Free Heroes 2

Thank you so much for this! This port is beautifully made and brought back so many memories. But here are the flaws I found: 1) the game doesn't save your settings changes. 2) the AI of enemy heroes is non-existent; removing all challenge from the game/campaign. 3) we need to control the cursor like a mouse but I understand that this is hard to reprogram for touch screens.

having problems with the mouse?? use a stylus! controls are great, 100% on my note 8. game looks and sounds great! nostalgic is an understatement, this is one of the greatest games ever made and is still quite entertaining to play. thinking about buying a Samsung tablet just to play this. cons: it is a bit buggy and crashes inconsistently. I've played this for hours every day in a week (it kinda took over my life there for a min) and it wasn't buggy at all. today, can't even get through a fight

Disappointing so far. 1. Game freezes way too often. I can't even get one turn going before it freezes. I am using the latest android, s9, so don't blame it on the device. It is the app. 2. I understand that this is supposed to be a game that takes us down the memory lane, but mouse emulator and terrible graphics is not the way to do it. I am sure we can adopt the graphic with a few more pixels so that it doesn't hurt my eyes to look at them. We have touchscreen now. Why are you adopting a mouse emulator on a touch screen device? It is not easy to get used to.

Great port of a timeless classic! Install it on all of my devices! My only complaint is that the cd/opera music no longer works in the latest version which is a massive disappointment! As it's one of my favourite soundtracks of all time. The midi music is just cringey garbage and I can't bear to play it like that!

Love this game, loved it on the PC. This needs to be like the PC, now it's been years sense I've played on the PC but there shouldn't be Russian texts, there should be a map, you choose which color and who you are. Not you can choose these few colors, everyone else is set. There should be more scenarios and shouldn't have to go to a website to update it. Should have updates because this game is a masterpiece itself and must be treated as such. Make a campaign where we can choose our characters

Great game, if you enjoyed Heroes of Might and Magic 2, this is worth playing for sure. One BIG flaw (the reason why I rated 4 stars and not 5) is the A.I.: the enemies are totally dumb, it's like playing always at the easiest difficulty even if you set it to the hardest. The devs should really focus on that to make this an amazing game. Good job though 👍🏻

As of may 30 2020, essential files can't be downloaded. Down 2 stars. :( Works well if you got stylus like samsung note. There are still parts of the game that doesn't seem ported but overall, brings you back to the the time you played HOMM on windows 90ish OS. This is a gem, all thanks to the Gerhard Stein who made it happen!

Wow! Bringing back some memories! Was my favorite PC game for so long! No problems with app. Only wish there were a few more standard maps, but there's plenty to keep me busy for awhile! Thank you for finally making this classic available for android!!

One of my all time favorite games growing up, I'm a bit disappointed I downloaded this a while ago it worked well after I got use to it, few crashes here and there but nothing major, but now I tried again and I can't get the files to load just a failed to connect, I was really looking forward to playing this again

Works well but there is a bit of delay of hero movement after a command is issued. It seams url is not working, but if you have a copy of a game (gog works fine) just copy all files into apps data directory.

Awesome nostalgia game for me I played this game for hours upon hours as a kid on the PC version. I absolutely loved it. But I don't understand why the view resources view heros view artifacts and other spells of the same nature don't function on the phone app.

I hardly play games on my phone and I never review products on Google Play but THIS IS AWESOME!!! I played this game a bunch as a kid on the Pentium desktop computer. I cant believe its available on mobile now... and running so well!! Great job and thank you for bringing such a classic game to a modern platform!

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to play heroes 2 on a cellphone. I played heroes 4 when I was 11/12 years old, even prefering h4 I recognize that it doesn't work on cellphones, I feel satisfied with h2. Please fix the world map spells, some don't work. Is it possible to create maps in the future? Does h2 have map editor?

Great game. Just some issues with clicking the mouse emulation (touchpad worked for me). But for this is fantastic brings back a part of my childhood.

Obviously it's fantastic to have a legendary port for free, but controls are a bit uncomfortable plus the game keeps telling me I have some outdated version and I can't use some spells. What is the fix for this?

Question:how do I see the strength of enemy troops before I fight them? Usually a left click. Other thanthat, its perfect!

It needs much fixing, it freezes every time, something like infinite loops or deadlocks wherever: in menu, in game, in town... Yet it is impossible to play

Loved this game as a kid. Didnt work at first you gotta make sure the settings are right for your phone. Otherwise great job bringing back a classic. I still have this on PC aswell. Much easier to play mobile.

Exactly what you want it to be. Unfortunately, if you're not playing on a tablet, it's tough to play on such a small screen :/

Every time I try to save the game, it freezes. Un- and reinstalled the game several times with the same result. Too bad, as I was beginning to enjoy this trip down memory lane.

Ruined by double tap for mouse clicks, it also come up with some window zoom which is not needed with modern mobiles it should just function as the game intended.

I love this conversion of Heroes 2 for Android. My only issue is that it often crashes without any clear cause.

Any1 know how to display keyboard at all times? Keyboard appears when you want to save a game and to type a keyboard appears but disappears once saved, how can I have a small virtual keyboard displayed at all times? Any idea?
