Free Rider HD

Used to be just like the web version only more challenging via on-screen controls. Fantastic (mostly) hand-drawn/fan-drawn levels. Now it's a lot of non-creative levels coupled with too many "not-an-auto" levels that really just force you to hold one or two buttons. So, basically autos that aren't being filtered out. And that's just dumb. If you're making these levels, they're dumb, you have no talent, and you should be ashamed of yourself.

Used to have a lot of fun with this game, but it has become almost unplayable in the last month due to lag (about 1/4 second between bike movements). I see other users are having the same issue. I can only assume it is no longer compatible with recent Android updates since this app hasn't been updated in over a year. EDIT: Thanks for the update! Working great again!

The game itself is fun and addicting. Not sure if this is a bug or meant to be, but I don't seem to be able to see more than the 5 newest headgears I've unlocked, even though I've unlocked almost 20 of them. Another thing to drop my review from 5 to 4 stars is the in-game gem system. I understand that in-game microtransactions are crucial to the developers, but grinding gems pretty much seems worthless considering how slow it happens compared to if you were to buy a sack of them.

Really those controls ? I just accelerate and I manage to flip over I went into the medium when it takes 10 tries JUST to get past a easy one. Sometimes I just skip it ! I mean one might as well die the split second they start... maybe make it so it's not like there's a puddle every inch ?

I gotta say, this game is fun. The controls are understandable, and it's not a easy game. It's tough going through some of the obstacles, and I can see that the devs put some work in making it challenging. Its competitive, and I like how you can customize your character. It's pretty cool overall, and I hope this game stays for a long time

This game wasnt very good for a while because of the very bad framerates. However, the amazing developers at KANO have fixed the issue and the game is back to its former glory. I highly recommend this game, as its a really good casual game where u can just chill and send big jumps 😁. Very fun. There is still an annoying bug where you can only see the last 5 headgears you purchased, but its not really too big of a deal if you don't change headgear too often. Itd be nice if they Did fix it tho...

Amazing port of the PC classic. What can I say, its an addictive and fun game that I can sink hours into. Not only that, but i seems like the development team really has their head on their shoulders when it comes to fixing bugs and responding to reviews. Keep it up guys, you've got a great game.

This WAS a great game. Unfortunately I've had to change review. Since the latest update, the game is unplayable as the game is super laggy, as if it is stuck in slow motion. I am not the only one and really hope the developers fix the issue.

I would rate this a 5 if the game didn't freeze and force restart constantly. And this is after I paid $1 to not watch ads anymore. This is unacceptable. I just want to reiterate the problems with this game. You can play for 5 minutes, then the game will lock up and force restart. EVERY. TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS. Update 12/19/19: Unfortunately i unistalled this game i really did love it. It might work better now. Don't know. Took too long to fix issues. Months and months. Oh well.

Very good game. These reviews are harsh. The ads are very non intrusive. The game is challenging and true to the original physics. The developer did a great job. I haven't checked, but I assume the main problem is the lack of editor. It's just a fun game, with or without an editor.

I've been playing this game for a while(almost since the launch) the thing that disappoints me it's a bug where I can't see all the helmets I own, just the last 4-5 I've purchased. Anyway it's a good game.Hope you can fix it :)

I enjoy the game, but the ads are really annoying. I paid to remove them, but the optional ads still sometimes just show a black background and require me to force close the app for no credit.

Game got stuck at an ad that wouldn't load doesn't matter if I restart or not as soon as I load the next map the ad screen comes up but no ad loads so I'm stuck there. Kinda hard to enjoy a game when you can't play it.

This game is awful.... the controls are basically just terrible, so basically no matter what basically happens, the character loses control in seconds, whats the point of playing this if the controls and physics are so terrible? Ads too, by the way.

Extra Nostalgic. Just like the old computer game. Only thing i would say about it is maybe zoom the camera out a tad more? It can be difficult to see where you're going, but other than that, it's perfect

The buttons on the main menu wouldn't even work, which was supposed to be the whole point of installing the game. The web version works fine, which is why this averages out to 2 stars, but this is a major issue that needs to be fixed.

I only have the 5 newest heads, spent all my coins on hats that I can't even wear. The "view video for more coins" button doesn't work, always says loading. The browser version is much better but I do wish they were linked

Rode for 3 seconds and an ad popped up in the positions of the controls whiich means you click no matter what... Instantly uninstalled. I'll continue playing the PC version.

Solid game and mobile experience, even on my cheap phone. Controls sometimes have input lag, but it's a small enough amount that I'm willing to blame it on my phone.

I don't know if there is a way to pick the next stage you play or if you can make your own. It just goes to a random stage when you choose to play. Maybe I didn't get past the tutorial or something but I couldn't find any way to do either of the above mentioned things.

In all fairness I didn't look at any description or video of what the game would be like, what I experienced was highly disappointing. Pretty standard play for a game of the style, well drawn backgrounds that put me in mind of younger days on the school computers playing Line Rider while I should have been preparing a presentation on skeletal muscle groups. The game was not the source of my dissatisfaction, it was the gaul... nay the pure impudence of the developers to name this game line rider.

Ok, now that free rider hd works i tried it and it's pretty cool but it's not that cool I recommend that you add in more customizations for the bike,not only the head. But otherwise the game is kind of entertaining.
