Have been using the app for over a year. Overall, I've been very satisfied. No logs generated service. Can use peer-to-peer apps with it, on all servers. Most of all, support is very responsive and knowledgeable. When I contacted them about a minor issue I was having on one specific kind of device, an update was available to fix it in less than 48 hours. Excellent! Two negatives: Hulu seems to have blocked it. Occasionally, throughput is a bit slow. 95% of the time it's not an issue. Grade: A-

This is an amazing app for a first time user like myself. The setup was super easy and surprisingly fast considering I have a very old and slow computer. I am terrible with technology and I didn't even need help setting this up. It's a miracle! I haven't had any issues with my internet speed or computer crashes etc, so everything runs smoothly.

I picked up a lifetime subscription to the service recently and I've been testing this app for the last week. As far as I can tell, the service works fine, but this app just isn't for me. Frequent disconnects, failure to reconnect, slow sign on, and a dislike of other vpns installed mean I'll be continuing to pay PIA yearly, as their app is leagues ahead. I'm not sure the kill switch works, either. This should come in handy occasionally, but couldn't recommend if reliability is important.

Bought a lifetime sub. Works good for me. Find I have to speed test the connections because they tend to vary quite drastically. Once you know the ones that are usually the most reliable and quick, you can add them to your favourite list. Overall, a professional and good service that always offers prompt support.

I don't see any speed problems but I'm sure some servers are more in use than others. just switch servers if you notice speed drops. Still top notch after several years. Excellent cust service in the rare moments you need it. 👍Running great on my Moto z3 running Android 9. I have had no problem running on all versions back to Android 6 on various phones. I use this same VPN service on all my windows and Linux computers. Top notch VPN!😀

I purchased the lifetime membership and having problems to connect to some server. I contacted the support team and experience very slow response. At the end they told me they will not fix the servers. Instead they will remove the servers from the there list. So in future they can shutdown any service they want without notice. I believe if your company cannot fix your products, you should re-evaluate your business. Very disappointed!

Installation was very easy. The best part is being able to have modern-day features for internet security without the god-awful speed reduction that happens with other "protection" software I've tried - especially because I use my mobile phone for work.

I got this app originally for windows and got lifetime subscription. Ive recently started using it on android some and i just want to say that regardless of a few chinks here n there depending upon ones personal setup...it runs pretty damn good and if ive had a problem it hasnt been a very big one thus far. I give it 5 stars bcuz its a good app. Nobodys perfect and there will always be bugs but this app works great on both platforms. Highly reco..end it to anyone needing vpn service.

Very easy to install and setup. Once this vpn is connected you do not notice its running but you are protected. I like the notification when you are connected. One simple click to connected and that is it. Enjoy the protection from those sneaky eyes.

Excellent software once it's running it won't disconnect until you instruct it to. Best of all you can hardly tell that the VPN is running in the background while my other programs are doing their thing.

There's a flaw in the login logic. It checks for user name and password when you open the app, however, it's using unencrypted connection, so if your public WiFi connection is restricted to begin with, it won't get past that login attempt screen. To test this, I used another VPN services and connected successful, then launch VPNSecure, and it got past the login screen. and then I turned off the other VPN and then switch back to VPNSecure and it connects to its server successfully.

Works as advertised and was easy to install and use. I was a little concerned I might have issues with my other devices once I installed this VPN, but everything works smoothly. I am very happy I downloaded this app as it does exactly what I needed it to do.

Great VPN to use! This software makes a huge difference in speed with little to no buffering while streaming. I definitely recommend it. For those who complain about the fact that you need to download it, perhaps you should do some more research before you decide to download it.

Do not recommend. Servers are unstable and Google constantly asking fo capture. Servers disapers from the list. Recently Netherlands disapered, then came back, but with Singapore flag. Desktop app is huge and extremely slow. Not convenient.

Had an issue with the app. Sent the log to them said they would follow up with in the hour. 37 minutes later received email with repair instructions. Followed them and my issue was resolved on the first try. Loved the app before now even more.

I purchased a lifetime subscription. That's really the best option because you can use it on more than just Android. It has been well worth it. It works perfect across all my devices: An iPhone, MAC, and Android.

The app looks like MVP, but it is really good at what it is supposed to do- fast, reliable, secure and plenty of customizations. The support is also responsive.

Actually this works. You can change cipher to aes 128 to improve speed, also it is possible to use openvpn app instead. But interface needed to be improved, for example, servers list sorting by ping.

This is one of the best VPNs out there in my opinion. It's super easy to download and install on your smart phone, tablets, etc. You can choose to be from anywhere in the world, such as US, UK and more! They have many options available to you.

Minimal setup, painless. Reliable connections. Very reasonably-priced lifetime subscriptions available. Why bother with questionable "free" VPNs, when options such as VPNSecure are available?

This is the first VPN I ever used and I must say it's great. I didn't notice any speed drop from my internet provider when I am connected with this VPN and there is plentiful servers to choose from. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a VPN.

Works really well! We have a company with offices in China and recently the government there has been vigorously blocking VPN services so it was becoming increasingly hard for us to navigate through The Great Firewall of China. We were using another software based VPN’s that were getting blocked or were flopping so much that we couldn’t get any work done, anything Google, Facebook or YouTube related wouldn’t work and a lot of websites have hooks from one of those three.
