Free Calls Without WiFi Advice

It is an okay app it don't need Wi-Fi

Boi✋ First of all it says free calling NO WIFI but what it does it shows you OTHER APPS that show you how to get wifi take my word for it and DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS STUPID APP!!!!!!!!!!

The app does not let me call all the stupid app.All the app has are some dumb tips on how to use the app but you can't even tape in a phone number .
