DON'T USE THIS APP! The first page is free, but I had to send two faxes which were a combined 26 pages. ONE thing that does work on the App is it taking your money/Google credit. Both faxes kept showing "in progress". I have no idea if they ever went through. The app doesn't have a transmission log, doesn't show any type of confirmation the fax was received and you don't get an e-mail confirmation for anything other than buying credits off this RIP-OFF APP. Lost $5.00 on this scam.
Who knows if it actually works. I could input only a fraction of the words due to an extremely low character limit so that not even half the content could be displayed unless I wanted to make a purchase of some type. That is never happening. Delete. Uninstalling now.
I just purchased 50 pages. for $9..$4.99 for 25 pages. It reads I've exceeded the maximum amount. but NO indication of what has faced over or not. very frustrating. someone needs to contact me immediately. this is my work and I trusted your app. I should have used The fox Fax. 😡
Unfortunately, I'm changing my review. It's absolutely the right idea but I tried sending my fax several times and never could get it to go through. Was very happy with app. Needed to send a fax while at work and didn't have a fax machine and this app was very helpful.
FIRST NO RESPONSE FROM DEVELOPER Second you can not upload multiple pages which that's how it is with PDF file. But my biggest pro2with the app it is its interface and when I email the developer there was no response. I bought about 25 pages which is fine but when I asked for refund cause I could not separate the 17 pages from my PDF doc I got no response This is unacceptable that you take some bodies money and are not willing to help them with problem or refunds
didn't work at all, spent money buying a certain amount of pages (I think $7 or something,) found out none of the faxes were received and they were very important faxes. Wouldn't waste your money. I tried contacting the developer too and they wouldn't respond.
THIEVES!!!! I signed up for the unlimited fax send and receive plan, and not only did the functionality not work, I could not access my account on their website. "Account not found." Funny how I was able to create an account for them to take my money, and now I don't have one. Of course you can't actually call anyone. I've emailed over, and over, and over, with no response. They are FRAUDS! I'll be reporting them through PayPal as well.
Do not buy any additional pages from this developer. I did and was never credited for the pages. I emailed him and never received an answer. The website listed with Google isn't functional. I had to get Google to initiate a refund which they did.
Worked well for me in a quick jam, needing to send faxes immediately. I was able to quickly purchase additional pages when need. As well as the confirmation was quick and detailed.
Worst app ever! I downloaded app, paid for extra pages and tried to send a one page fax. Message tokd me i had too many pages and it was over size. I only had one page, a picture taken on my androids camera! Apps like this give apps a BAD name!
DO NOT GET THIS APP!!! I bought faxes to use, now I'm getting an error message that my account is restricted when trying to send faxes! Tried to contact customer support and their inbox has been full for months!
Not really sure the fax is successfully receive by the recipient or not. Will check with recipient and update. But the price is too expensive I think I will find other way to fax.
G-R-E-A-T TIME RESPOSE FOR CUSTOMERS. I had a big mistake thinking this app does not work in most of the countries. As I said, it was MY mistake... but found out, an excellent support.
Amazingly convenient and easy to use to send faxes to businesses that are stuck in 1990 and require a fax instead of an email. Lol. Thank you for this app!
Signed up. Was told would get an email to complete the process. Got no email to confirm so could never finish the process. No way of regenerating it either. Waste of time.
This is absolutely worthless! It tells me I need to pay for three pages, so I pay the money, but it still will not let me send. It doesn't recognize that you've paid anything, and so you can't get your money back and you can't send anything. And there is no one to contact for.
All im trying to do is receive a fax and there's nothing in this app showing how to get 1. Looks kinda "scammy".. I purchased 3 pages and it's not working. I need a refund because this app does not do what it claims it does
not too happy! Even though I bought several pages it still says I have exceeded the limit of number of pages. you can't pull up history. You can't check your balance.
***BEWARE*** They didn't pay their service provider, it simply doesn't work. When you buy pages, it'll use PayPal but linked to Google pay & will sign you up for continuous "auto payment"
Downloaded this app and purchased the credits. Tried to send a 3 page fax and it would not go through. Said that it was over the file limit. Waste of money, please refund my PayPal account...
This is my first time sending a fax using this app so I'm not sure if it was successfully sent. However it was easy to use and I feel pretty confident the fax was sent.
This app got my fax sent and notified me as soon as it was sent successfully!! Couldn't ask for a better service. Thank you so much!!!
This app is awesome! I love bieng able to fax through my mobile phone and it's simple. So far I have used it 4 or 5 times and its worked great.
the app does just what's promised. ive used this program before and never had any problems as far as sending single sheets goes. Thank you
easy to use after a few attempts, but I am a fax novice.. TY! sent once tried to send information said needed to make a payment no company found when fax still won't send.
I keep getting feedback from the companies I fax to, that it comes through too small and cannot be read. Not happy!
"Connection error! Unacceptable certificate!" message, every time I try to create an account.
App never sent an email as promised. Without the verification email it will not allow you to log in. Defective app!!!
this is the most slow fax sender I have ever felt with. I have. spectrum internet which is one of the fastest internet, but it takes hours to send just one document which is 2 pages at the time. it was exactly 8 hours and. then it gave me error that I loaded too many pages and it was interrupted. just immagin 8 hours sitting and waiting for it to go through and then error too many pages. horrible. And it eats money like crazy. I am not satisfy at all
