I am having the same issue as several other people are having with this app having multiple clients with invoices, estimates and paid invoices and now I can't gain access to the app. It says to log in but can't find me in the system. This is crazy!!!! Help us all out support team!!
The app is simple enough to be effective and enable me to do what I need to do, but what really impressed me was the customer service. I had an issue and couldn't figgure it out. In desperation I found the support email address thru the play store. To my surprise I received a reply within minutes. After a bit of correspondence my issue was fixed and I was back in the game in less than an hour. To me this is absolutely superb customer service! I'll definitely recommend this app to others!
I've been using this app for about a year now. I have over 300 invoices and estimates on there. I wrote an invoice today, tried to send it to the client, and got a "403" error code. It said i had to log in so i tried to log in with the email and password i used at the beginning but it says it cant be found! I lost EVERYTHING!!! I want my invoices back! I loved this app until this! Help me please!!! Those invoices contain 1 yr warranties to customers!
This is my 2nd review. My 1st one "magically" dissapeared! (I believe its called censoring!) I downloaded it based on the reviews I read. Attempted to "upgrade" and after watching it spin for 3 min I gave up. A real shame because as per the description, it could be a great app if it actually worked. Experience dictates that when an app starts off immediately with issues UNINSTALL IT and save yourself grief! Dont waste your time!
I am beyond pissed at this app. I had two different invoice makers on my old phone. After getting a new phone and transferring data from one to the other, somehow both invoice makers are exactly the same and I've lost contact information along with invoices paid and sent
When my office computers crashed, I was in a race against time to send an estimate to a client. The client was waiting for my estimate via email as we were speaking by phone. The email never sent. Instead, unbeknownst to me at the time someone was emailing me from this app, apparently there to tell me the app doesn't work? In this high competition world, I have no time for this. Luckily, with a little imagination and a screenshot, I got the estimate out on time. New age used car salesman

Will def. be subscribing, nice to have everything that is done on the office desk done while mobile. Would love to have this for PC as well for intigration. Only thing that is weird is once signed the app wont rotate back verticle even with rotation on. But over all everthing is a very well organized platform your tax guy will thank you at the end of the year and youll know who paid what.
Screw the douche bag that greater this app. Worked fine never asked to up grade service. Then after a few months kicks me off and doesn't save email address to reaccess the file. Bids, estimates, and bills gone. I would run however did this over multiple times!
We took the time to investigate this app and download it and as soon as we did and put in all our client info, which took a bit of time, the app had issues . We then were told that we have an older version and that they have a newer version to upgrade, we did and had to redo all of our clients information real real pain so please guys remove this app if it's no good
Garbage app. It literally lost all of my invoices and tells me my account doesn't exist. Was never told about a trial period or anything else. Thanks for creating extra work for myself and my accountant. Would not recommend
Very useful app. I would like to ultimately see a drag & drop feature to quickly rearrange item lines if need be & also another option for clients that pay in installments.
Great great app. No ads. Very useful. In order for me to give it 5 stars, I would need an additional feature. For the app to allow to download all paid invoices and extract them in PDFs.
No joke this is the best thing for me! I like simple things that require no instructions you just fill in the blanks and send. All those other apps do too much and it complicates things this is so basic its genius! My customers feedback has great!
Same as other 1 star reviews lots of customer info lost along with all my estimates and invoices.maybe you guys should be clear that if a subscription is not bought it will only work for a short time. Little more transparency on your end will probably go along way as the app itself is a good app
Great tool. Only issue I have is the app doesn't return to portrait after using the signature box. Other than this minor issue it's brilliant.
Just got logged out without warning and lost everything contacts clients invoices everything ... And app cant find my email i logged on with to begin with... Not good for long term use. You will lose everything
iI had this app in my other phone and I broke my screen so i got a new phone and tried to download my account and it keeps saying invalid email, so now i los all my customers info and all the copies and pricing on contracts I'm still doing so now i can't even email them a paid in full i voice nor do i even remember what i charged them. i lost a bunch of estimates too
Love the app but question... is there anyway to send the same invoice to multiple customers at one time? We have multiple managers that need to have access to certain invoices and there is no option to CC more people..
Love this app and how easy it is to work. Just wish I could text my clients there invoice or Estimates. Not everyone uses computers.
Great. Injust wish there was a way tomsave it all because my phone crashed an i do all my work on the phone with this app an now i have to start over on my client list.
GREAT free app as long as you can send invoices via E-mail. Being able to send via TEXT us the ONLY benefit and upgrade to the $5 monthly version.
I would like to contact some with this app it will not let me log back in. It tells me email address don't exist. I have all my clients names qouts and bills to be paid and now everything my be gone please contact me back. ASAP!!!!!
Lost all of my information in 2020 stating that there was no account linked to my email and just recently did the same thing in 2021 ..lost all important data attached to my business!!
Bait and switch practices. They advertised the subscription service at $2.99 monthly/$29.99 yearly. The app wouldn't allow me to make a purchase, so I contacted Support. They asked for a screenshot, so they saw that I was offered the full service at the above mentioned price. They didnt respond to me after the screenshots were provided, and then after about 10 minutes the app updated and displayed three separate packages, none of them at the originally advertised prices. Very shady.
