to any site. When you contact Panda, through the suggested e-mail address, your response from Panda, never makes any sense. I have the unlimited, VPN service.
5 months later and a complete phone change, I've got premium until October but as soon as I install this app, all my calls start going straight to voicemail. changing call blocker settings does nothing. once subscription is gone, I will never be signing up again. I tried contacting tech support who said factory reset did this and have had new phone but still isn't fixed (Android Pie) I've given up :( moved on... and wasted my money
On my pc was almost perfect, but VPN worked sometimes and sometimes didn't. Then I changed device because of some technical problems of the device. On my Lenovo tablet VPN doesn't work at all!!!!! I tried with Italian support, anyone can fix my problem, and I had bought this antivirus most of all to have the VPN!! bad experience, I had to download another VPN from another company.... Unbelievable, 60 euros for this bad service...
Invasive in its own way, upon install you are prompted with a list of expectation of access to not only the storage areas and photos etc but of your contacts, metadata, metered connections and dialling. This is a security risk. It takes a single development team to syphon Data from the phone, force you to accept the data policy on 1st use, profit from it and then still expect you to pay for the AntiVirus Service which is not local to the device (online). Do not use, setup your own VPN Server!
Been using this antivirus app for a while without a problem until the repeated popups saying panda dome has stopped giving me a choice of close app or leave feedback..I have left feedback for over a week the pop-up is now making my device unusable so unfortunately I am forced to uninstall and search for a different antivirus app
Do NOT install under any circumstances (experienced). I have a pretty new phone (bought it in October) and didn't use it too intensively (far from it, very light apps installed, Google alone took more MBs than ALL of the other apps combined). It was working great, I liked installing Antiviruses, running a scan (for the interface) and uninstalling. All good until this. One day I DWDed Panda, closed the phone and the next day it got stuck on BOOTING. It ended up with a FACTORY RESET. 😕
It wasn't awful. There are many horribly useless, system killing "security apps;" out there, i have tried from most types, from your devices at home a multinational corporate network. For my non apple devices, this would have a 4.5, because,NOD32 is still the only choice. Eset is still the best.
I've used this app on all my phones. Just loaded it to my new one. App opens then I click free version and a security disclaimer screen pops up and you quick scroll through it...noticing the California opt out is not there!...at the end of the disclaimer there is no accept or agree button! You are simply stuck on that screen....FOREVER! You can't even back out of it! Close app start over same thing every time. Seriously jacked app now. And THE CALIFORNIA OPT OUT IS REQUIRED BY LAW APP DESIGNERS!
Easy to install and use.seems to be very light on resources. Configurable for different levels of security. Gripes: no ability to schedule auto scans, needs a dark mode, ability to change background would be nice.
Hi, I recently subscribed for a three-years VPN plan. It worked fine but now the VPN is getting disconnected within few seconds. It makes me very uncomfortable. Can you please look into that? Thank you.(Once the problem is done, I will give you 5 stars rating and a good recommendation for sure..)
I got a 10 appliances Panda. I want to access a list of other devices (all Windows based) that are connected to my account (to throw old devices out and replace them with other ones), but when i click on "my devices" i get linked to the Play Store to download something i already have. How to manage all the devices?
Hello after enable Antitheft on my phone(paid version) and enable permission Appear on Top...when try to send Alarm is not showing message on screen with locked phone. message appears AFTER unlocking the phone. So the issue is in case of lost no one can read message...please fix Excellent AV. Low on CPU with a lot of features
Your yearly subscription is quite cheap. But there is a problem. I cannot access all the features of the panda ANTIVIRUS app. I have already registered the activate your account email. But where the hell is my activation code ? I will be forced to cancel my subscription if I do not receive the activation code. Please help.
Mobile protection came as part of my laptop upgrade to Panda Dome. Appears to work very well and as far as i can tell does not consume additional power and is transparent to the user, other than when it tells me that App installations have been successful.
Enough is enough. Panda Dome is continuously trying to launch PANDA VPN when I have NEVER enabled it. Every time it does it LOCKS my internet connection preventing me from working. Panda has known of this issue for the last TWO YEARS and still have NO CLUE on how to fix it?!! Maybe if I PAID for protection this will fix the issue? 3 hours of text wiped last night because of this damn fault!
Paid the $7.49 for 2 year(s) license code. This Mobile Security app with no ads, plus, most of the premium features unlocked, appears to drain very little battery life. Boot loading time is ok, I guess.
Great antivirus app. I use panda on my pc as well and its a good thorough security app that protects my device in many areas. It has free VPN. And some other cool features. Worth at least checking out if you interested in an antivirus app for phone or computer
Thank you Panda for this great app. Also, thank you for continuing to support Windows XP. Faithful XP users are standing by their favorite OS. I read online that as of 2019, there are around 500-600 million XP users around the world. Panda Antivirus coupled with Comodo Firewall or a similar secure firewall and a secure browser means that XP is still a safe OS, despite the naysayers. Thank you Panda for all your great work.
I have been using this security app for year's and never had a problem until recently! Now it won't do a full scan! it seems to hold at 81-84% on both my phone and tablet, it will say it's still scanning in the background, unless I turn the device off, no threats found, and as I actually paid for this and now it's classed as free, not happy!
