Free Audiobooks

I downloaded this app and started listening to The Sign of the Four by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle on a long journey back home through roadworks and traffic. It was a very enjoyable audiobook: the speech was clear and the voice characterisation was superb. The narrator was engaging and conveyed the changing tone of the story well. Thank you! 😊

Great app! Don't like how it switches readers through a book. One in particular was extremely difficult to understand due to thick accent.

20 second in, out of which is 15 running ads ... literally all i did was get into the app and press the search button... meanwhile i watched 4 ads.... Tf...

Ads are on par with free and are not too bothersome. Books are desirable. Sound Quality is good. Overall really good.

Good listening - sometimes the orators voice can be s bit boring at times, never s change in tone but still very good - especially as it's free.

I like the selection offerings so far. Is it possible to get some audio bibles added to this app? I haven't tried listening to any downloaded books yet, so I can't rate that aspect of the app at this time.

Just pauses at strange moments and even skips to where the story doesn't relate to itself.

Too bad app. Nothing work. No audiobooks going well with it. I had installed many times to try many audiobooks but nothing going well It is idiot application. Do not try it.

Amazon put audiobooks on my mobile phone. They are seeking money for this service. I told them I do not want it. I am a disability pensioner. They can't access my mobile phone. They have started another service I didn't ask for before. It was Prime. I tried to stop it after one month. It was a horrible experience. I now hate Amazon. They are not trustworthy. Easy interactive alternative with a extensive audio library better than some subscription apps!!

I like the app and all the literature that's on offer, unfortunately i have an issue within the app itself - it's really forgetful. In about 80% of the time, once the app is closed, it won't remember where I've left off, sometimes starting the chapter from the beginning, sometimes it'll be the previous chapter. That's annoying, especially when I'm actually driving, (touching a phone while driving is illegal over here). Please fix for better rating. Thanks

This is a very good resource that doesn't need to cost money. The book I am listening to now is helping me take my mind off stuff, and 🤔 think more clearly. Thank You.

I like it huv incredible books and it's easy to use the only problem is the ads and if we see the bright side ads are nothing

An excellent alternative to paid for audio apps like Audible and Scribed. All books are from the public domain so full of classics like The Time Machine, Sherlock Holmes and Moby Dick. Yes there are ads but they are fairly non intrusive and don't appear once you start a book. As an ex Audible subscriber I find this is of comparable quality, plus it's free which is always a bonus in these tough times.

Wow I thought there will be at least some Morden books but noo! If Ur looking for classics then I recommend it but if u want books like dork diaries then this app is total junk.

Pretty great. Grimms Fairy tales are always good. It's where I started. No ads or anything. 👍

This app is good. As a free experience it is maybe bound to have too many ads. Here I'd like to suggest few things: 1: Make the search,explore operation faster. It takes ages to load the audiobooks. 2: Don't play ads when audio is playing. Please! These two issues are only reasons why I deducted one star. Hope you fix these issues. I had a great experience . :)

I haven't had the app that long but it mostly seems like older, classic books. I just got through with The Secret Garden. I loved it! The readers are different with each book. You can download the chapters to your sd card but I haven't figured out how to download the whole book. the ads don't bother the reading experience at all. The app works fine on my Galaxy S7.
