Hello please fix this apps. It's not working again, it' s been happening so many times, after i updated it wont work anymore. 5 days to one week after i reported it, it will work again for a month, and then it will not work again and again. So sad, so many OFW are using this for the loved ones, but the problem of the apps is happening repeatedly😔😔😔 It's not working again😔

At first the app was okay , and actually more than okay , but after i updated it last December the app started to fail. I just redeemed a load card (500mins call) 2 weeks ago and made a call for more than 60mins , but when i tried to call my grandma again the app prompted that i don't have enough credits to make a call? It happened to me twice already. Pls fix this issue. It really is a waste of money.

Worst app! 1st, it will find sponsor for the 2 mins free call. After the ads, the app will hang. This will happen for several times until you loose your patience. In the end, unable to make the call. 2nd, if you are lucky, you'll get a 2 mins free call. But the clock starts to ticks once the other line starts ringing. Last, it eats all your load! You won't be able to make the call until your load expires coz the apps keeps on hanging. The customer service wont response at all!!!

A really great app for a good quality call in either landline or mobile if it is working properly(won't work in earlier android versions) with very affordable call packages. We have been using this for more than a year already. Highly recommended especially for those who needs to call PLDT lines as call charge here is much cheaper than using your mobile loads. 3x 2min freecall per day is an added bonus which is very useful for emergency calls. I downloaded it for the second time but still the same not performing well. Even the price became more expensive but that is okay but still so hard to connect, and if it connects, the call drops, and here is the thing, i only was able to use 30 min out of the 550 min bundle that i purchased and all the other credits are gone. Thank you #freebee. Dont try to resolve it okay? It was like this even before, I just tried to download it again since you said it was already updated/improved.#trash!

Why does it keep crashing? I couldn't make a call. I keep re-registering too. Have re-installed the app and still the same. What seems to be happening? Pls fix. Now my phone credits are lost. I have not even used all of it bcoz the app keeps crashing and asking me to re-register! No one has replied my email too.

I'm using this for maybe almost a year already and there are times that I enjoyed using it because of unlimited calls 2mins each call but there's no limit even if you use it for 24hours, I think that was last December but one day i can't access it anymore... After the advertisement it simply ended the call 0.00 mins. Call ended. Oufff i'm so disappointed.

It was okay for a few months but then I encountered problems first it was making calls it was just white screen I uninstalled it and install it again then it's doing the same. So I didn't use it for a month now I'm trying to call but it won't let me it's always cancelled. I still have 500mins left but can't even use it. Jeez.

Even tho it says you can call smart, but in real you can't call smart number. (It was in-app bug) Edit: Good app but it's buggy, sometimes call gets disconnected, microphone get muted sometimes. But overall it's okay and helped me lot, so it deserve more stars.

So many bugs please fix it, turn my Note 9 pro into complete black screen and can't even tap anything even power button while call on progress. After updating the app it's a complete disaster. Every minute or 2 or so calls automatically drop. What the heck and waste of money. Fix this problem other wise refund your user due to poor service and unstable app.

Help menu in your app and play store is not working. Email address not valid. Got a Mailer-Daemon failure notice. Who can help with my concern? Paid PLDT thru your app in Sept 27,2020. Hasnt credited to my account yet as of this writing. This is my only concern. But with regards to making calls, it is a brilliant app. I have been using it since last year. Please sort out the online payment for the bills so we wont come out as delinquent. Once sorted this will be a big help for OFWs. Thanks.

I couldn't use the free call for 2 mins, since the last updates. Please do something on this. It's show free voice call and premium only are available. This application is getting worst, I bought coins worth of 500 and I haven't received any coins it's been 3 days now. They just took my money, and not resolving it.!

Freebee has been acting hiccups, keeping me registering everytime I use it. Also it is not working anymore on my end. I have a fast WIFI connection but it can't go through. Sad, I can't make calls. I still have 300 minutes load.

Very worse! Super worse! They take my credit, then usually you need to reinstall, then deactivate because it dosen't work if you call... I will not recommend this app, yet they have a good in terms of rates to call..but the app is extremely bad!

DECEITFUL! JUST A WASTE OF TIME! IT'S NOT WORKING AT ALL. Ads will just pop up & it prompts you to a dialing screen but it's not ringing at all! It closes and there goes another ads! Just another BS strategy of SMART / PLDT to earn more money thru viewing ads. DO NOT INSTALL.

Everytime I dialed my mom's number it says Unattended even when its not. How did I say its not? Bcuz i am sending message to my daughter's fb messenger and told my mom's phone is not off and has a stable line. Please fix that or else I will uninstall this app for good. Edit: I came back and check if this app is working fine but still NO. It's useless.

I really hope I could change this one star to a five-star. I would. because really that's what it should be. however the reason it's not is because I work from my phone I do business from my phone. I use this app so I can make phone calls and I have saved a lot of money using this app. The two problems I have encountered using free bee if the app is not open the other person can't hear you so freebie is the only thing you can use. I got 90 notifications asking me to fill survey. 90 !

I regret paying 10 bucks in credits for something that either: 1) never connects on most of my calls 2)or when it does it hangs up after 1 minute 3)constantly freezes Do stay away from this app until they finally fixed the kinks. (If they ever do.)

Too many ads... User experience is very poor. Uninstalling because of calls not pushing thru only 1 out 12 calls successful. Please test more... Sit and uat could have shown the failure rate before update or deployment. Sending as honest feedback

at first I'm enjoying this application. I loaded as well not only the 2 minutes free call. but now maybe there is a problem going on in the system? I loaded for 100 minutes good for 1 month. but I think I didn't spent even 50 minutes but when I checked it now I have only 2 minutes left and cannot access the 2 minutes free call. can you please have the attention on this matter? I hope for your kind and prompt action. thank you so much.

It is a good application, but it has all the time bad connections. The receiver of my phone call is receiving my voice with big delays and we cannot talk in normal conditions. Thank you

What is going on to this app, every time I tried to make a new call I was lead back to the beginning giving my number, birthday, gender and a new code, this happens many times and it is so annoying. And now when I tried to reconnect I can't get the code immediately, it takes some time to be delivered. This app used to be useful, but now it's not the way it was.

I have a good experience with this apps, i only find it more expensive because the load is only for 1 month. I hope that they can extend it to 2 to 3 months expiration. Or much better if no expiration. Thanks

Very choosy on card that you can use. Does not accept Mastercard Debit. After some time, tried it a few more time with debit and credit cards from Visa and Mastercard, still would not accept payments. It says "the merchant does not accept payments of this type". Does it mean you accept only Paypal payments?

I used this app a lot when premium call was available as it allowed me to speak to my family longer. It was way more affordable compared to other apps and it's a shame premium calls is discontinued, t'was a big help for us living abroad. Can you bring it back? 4 mins a day just won't be enough.

I registered on free bee and it comes out i dont even used it even 1 second i dialled and suddenly ive only heared a beep sound and said need a stable internet connection. I do had nternet so how come i could not used it. And when i check my bal., 16 mins. Left how come even 1 second i didnt used it. I WONT RECOMMEND THIS APP AGAIN TO MY FRIEND IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS!!!!!!!

Very poor service, everytime I top up my credit balance would always reflects 0 even though I was charged already. And it happens again and again. Don't use it, never download it! Its a scam!!

It's really useful apps for us as a OFW. A lot of money you can save to call our family,friends and loveone in the Philippines.. For the price of rm25 u can call 550mins... But sad to say and I'm really sad, it will gone for a 3 months or more to do an update??? This apps is really useful for us here at the overseas to call back home... I recommended it to my friends too...
