Great app. It does exactly what it says it does and I've been using it for weeks with no issues. Unfortunately I had to drop a star due to the new update that forces you to give it your email address for no worthwhile reason. Edit: minor issue fixed, this is literally the best app available for keeping you away from the darker aspects of tech. It's also one of the few block apps that closes the app instantly which is very important. If I could give this ten stars I would.

Just switched from iPhone to Andriod and was surprised that content restriction was not built in Android already. After searching and testing around lots of different Android apps, I finally found Truple apps. It gets the job done and I'm glad to see that it's free, and I am willing to pay the premium so it's not so easy to uninstall and to also support the developer's work. I was also able to communicate with Cam (the developer) when I had issues with setting things up and he was super responsive. It was a nice feeling to know that there was a human behind the email and that he really cared about what he was making. Cheers up, Cam!

Excellent filter. Was a bit dubious about the perms it requires to stop you from easily being able to pause/uninstall the app, but I understand they are necessary. Never used a pornblocking app with the same level of functionality as this one. Well worth the subscription fee. This app stands out as being heads and shoulders above its competition in terms of the scope of the sites it blocks and its elegant, functional design. Impressed.

The filter is excellent. I've been using the basic version for a while and finally upgraded. Worth it. The basic filter works well but is fairly simple to bypass, with the upgrade any attempt to bypass the filter that I've tried (testing) immediately redirects to the Truple app. Well done.

Overall it's an awesome app. The only problem I have is that the filter unlock alert feature doesn't work in Europe. When I tried selecting one of my contacts it displayed a pop-up which said something like "failed to validate CA/USA". Also, a friendly suggestion. It would be great if you could add wildcard filtering of domains. I.E. block all domains which contain some specific word. Because right now, you have to enter each domain manually by hand which is slightly cumbersome.

Well worth the $5. Filters results from search engines, images, direct weblinks, you try search it any way you want. It is blocked! Also once you lock the filter, you cannot unlock it without a time delay or a pin u gave to a friend, you also cannot uninstall the app. Any attempts to uninstall take you straight back to uninstall screen. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to filter out this kind of stuff

I've used about 5 apps from various providers and there's either been a loophole that you can get around or you're forced to use a browser that is terrible and disabled chrome. This app does neither. You can use chrome easily and there's no loopholes to get around to view dodgy sites. It's pretty water tight so far. I highly recommend this app, I never understood why it always was so complicated but these guys have made it seem so simple. Get premium no other way. You won't regret it.

This is a highly misleading app. You expect to pay one thing but tricks you into paying for another. So instead of what I thought was a filter and accountability app. I got tricked into paying over $100 for just accountability ( surprise surprise the confusing instructions kept me from accessing it) so I paid over $100 for nothing. And Cam from the help team makes it out to be my fault instead of a flaw with the app. What's the point in spending so much if it doesn't work at all?

App can be removed while filter is locked. All you have to do is attempt to Uninstall, click the unistall unsuccessful alert in drop down and then try to uncheck admin. If you're fast enough you can turn that setting off by quickly tapping the deactivate button. If successful you can then Uninstall.

It really was simple. so simple in fact that i feel as if it was missing information and or options. I have no idea if the software provides any additional support for email or spam. we sure hope we can provide additional support at node level to put an end to spam globally. thank you for your service my friends

It is indeed a great app. Great way to detox and become more productive. Anyone who wants to maximize the unlocking delay. Do not create a pin that way the delay in unlocking it will maybe crush the urge. Otherwise if you use a pin. Once you log in the pin, you unlock the filter without delay.

This app is very helpful to me. I have the filter turned on and the app icon not on my homepage to allow me to browse safely on the internet. Does not apply on YouTube though, you would have to go on their individual general settings to turn on the filter. But overall for any of you android users out there, I highly recommend this app.

does what it says it will. Once its set to always connect, locked down, and set to not be optimized by battery, it runs well. The filter unlock timeframe makes it a weakness for those who struggle with addiction (if its set to a short timespan).

Other app blocker I was using wouldn't work and this one catches a great deal. I'm impressed with it's simplicity of use and it's ability to identify even tricky sites that try and disguise themselves. Kudos to the development crew. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a simple yet accurate site.

Pretty basic, you can choose what you want to filter and is almost impossible to bypass if locked. For someone who needs to be kept away from what this app blocks, it's worth paying every cent. Does it's job and does it well.

I had searched everywhere even on parental control apps to block pornographic material adds and pop-ups when searching because I needed to protect my children from inappropriate content. I tried so many different apps until I found Truple. It's easy genius and has actual great working features. I'm very happy with this app. I love the filter it has. It's supportive and It's a must have definetly because it's so helpful! Thanks to the makers for this app! I am stress and worry free now!

I just heard back from Cam and you can tell the people at Truple do want to help you. It isn't perfect but it is the best app out there and at $50 or even $80 a year this is a great price for all the features, support, and accessibility. Thanks Truple team!

Particularly once you lock the filter, this is one of the only apps that seem to really work. It's worth the $5. You will still want to black Accessibility Suite if your phone has that, or in some way limit settings page to prevent accessibility from turning off.

This app is probably the best blocker I've used so far, it has everything that I would expect a blocker to have and more. So far using other blockers I've had to compromise a lot, from having to stop using my favorite browser, to having to deal with incomplete coverage, to even having to deal with blocked content that shouldn't be blocked. This app feels too good to be true but I have to say to get the best experience you have to get premium. I'll keep y'all posted of I change my mind.

This is a very easy to use app, I love it. It filters out all the garbage and you can pick and choose what you would like to blacklist or whitelist, I dont have have to worry about anything popping at work that shouldn't be there.

It costs $50 to lock it. Type in some random letters without looking as your password and you've just locked yourself out for a year. So far it has been worth every penny. I still struggle with the thoughts some days, but this app never promises to cure your addiction, only give you a valuable tool to help redirect your attention and rebuild your life. You still need to work on you, and that road is still gonna be rough, but maybe it'll be just a little bit easier now.

This seems to be a very good app (and the Screenshot accountability as well! Tried out some sites... Immediately blocked them! One question... Since this is a VPN... Does it constantly use Mobile data/Wi-Fi then, when the filter is turned on? (Idk much about VPN's!)
