I wish I could do zero stars. I like blackjack. The app has a defect in blackjack on occasion. Happened again this weekend. I take screenshots and politely notify support. Either they're blind or too busy as they tell me it worked fine and won't credit what the app lost if mine. DONT BUY CHIPS.

The first time it's seems ok and then it gets worse going on till it don't even make sense, the challenges want 2 much if u do u get crumbs ,the few coins u do get might as well just play 4 a few minutes whatever u want then try the challenges but either way it's only a few minutes but maybe 1 time week u might win a little but that's when it really goes fast and gets so rigged like if you playing black jack the dealer gets 21 with 10 cards if it needs no busting regardless every game 🧙🪄

Everytime I play this app it lags or quits on almost all the slot machine games. Card Games and Keno seem to be ok most of the time. It is frustrating to say the least when it lags or quits running the app altogether and then kicks you out and back to your home screen. The games are fun when they load and actually work. If it doesn't improve I will cancel this app and find another one instead.

It's cool that Mystic Lake has its own game app. That's pretty much it. I downloaded it because it was a local casino game. Otherwise I wouldn't have downloaded it. The platform is dated compared to other slot apps out there. Also seems a little dark. The games on there are older and I don't even know half of them. You need newer slots like Jackpot Party, 88 Fortunes, Fire Link, etc. Bonuses are harder to get than at the actual casino! I only play it for daily challenges.

In comparison to other slot games, this one is pretty atrocious. The bonuses received bi-hourly aren't enough to do even 10 spins on 99% of the slots on minimum bet, the odds of winning are also way less than other slot games. This app also freezes up a lot on my Pixel 4xl and drains battery like crazy. The back button also stops working and I have to force close the app via task manager, which is just a cruddy experience. I wouldn't waste a penny due to the odds of winning being so terrible.

Suprised at the fact that as up to date the actual Casino is that the app they use is very slow and no where as smooth and pleasant to play as most other casino games are these days. So many dead spins (spins where you win nothing) it'll make you sick... I can almost predict how it will give me a bunch of dead spins then I'll win half of my bet back for one spin, rinse and repeat... the casinos have better odds...

I hit $600 first 5min there but then since i just got there i pretty much spent it there. But had great time as always. Only different thing i dont like is they took away smoking rooms and a lot of smoking areas they used to have.

This is actually my second time installing the app. Same thing both times, download & open app it's good for a couple of minutes, then totally goes out of the game. Very disappointed with the new blackjack dealer voice and the fact that no matter how many times I turn the voice off and change the settings I in blackjack it resets itself back. I mean come on you can't just change those things instead why not try and change the quests to ones that don't drain my coins. I am not sure what made you decide to change the pop up when you are "out of coins" from popping up when you actually run out of coins to when you are 2+ spins away but it's more annoying now

The minimal coins given arent even enough to play long enough to even see if i would like game, let alone buy any coins. The ad on Facebook freebies to start is a LIE! BIG come on! Games are entertaining, but it glitches and crashes a lot. I was in the middle of a winning session, bonus kept retriggering, and it looked like I won a major jackpot. And then this annoying message pops up: oops, something is not right. Please reconnect. Needless to say, it did not restore my winning session. Well, thank you, I don't need that. Like the games that it has but can't play anything too long or it takes the coins too fast not giving a chance to rack them up. Even when I just started I couldn't get into the app til after 4 tried finally got in..then got all coins for joining but they were literally gone within 10 mins I started to play. Other apps gives alot more coins when joining..after that it makes sense your own after, with daily plays when you come on the app to play.

I installed the app tried to open to enter sweepstakes then it flash to update screen then kept going to FB webpage or ??? That's when it tried to redirect me somewhere and it opened up to one of those about blank pages, kept glitching and kept opening up page after page after page after page after page after page till it opened up almost two hundred freaking about blank page windows!I don't know how I got it to stop or if that was just all the windows could open, MAJOR GLITCHING MY PHONE 🤬😠☠

It's okay. The slots are lacking a bit. My favorite slots aren't in here. I bought the 1 mil coins a day and actually went through 1 million at 2200 a bet without a single bonus. That is some terrible odds. The game also freezes and is super laggy randomly. It's fixed if you close and reopen the app. But still a little annoying.
