Inside invoice bee is the ability to accept credit cards. When you go to that screen and set up it will not link to the credit card processor. Numerous contacts with invoice bee support they do not understand the problem and think it could be a bug. Beware of this program it would be best find a different program that will do all your needs for taking care of your customers.

I find it to be super useful, and use it more often than i thought. However there are a few things that i wish had the option for me to edit what i want or need to be in that section and not whatever the ap has in said spot. Im sure as time goes foward changes will happen. Besides small changes that i personally would like to see changed, the ap is super useful and saves me time from hand delivery or snail mail. Thanks

Been very happy with the performance of this app as well as web version. Had one glitch that seemed to clear up. I bring that up because I emailed customer service and got a response rather quickly. What impressed me was the follow up emails to make sure things were working flawlessly. I've had other invoicing programs that was next to impossible to get a response from. But to have a follow up email gave me the confidence to know this is the app to stay with. Web version and app work seamlessly.

This is the only way I could message the support center. I am having several issues with the app. I cannot preview the app on a PDF file as well as some clients can't sign documents. Also I've tried numerous times to reach out to the support center but I am unable to send a message because it tells me I have bad internet connection. I want to make this clear I do not have any internet problems this is the apps problem. I already paid for the Year so please fix the problems.

Absolutely love this app. I was paying $50 per month for housecall pro and was happy but it was too expensive. Then, I found invoice bee and havent looked back. It would be nice if there was an option that will show cleaning services the Google exterior view with square footage, how many bedrooms and baths there is also. Housecall pro did that and no other service industry app does. may be a good thing to look into.

Wonderful app! I recently started a new job and it's contract work. So I need to invoice twice a month and I remember when someone told me about Invoice Bee. I immediately downloaded it and made the perfect, most professional looking invoice within minutes! I couldn't be more pleased!!

Great Invoice app, I have been using this app for a few months following recommendation from a colleague. Even though there are free versions of similar applications, I have decided to subscribe and pay for use of this app. The features are great and making an invoice and converting to PDF before forwarding to the company you are billing is very straight forward and effective. All features of the application are very easy to use and I highly recommend this app to any business big or small.

Since using the app from 2016 and I haven't experienced any problem with the app when you send the quotation to a client it also showes that the client has opened the quotation and the client can sign can and you can also sign online so it's easy for small business to use it so I really love it. And again its affordable

Used to really like this app after using it for over 2 years every day. However the last few weeks you can't click on and duplicate an invoice and keeps having trouble regarding Internet connection even tho I have Internet connection.. please get this bug sorted.

We have made payment after changing cards twice in the past two months. You threatened to cancel because of no payment,having no idea what had happened. You are arrogant,and if you want to cancel my subscription without written notice,you have a law suit coming. Be fair in business or remove yourself from the market place. Have been trying to cancel this subscription for months but conveniently it freezes and doesn't let me proceed. I have sent numerous emails but no response. I am still being charged every month. I want this canceled asap.

We had two questions for this app pretty simple you hit support you type or text your message and hit send and has an issue with the internet connection now no other device in our home or business has an issue with the internet except this app and we've tried it many times so there's no way to contact customer support directly because your app claims that there is no internet connection When You're darn sure is good luck with this one

This app is absolute, complete garbage. Save yourself from ripping out your fair. You will lose your invoices/estimates because there is no autosave, and there os no way to turn estimates into invoices. Overall horrible design. Will request refund.

Been using for years. Great app...but recently when I try to send a email, the links for PayPal and to sign the documents don't work...hopefully u guys see these with some suggestions on how I can resolve the issue

Exquisite invoicing App for my new business as it's free if you do not exceed 5 invoices in a month. I am currently within that category and as my business grows, I will subscribe to a paid plan. What also thrills me about the App is its easy-to-use interface and thoughtful sections like company logo. A suggestion would be to convert an estimate to an invoice. Thanks.

Very easy and useful app. Could improve by providing copy and paste. Also billing could be clearer. No notifications are received when payment is due.

I have tried to purchase a one year plan using my naira mastercard but to no avail. I also tried to change my logo on the setting but it not working. But overall all its been an amazing invoice app. Thank you. But do something so I can purchase the app.

This app is awesome..would like the app to show when an email is not sent to the client...if the email is wrong it still shiw as send when the client didnt recieved the email.. Please fix it. This is a very good app.

Well the app has lost 2 years invoices does not calculate the vat correctly and this app has cost my business a lot of money and time to sort out which I am not happy with have emailed the customer support but not holding my breath definitely one to avoid

I have been pleased with the app for a few years now but recently every time I try to view the pdf preview of my invoice it tells me "Sorry there was a problem processing your request. Please try again." Can you fix this or tell me how I can fix it? And it tells me the same thing when I tried to send a message to the support team.

App was good but now it's not sending the invoice to the customer even though it says it sent. Its also not sending a copy to ny email... why is this happening all a sudden? TIME FOR A NEW UPDATE. BEEN ALMOST A YEAR SINCE YALL SENT ONE OUT

A very good designed app, but my problem is the fact that I can't edit if I'm billing the same company but differentamount. Now I have to redo the entire invoice.

works well but its quite stupid in that you cannot add users. so right now on my phone& tablet, im logged intogoogle play with my lpersonal email address but on this app i logged in with my "work" email. now subscription s paid but it says im using basic version because there s no option to use a master email then add users.
