(NO ANNOYING ADS) This is a FREE version of a revolutionary Ghost Hunting app called the EVPBOT. This vocal app automates the EVP sessions (electronic voice phenomenon) where it asks questions and records at the same time and saves the audio session to a file in your SmartPhone using MP4 format or Android format. To round out the main function, this app also has speech to text capabilities for ghost dictation, direct yes / no ghost touch communication capabilities and sacred sounds to attract spirits of any kind.
This free version has some features slightly diminished and others totally disabled but can be used in a paranormal investigations without limits. Since a ghost will interact with this free version of the EVPBOT app, we decided not to add annoying advertisements so as to confuse the ghost. If you like this free version and want the full version, please spend the few pennies and purchase the EVPBOT app in Google Play. It's the least expensive, most useful ghost hunting tool you will ever use in the field.

* IF FILE DOESN'T SAVE ON PHONE:This new version has two codecs to choose from (MP4 or Android) in the menu section. Select the Audio Settings on the pop up menu and select your codec.
The file is saved in MP4 format therefore you need the MP4 codec freely available on Google Play. MP4 is efficient and clear, perfect for EVP analysis and most Android phones have the MP4 codec yet some models may not, in that case you can use the Android codec. It's easy to do, just go to the pop up menu and select the Audio Settings.
Also check your settings for any permissions block like "Settings>Advanced Settings>Protect SD Card". Update the Android O/S if need be as it works best on Android 3.0 or better, preferably 4.1. This is a media intensive app, make sure excessive services are not running on your phone as well. The app has been thoroughly tested and works as described. You should have downloaded the free EVPBOT and put it through its paces first in order to make sure your phone codecs are compatible.
HISTORY:
We at Moditronic were on our way to developing an electronic device that does everything the EVPBOT is designed for. Since the advent of Android we decided to move all our electronic engineering to software smartphone development. The Android platform allowed us to add functionality to the EVPBOT that would have cost hundreds of dollars if we made the unit in our lab. Functions such as the ParaDictation feature, where if an EVP answer is detected the screen would write down the answer as heard by the microphone, would have been very expensive with a dedicated electronic device.
We are in the process of designing electronic devices that would augment the functions of the EVPBOT. More to come in time.

Glad to have read the comments so i knew what to expect. Worked as promised. Start it and let it go and the wonderful part, it stops on its own. Love the choices you can choose from to record. Would love a female voice if possible. Did not get any hits on the first try, but was just testing. Cant wait to try it out in Key West. Thank you. Would buy this app.
I used the app right after downloading but only did 2 sessions and after playing back several days later (because I simply forgot about it) I caught 2 unexplained....sounds. Not really intelligent responses to the questions asked, but definitely not just background sounds. Is it possible that this app can somehow build these odd sounds and such into the recorded files. Seems neat, but I feel like it's a little fishy.
I like what you guys are doing with this app, however, I do not like the intimidating voice when it says " your session will begin in ten seconds," then the chant starts. It sounds like something from the movie "Saw" and it is intimidating and I am afraid to use it because the spirit I am trying to contact is of a little girl, I'm concerned that that scary voice will scare her away. Why did you go with such an intimidating, scary, voice? It just reminds me of the whole Hollywood thing, where ghosts are supposed to be scary, which is not the case in most cases in real life.
I tried it n it won't let me ask the questions, the creepy voice asks the question, there's no white noise..how does this actually work when u can't ask ur own questions n it's a creepy robot voice? That seems like it'd scare spirits away..Also, why the typical "Hollywood scary voice" if u claim this to be real? I would work on that UPDATE: how do you not get it developer? I can't ask my own questions! The stupid voice asks all the questions n it's all the same questions!
This app uses a demonic chant before anything else. If you start the app and allow the chant to continue which you have to do. You will be inviting evil spirits into your house which you can never expel. Exorcism of a house is extremely difficult and you probably won't even find anyone who will do one properly.
Its a good app weird things happen at my house and I just want to see if my house is haunted this is a really good app but can you please make it were you can change the voice on the voice I started it just to see if it works and it scared the sh.. Out of me but I'm really happy with this app just try to change the voice please
I wish it worked on my Samsung 3. I guess ill go buy a spirit box, they don't cost to much, but I was just hoping to save a little money. I'm glad I didn't waste my money on the upgrade version.

Only thing bad is, I've bought this twice. I can not transfer to another phone. How can I load it after I reset my phone. If I have to buy it a 3rd time I'll give it a one star. ***Ive figured it all out and love the tool!***
Not sure yet i revised this so trying again..still not getting anything so not sure if its cuz i need to buy it or what though not buying til i do. Idk any suggestions would help..
I love this app. Its actually works for me. Nothing repetitive or programmed that I've seen so far.I would however change the voice to something either computerized or something like Siri/Cortana so its not as frightening? The voice makes me not want to use the app but I love it still.
I like paranormal stuff, but for ppl out there don't mess with this too much cause ghost get mad easily
My house is haunted with a mother, father, and a 6 year old little boy that likes to hide my stuff then give it back about a week later. They don't scare me but this freeken chant...SCARED THE SHIZ OUTA ME! can't really tell if it is real because I didn't go pas 6 seconds of the chant. Why so freekin creepy? I know your trying to set the mood but, less demonic. You might scare the little boy. And he likes to talk and mess with me. And I am 12 so...
I got a disembodied voice before I asked my own.question, couldn't figured what it has said. I think it works. Sound like a whisper saying twatipa. Nd goes on. maybe Their speaking in my own language. :s I believe this app really works.
But will it work on a nook hd tablet? Tried also to look for mp4 codec you mentioned, but I have no idea which one to look for or download. Any particular mp4 codec or developer you can suggest? Any help is appreciated.
I am using a Droid 2 and every time I run it will not save file on any of the settings. I was thinking about purchasing the full version but can not get this one to work.
What's with the demonic sounding voice? Are you trying to scare the spirits away? My point is please replace the dark voice with a sweet one. That way the spirit won't be scared of the phone. Do you want interrogated by a demon? Other than that this app is awesome.:-)
Seeing that I have been a paranormal investigator for quite some time, this will come in handy for tonight..
I can kinda hear the responses by me. I tried 3 different noise types and can't find any of the 3 files in downloads, I'm using my tablet bc I don't have a phone, could that have something to do with the problem? But I gibe it 5 stars for the answers I hear on my own without the files
Probably should let people try the features rather than disabling everything in free version even it is just limited to 1 or 2 tries then pay for the full version. 1 star cause there was no 0 star option.
Why the scary voice? If I was a ghost I would stay far away from the voice of the devil! You should have made the voice nice :/

Omg, im only 11 this scared the hell out of me once I heard a deep voice, it would be great for sleep overs though, I hope I can speak to my nanna, it answered questions straight away, also I heard my nans voice say somethin, I dont know what
I have been investigating for years, I started in the late 80's. I like the automated E.V.P session so well I may actually get the paid version and use it. The only draw back I see is that you claim it to be serious then add the theatrics and melodramatics. Make a grown up version please.
