FREE Nursing Care Plans and Diagnosis

It is an excellent app. I use it all the time. Although I have the site , it would be terrific if team updates the app with all care plans. There are some nursing care plans that are not included even in the recent update. Thanks a million.

Great app, tons of nursing care plan, assessment, interventions with rationales, one flaw- annoying ads takes over the screen and blocks content almost every minute, SUPER ANNOYING !!!!!!!🙈 what's the price to get rid of the ads I'll pay !!!

It just hangs whole phone and consume large amount of battery😑😑 also on above it heats up the phone as an iron.😑😑not happy at all. App performance needs yo be improved 😑🙄

Informative but there are persistent ads that keeps on popping but understable.
