Thank you all for your kind reviews! I'd like to take a quick moment to explain why this app, and my other live wallpapers, have not been updated recently and will probably not be in the near future. I used Unity and an add-on called Uni2LWP to make these live wallpapers. After version 4.0.1 (it is now at version 4.6), Unity dropped support for Android live wallpapers from its libraries. Live wallpapers therefore cannot be made with versions of Unity newer than 4.0.1. This old version is not fully compatible with new versions of Android, resulting in crashes on Android version 4.4 (which is probably the reason for many of the one star ratings). The lack of support for live wallpapers in the newest versions of Unity also greatly reduces the options for monetization available to developers, since the Google Play plug-in (now required for ads and in-app purchases) is no longer compatible with the old version of Unity needed to update the live wallpapers. Official requests have been made for Unity to re-instate support for live wallpapers in new versions, but it appears to be low on their priority list and no plans have been announced. I will update this app if and when Unity reinstates support for live wallpapers in the future, but at the moment I am very limited in terms of what I can do. My apologies to you and others for the inconvenience; I hope you understand. Instructions:
Double-tap on screen to open fireworks settings/option menu. If fireworks particles do not appear, try switching to a different wallpaper then back to Free Fireworks. Sometimes the Unity player hangs and does not initialize properly. If the problem persists please re-install the software.
To display the live wallpaper once installed, tap and hold on screen until the live wallpaper option appears. Select this option, then select the Free Fireworks LWP from the list.
Additional Info:
If fireworks do not show up when starting the app, please try opening a different wallpaper then switching back to Free Fireworks. Sometimes the Unity player does not launch properly when setting the live wallpaper, but the problem seems to disappear if you simply try again.
Some crashes have been reported on Android 4.4 devices. We apologize for any inconvenience, and are currently looking into this issue.

I couldn't open it
Having gone through a few fireworks live wallpapers, this is the best if you want a realistic firework display as your wallpaper. If you tick all types of fireworks in settings I don't think you can expect better.
I looked all over for a realistic fireworks LWP and this is the absolute best one. The graphics are crisp and not blurry or pixelated and it doesn't have any unwanted scenery backgrounds. Just gorgeous fireworks against a black background that I can (and have) watch for a while. Thank you!

Awesome lwlp but it drop's sometime if createar is reading please fix the bug and add some more colourful explosions

THE BEST FIREWORKS LWP i've seen on the whole google play !!! The only way to make it more realistic is to put on a movie with fireworks over and over again! Donno about baterry consumption at this level of detail, but they're awsome and option menu is ok.Thank you,developer,and keep up the good work ;) maybe u can try some "storm" and "meteor shower" in the future?You could do wonders with some lightning on a storm lwp.

I tried about six different ones and this is by far the best of the bunch. The fireworks look far more realistic than all the other synthesized ones (non-cycling of pictures). It's free and it's great. Thanks.
Really love it. It is sparse enough with its animations that it doesn't clutter the screen. It is too bad that Unity dropped support for wallpapers and this can't be updated further. I have not experienced any issues with my nexus and up-to-date android
This is the best game because whaen its the 4th of July we can watch it so this is why.
