Free Screen Recorder | Screencast-O-Matic

Customer service is awful I sent in a help ticket. I had an old account I used with my current email. So I did a forgot password, reset, paid for a year subscription... on the wrong account. Paid on the correct account also. Can't get help or a refund, no one has reached out! Not good service!

Screencast O Matic recorder is my best option any day, any time. That's why I decided to upgrade to a solo deluxe plan. They have superior customer service with great product. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for screen recorder and video editing software.

Love the app. But no matter what I do. It won't close the app when I'm done. the little blue circle when I move it to the x the moment I tilt my phone the circle comes back. The controls to exit the app don't appear in the top like it used too. I can't figure it out. Other than that it's a great app.

This is an amazing app ..what am serching for long time.. it saves a lot of time and space.. we just can spot crop and edit tool while watching videos.. just record selected portion of any big video .. can use pause to make very specific like downloding .. it's simply outstanding.. , most people need this I kno and they never know about the app .. or may b don't meet-up the right keywords .. thanks for the makers..

I found what I'm looking for...but the only prob for other apps is the "microphone audio" and this one's microphone audio can be turned of! Thanks!

Easy to use. Intuitive. Love the subtitle feature!

At first when I got it I thought it wouldn't record sound when I record videos with sound, but surprisingly it worked. There's just one problem, when you try pausing the video is doesn't pause. 4 stars, recommended. Also one more thing, it's a bit blurry after the video but not as much! ⭐️

I never thought that this would be avilable on mobile devices so ypu csn imagine my shock when i saw this i used screencast a lot and having it on mobile is going to help a lot

Here is an update. Love the app. I actually just downloaded it on my chromebook. It works very well. I know its supposed to be for tablets and phones but it was worth a try. It works. There maybe some issues down the line but these guys did a good job. The service and options for the deluxe paid service is amazing for the price. Just go deluxe. I was able to upload the video from the app using my chromebook. So thats a plus.

The app seems to record okay, I tried on my phone (Samsung Note 9 and Samsung Galaxy S6) and the speed edit did not work when trying to have the video play at 0.5x/1.5x/2x speed. Just says something went wrong. 2 stars because it does record, if fixed i would definitely give a better review! Thanks! Edit: editing seems to only work if you record using the app, it does not work for imported videos. 4/5 stars. I think the desktop allows a lot more and sounds like a 5/5

I have paid to upgrade to Deluxe and despite several attempts with support still cannot access the benefits for which I have paid. Very poor service levels and it is now over a month since I paid. Take my advice and stick to the free version - it is not worth the time and hassle to pay for something you do not receive and them have nobody who will reply in prompt enough fashion. 👎

This application is really modernized and versatile and I give it a 5 star rating. Excellent noise suppression (noise limited) 💆🏽‍♀️which made my experience the greatest. I'm really satisfied.

So so helpful now that so many videos and such must be submitted online! Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice (not perfect quality, but pretty good) way to upload media 👍

This is so easy to use and love the platform backend to organise videos.

Great, works really well for what I needed to do and much easier to navigate than other apps I've tried to use. Was initially hesitant because of the current rating, but its free to use and high quality - wish it recorded the screen audio but otherwise, I would absolutly recommend this to other people. Thanks

I can be YouTube famous I have a channel I wish I can do this and it come true and I installed again cuz this app I can do so I can do game play and everyone can record for this and if ur reading my review pls install this if u have a channel for game play u can play fortnite gameplay but sometimes the voice doesn't work

This tool on both the app and the PC version is incredible. I can do so much with video and screen capture. Great for making promotional videos great for creating training videos and great for sharing information with customers virtual assistants or anyone else who you just need to share something with quickly.
