Worst company ever. Code did not work on my phone, requested a refund through the "contact us" section and no reply. Spoke with someone on live chat. They still tried to get us to pay to have it unlocked. We used our tmobile app to unlock the phone ( did not know that was an option). The code was never used. Pissed off!!
