FREE Old Time Radio Shows

Like others have said, it won't play a complete show or auto play next show (of course). Usually when you click on a genre,, no list of shows or episodes appear. Just an empty red and white screen. DEFINITELY NEEDS AN UPDATE!!!!! It would be great if it had a sleep timer. Auto Play Next is nice but drains the battery when playing during the night when asleep

Web site is good. The app is just a wrapper for it and doesn't work very well. On my Galaxy S8+ (Android 9), you can't control anything but start and stop. Sometimes a show starts over while it's still playing and you hear both. If you can't finish a show, too bad. You'll have to start over the next time. The scroll bar doesn't work. I'd recommend just using a browser.

A excellent app in general, has way way more episodes than other apps. The two bad things are, the apps will play on top of each other and the only way to stop them is reset your phone, and they rarely play continuously, even when the option is selected. But all in all a good app. Just needs polish.

This app has definite issues!! It's a shame because it offers so much content. I really, really, really wish whoever is responsible for this app would tend to it better and make it work consistently because it would be great as a source of a ton of old radio shows.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND TRY TO USE THIS APP!! READ ALL the other negative comments! They are true for all the reasons stated. Do not be dissuaded by the quantity of the shows as I was. It's great to have access to all the shows but the player itself is TOTALLY unreliable and apparently the app creators don't care about fixing it. The problems have been around for a long time. I am permanently deleting this app in favor of another just as soon as I finish writing this warning.

Thank you so much for this great app. I'm an over-the-road truck driver and these shows keep me entertained and alert for many miles. My favorite is Lum and Abner. I've listened to so many episodes and I'm just scratching the surface of the whole app. And it's really great that the episodes are in proper sequence to follow the stories. Unlike similar apps. Thanks very much.

Got a bit annoyed as app was dropping out and it opened the sane stoy multiple times 2 seconds apart. Then I couldn't shut them or the app down so i had to fuly close the app. I had only downloaded this app today. The list of old time serials looks so good. I was so excited to locate this app. Now I have uninstalled .

This app has a huge library of shows, but just doesn't work on my Android phone. It keeps crashing after just 5 minutes of playing. When I reboot it, it doesn't resume where it left off, and there's no way to fast-forward or reverse, so you need to start over again. It's not worth the hassle, so I uninstalled it.

Great variety of shows, but same complaints as everyone else in that you can't skip to specific spots in the episodes. This is bothersome when it crashes. Why no responses or fixes developer?

App doesn't auto play to next. Shows don't always load, locks up your phone so you have to restart it, shows overlap each other as the play. You know how to name an app. You cant get any better than Dumb.

For years, this was my favorite old time radio app despite its few shortcomings. But now, it won't even load. Just blank frame.

Keeps on quitting. Plays the same show as an echo at times. I wonder what was fixed! Had to uninstall on two other devices due to this. Please step up to the plate!

This app it's not working on my phone very well. It fails to load up now. And before when it was loaded up I had trouble with a lot of the shows not loading up

It would be a good app if I didn't get a message telling me it has stopped. I like it because of the different shows. If it wasn't for that message I would give it more stars.

This is the best old time radio app!! But But But But But They need a tech to update their app because it no longer works on my phone. Bummer.

Good selection of shows. You can't skip to the place where you left off. You have to start all over again!

This could be the best of all if it worked. Used to be very good largest inventory of shows but quirkey and maddening NEEDS SERIOUS UPDATE

The App is easy to use and has a lot of the episodes of many different radio shows. I really like this app, thanks.

My app won't open either, uninstall and reinstall still not working, loved the app would like for it to work

Version released 12/23 closes every time I open it on my android phone. Prior version worked perfect.

Listening to one show then another starts playing over it. Stop button doesn't work. Deleted

Can't get any of the radio shows to play. It did work once before but hasn't since.

played new program over the top of another. could not stop it had to uninstall.

Nothing dumb about this app. :-) After latest update this app no longer works on my Galaxy S8, please fix it.
