Still no payment online. No recovery for business acount who was deleted by mistake, no Shipping provinces for each city., the internal notes for the item dosnt always appear in the web. And its defecult to add details for each item from the ventory add are. You need to go to the front web to add details for any item. And no sms sent to the customer when he finished his treatment. But its better than the some other apps

When we first started using the app as a team for our little business, the app was fantastic in terms of inventory and sales. However with every update thereafter, it became less user friendly > category "sold by" we'd check receipts for client queries on their sale etc. We now have double the work load for sifting through payment modes to actually find the receipt associated to the salesperson. Highly disappointed with the help and support after sending screen shots, version etc

The app is good User friendly There is no import export inventory option and when you enter lose item numpad doesn't have (.) point for quick entry . Total amount must be bold and font large in size

great app. It could be in some points easier to use. exp. Adding client to invoice. Selling without printing automaticly, Registering clients without phone number etc.

It doesn't matter whether a product is revolutionary or not. What matters is that it is bug free, and solves a problem. This app is saving me time and per month costs are way too low. Looking forward to upgrade it to premium in order to maintain records of purchases as well as manage my expenses.

Until now, having zero problems with the app. Easy to add items, easy to charge and very easy to use. No charges till now, although to add staff member or to have all benefits unlock is too much for a small business.

App is working. Easy to use. Customer able to buy products without having to log in first. Issues: customer registration on mobile you will get unable to connect to server error but registration completed. Customer can use the app or buy products without completing the verification process. If they log in, you get OTP error unable to connect to server but log in was successful. Other than that everything was great.

Nice app, the maker is very good at answering the question that i have But lately been having problems with synchronizing with the other staff phone.

I encountered glitch mid November when trying to use shop front delivery timeslot feature, when trying to use app will close down.. I reported this and have continually questioned when fix will be made, I have tried all options on my side in regards to delete and reinstall but no luck.. this is coming upto 15weeks since 1st reported, this is a feature that made me buy the premium which I have lost with no help from customer support

They should also make it possible to purchase subscriptions through the website. Because I have a Rupay debit card, which is now widely accepted throughout India, but it does not work in the Google Play Store.

So far so good Invoicing on the go with great inventory management. i would purchase premium and use this app across the board. it would be nice to have the ability to integrate to my planned WordPress online store. please advise if integration is possible. then i can manage inventory with online sales and direct sales with ease.

I decided to make this review after 3 months of usage. This app is very helpful. You can customized you products, and its very versatile. You can manually enter some discounts and services add ons etc.. The best part is its free. It works on mobile phone, (I haven't tried on my pc yet, but I'm planning to, and I will follow up my review after I tried it)

Kindly advise on how to make a sale using a mixed payment option. Can a client make payment using two or more payment options? 2. Am having challenges accessing the currency setting. It says I go to business but it's not available. 3. When a client pays by credit, the total amount does not change if the client pays a deposit. I expected to see ...Total Bill, Paid Amount or deposit and balance to pay.

uninstalled... it doesn't seem to work without an internet connection... so I guess if it doesn't work on the phone is not fully featured it needs the internet in order for it to work. I need an app that works on the phone without an internet connection because often times my jobs are in places where there's no internet

I hope you can also make an option about debt or borrow system because here in the Philippines some of us specially when you own a sari-sari store some of our costumers burrow or have a debt in the store and then they pay for later. Its a big hassle doing list and sometimes you misplace or forget about the list. It's so good if you make a system like that it would be so helpful for me and the others. Thank you this app helps me a lot. Thank you.

I have not come across anything like this. Very good app with even website link generation for your shop to sell online. That's amazing.

Good app, a bit confusing at first and some things seem unnecessarily complex. I would still give it a 10/10 would recommend if you want to sell snacks at a school or anything small

Everything I need for my shop is here in this app. Reports (very accurate!), Storefront (for customers to order online), KDS for our staff to see the orders.. I only have very minor problem found in taking the orders especially if there are many orders in different category but it is manageable! The customer service is very helpful too! Many thanks for making this app! Such a great help..😊🤗

Have been using it for over a month....app works perfect, would be the best if a few simple changes could be made.... Specially in the report section 1. Low inventory item list should be sharable and searchable. 2. Top stocks page of report section should be searchable. 3. Item wise report should be available. 4. Detailed Expenditure report should be available category wise in a searchable and sharable format. 5. Option for sales return should be provided.

It's the Best of it's kind, it contains all the features I needed and more.. Great customer service too. It's a great tool for Small to Medium Scale businesses.

Beautiful, it sync across my devices i Installed it on so far to learn and add my services and inventory until I received my pos official to load software on , let it sync and start use in my business, great so far, I manage to keep it under 100 items as I was told when I spoke to an agent, I dont really need to add any customer, so I dont mind that part...great software. The tax part is also great, I add tax to the prices i have, so the software deducted it for me as I cant increase my prices

Good POS system with great functions and I can take to everywhere with it to operate my small business, easy to set up and easy to operate, also helpful staff will always to support me online. Love it and will sure recommend to friend and other people.

One of the only truly free inventory management app, no surprise fees or subscription. It works. I haven't experienced the glitches someone else mentioned below. Inputting inventory and variations is easy and intuitive and the app really shines here. Checkout is easy, however I can't select customers created in app that are not in my Contacts. The Reports feature should either show last transaction or show an overview on the landing screen, too many clicks. Great app, keep up the good work.

Great App! I like it. It has all what I need in a Sales POS App. But this last update brought something am not comfortable with. Please go back to the former small window that pops up when you click on an item that contains one product, big for many products. So one can easily tap on an empty area of the screen to dismiss without going down for the back button. Now it fills the screen always irrespective of the no of items leaving a large and useless white portion and blocking the whole screen.

The app is good and has user friendly interface with these problems: 1. It has started crashed or stopping again and again. Please fix it. 2. In inventory management, sometimes you purchase cheap or costly items which you already have in shop. We have to set same purchase price for old and new items rather they are not with same price. The operator should have option to change the rates. Thanks

A mildly intuitive interface. Highly useful features for small retail businesses. Overall fantastic app. However, I've been noticing lags and outright glitches after upgrading stocks viz. simply does not update after saving. This decreases reliability of stock count and means we have to invest more time cross-checking. The end result: reduced productivity — the main selling point of the app.
