I downloaded this app for Android over a year ago. I paid $19.99 for the app so that I could access the expanded selections. Initially it was fine. Then, in early 2019, it stopped working and I suddenly could no longer access any of the selections except the one that came with the free install. I have been in contact the developer for the past year and they continue to respond that they are aware of the issue and don't have a fix. At a cost of $19.99, this is a rip off.
I bought this app back in 2018... it was fantastic but then it stopped working. I tried it just now on the off chance and it still doesn't work! Unbelievable ! I just uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now its saying I have to pay again too.. what the hell!? Thanks an absolute bunch for ripping me off and wasting my time and money.
I purchased this app on Google Play. But whenever I tried to open it, I got an error message, "Purchase failed" eventhough the money was debited from my account. I tried to get the issue resolved through Google Play and was taken on a circular path to nowhere. I then tried to get assistance from the developer. It seems there is no way contact them. No Customer Service phone number, the website address is for purchases, and the email reply read like a vacation autoresponse.
Disappointed...i really loved this app, still do. Just frustrated that i spent money on this app, but my "purchases" always show up as "failed" or "no internet". The purchase went through perfectly fine but the developers arent answering my emails, and there is no other way of contact. I cannot get my money back through googleplay. Highly suggest you use this app, but only for the one free session that works like magic. Dont. Spend. Money. On. This. App.
Sorry, used to be 5 star...but, Im really kinds ticked, at the moment... I purchased the full program, with all of the meditations, a few years ago, at full price! ($20ish) & downloaded it on my new phone. & it says i have to purchase them again! No! I Loved! This app... But, i Refuse to pay $20 again!! If yall can fix it, i will gladly, change review to 5 stars, because i loved it, & used to suggest it to others often, but, not until its fixed. Please & thank you.
Lifehack! To all those who can't find old Mindify apps in play store: scroll through "my apps"->"library" list, you might find it there! I found my favourite "deep sleep hypnosis" there, and could install it, even though it won't show in play store search~ To make it easier to search you can sort the list in alphabetical order ;) The app I installed warned me it might not work with newer android, but works fine, at least the free part. I hope it is helpful for some of you 🥰
Purchase at your own risk! Deduct 4 stars for all the people who get ripped off when they purchase the full package but don't receive the download. If you change phones the app doesn't update to your new device. Send them a dozen emails but nobody replies. Get ripped off and you're out of luck. They're CROOKS and don't even try to make it right. Very disappointing, very unprofessional. A waste of tremendous potential. You're forewarned!
I use this every night and love it. Try it if you have trouble falling asleep!this was before they updated app now all my purchases are lost and I cant seem to locate any of the app features i purchased. Ca t even find a contact area to figure out how to be refunded.
Purchased the additional sessions in the app, but couldn't access them. Emailed customer service, no response there first time, and then returned as "undeliverable" the second. So, no customer service and no product.
Not happy at all. Bought it twice. This time it was £12 odd and still i can't use everything. Bought it about a year ago. My old mobile broke. Got this one wouldn't give my things so paid again and now nothing not impressed at all. And can't refund it either. I've got the play store receipt so very very annoyed and upset. It is a lovely product but i can't keep paying for something and I've not received anything for it.
Hello, I believed I have purchased and downloaded this before, but when I redownload on a new phone, I am asked to purchase again. The hypnopsis format, voice, and starting content are the same, but the other contents are different. The one I had is Law of Attraction : money, creativity, sleep, relationships etc. Please lead me to the correct app.
They're crooks!!! I had bought some other apps they used to have on the playstore, law of attraction, personal development and others. Spent a nice amount of money on them, deleted them from my phone by mistake and when I looked for them to download them again guess what?! They're no longer on the playstore, I contacted them and they didn't answer. Then I realized they're taking their business to Apple. Stay away!!!
App no longer works. Android 10. Cannot download expansion files. Cannot even play free files. This should be removed from the store. It's not been working for over 1 year.
I have paid for the package but it has not downloaded. I have emailed the owner of the app twice. Just having them returned saying mailbox disabled, not accepting messages. Issue has being reported.
I love all mindifi hypnosis apps but the best one was the one with Law of attraction. Which is not working anymore or is not available at play store. Please update that app (the one with yellow logo) or smed me the from where I can access it.
I would like to know why did you stop giving support of the other apps like Money Mindset and Law if attraction. Now it keeps saying "downloading updates" and can't start the program. Please take a look at it, I paid for the full package and don't want to change to other app. And by the way, you guys changed my life for better.
Same issue as everyone else. Paid for full app, and now my paid sessions no longer work. This is literally theft of our money. It's unfortunate that there's no working contact info for the devs. These guys should be sued for doing this to all of the users of all of their apps. The fact that they've responded to some people that they know this is a "bug" (yeah right) yet still allow purchases to be made when they know people get nothing for them - it's fraud, through and through.
I loved this app before I got a new phone then download the new version. Now it doesn't WORK😠 I have paid for this app 3-4 times still can't use the app anymore. I've also reached out by email. I have gotten back NO response. Can you please FIX this app or REFUND all my purchases 😐
Looking at the comments, I'm happy I didn't update the app. I have the old Sleep Like A Baby, but Free Your Mind is very similar. I had a look at their website, and the app seems very much designed for Apple. I wonder if that's why ppl here have had trouble with their purchases? I'd like to buy the whole set of meditations, but as an Android user, don't want to lose $20!
I purchase the quit smoking app and every time I try to open it I get an error message. Irritating!. Other than that I absolutely love this app
IT A SCAM... Just purchased all 11 sessions 'for 70% off' on the Mindifi app but I've quite literally paid for 100% nothing... The payments gone through via Google, Got the receipt, but i don't understand why I've been charged and not received the full app, what is going on!?
I payed for the sleep meditation and it has been taken from my bank but is not on my phone now, and when I go to try and play it it doesn't work. I even attempted to buy it again and it just says "purchase failed" but will not let me play it. Suspect this app is fraudulent.
Mindifi ripped me off. I paid for the weight loss meditation and it wouldn't open. I contacted customer service and got no response. It was only $5, but still, not happy. I definitely wouldn't recommend Mindifi to anyone.
I bought this app ages ago, got a new phone, installed from my library, and it keeps asking me to purchase. What a con. Get your act together, there are loads of people all having the same problem.
NO STARS!!! I purchased this app ages ago with a few little hiccups, but after I got the files it was fine. I have just reinstalled on my new phone. All my purchases are gone....and I emailed the address above but says mail system failed.....very poor service. Do not buy! *edit 1/4/2020. Got a response in December finally but after 6 months of back and forth still no fix apparently it's an android bug but was told this back in November 2019. Still can't use. Haven't heard from them since.
