I can't register for the app, it says I do not have an internet connection, even though I have full internet access and clear signal.

I downloaded the app (android) but it wouldn't let me register, gave me a message about no internet connection which is not true. I asked my friend with an iPhone to download it and a message came up that mentioned the Koran. Something is wrong with this app. Too bad it looks good.
