As much as I love their burritos, this app leaves much to be desired. It's buggy and could improve much on UX side. Everytime there is an offer for free food, it never works.

Couldn't log on, kept saying bad request when I know my email and password, Couldn't apply or receive points for my last transaction because it wouldn't let me log in, had to do it as a guest!

The previous version was 10x better than this. Don't make any mistakes on any of your orders. The app so not intuitive enough to realize that you want to make a change. Any selections after that no longer work. You can't move forward without selecting cheese when there isn't cheese on that slide??? Go back to the drawing board please. Almost as if ordering ahead is being discouraged.

App has been broken since the end of last year. Pressing the order button keeps the screen loading forever, never goes to the next page. Have brought this up with stores, who said they are going to talk to technical support, but that was months ago with no improvement at all. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app repeatedly, no change has been made since 2020.

It's alright, but there isn't much extra functionality over the website. The app's always had issues with reordering past orders, but I was always able to get to past orders by adding a random item to the cart and than I'm able to get to past orders. However, I can't get that to work anymore, so I have to put in my order again every time. The website functions exactly the same.

EDIT: Freebirds is making things difficult on other apps. No longer can you custom create what you want (like if you dangerously went there in person), but pick from pre selects. If that's how it was from the beginning than okay, but it changed to make things worse. THIS app does NOT remember your favorite restaurant, allow you to pre program your order, hit send when your within range of the cook time, make it easy to re order favorites, easily show the nutrition content of what you ordered....

DO NOT waste your time on this app. It is awful. I have renter my info every time I want to order even though I am logged into my account. Sometimes it remembers my CC info and sometimes it doesn't. The reorder option is a joke. Sometimes you can reorder, sometimes you can't. Absolutely no reliability. I spend more time trying to get this app to work than it would take to order in person. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

This app used to work, that is until the imposed update and now it won't even open, just stays on the logo screen and freezes there. And the customer service non-existent. Don't waste your time, either in-store or by app. On 3/27/19 now, hundreds of points wiped out and my level, which was at the top tier, was dropped. And several rewards removed from my account. Horrible app, Horrible Service.

I can't even get past the sign up portion. It asks for my phone number, then when I put it in, it always says Something went wrong. EDIT: this seems to have been fixed, I'm glad it has

Freebirds just lost a loyal customer. I had almost 1000 points (trying to save up to reach 1500) and out of NOWHERE, over 700 of my points expired. I'm not mad that the points expired, but, at the fact that I was never notified that my points were due to expire. A simple email a few weeks prior would have been very much appreciated.

Love freebirds, absolutely hate the app. When you exit the app for even a moment the whole app restarts and refreshes. You have to be prepared to go from login to pay without any interruption, and you'll be lucky if the app doesn't just reboot while you're looking up. Also I very much HATE the fact that you are given only 45 characters to write notes for your food selection. With no customization options as you make your selections there should at least be enough space to write at the end.

Talk about a rollercoaster, i guess enough of us complained, they restored my expired points. I got a notofication about a brownie offer ( forgot i still had it installed) and it reminded me i needed to uninstall. When I opened the app it seems like Im at my old legend level, however there's no trace of the points going and coming in the history. Now the tough decision of do i continue to build up my points like I used to or just spend then all( maybe burrito party!) as like a cash out option

What happened? It used to be great, now they barely add any of the meat you choose (which are also cut in smaller pieces), the queso is not good ( taste like it came out of 99¢ can), they only have like 2 tortillas to choose from, and even the chips they use now feel like cheap ones you get for nachos. Only getting a 2 because they still offer black beans and the rice is okay and the app isn't completely cumbersome to use.

The new version of the app simply doesn't work. When I select delivery it won't allow me to get past picking an address to use. Doesn't matter what I do there's no way to get delivery through the app anymore. I've even tried reinstalling it, signing out and back in and such. Nothing works.

It simply doesn't work. Menu is innacurate, nachos have included queso, cheddar Jack is extra (this is backwards in the app). There is no way to redeem the kids eat free on Sundays. The app will send you notifications all the time with offers but then there is no way to redeem them. Absolute travesty of an app, heck, it even forgets your cart after you've added burritos to it! Do yourself a favor and just get chipotle if this is the level of care they have for their customers.

The app used to work great for ordering ahead, now you can't simply reorder your previous orders. the option shows up, but doesn't work. you can add gift cards, but you can't pay for orders through the app with them. Update: 9 out of 10 times I try to order in the app, it never loads.

I normally don't bother to rate apps, especially restaurant ones, but this thing was a whole new level of *bad*. Took forever to install, let me "redeem" an award,but there was no way to apply it to an order, nor any way to copy it, then when I typed in the code .. it refused to apply it. It's been uninstalled after only a few hours. Pos, and that doesn't mean "point of sale".

The food and crew are great. However, i have reloaded the app multiple time and it downloads, I log in, and it just spins saying "Please wait a few moments". It never goes further. The grand opening coordinator can see my account properly. Roger

The updated app is terrible. It takes about 5-10 tries for it to load when trying to add an address for delivery. Not sure why the felt the need to change the app when the old version had no issues. I've decided to order at other restaurants due to how badly the experience of ordering on this app is.

Always a chore to use but it WAS the only way to order the larger size and not get charged for extra beans and rice. Never finds me and local store, even though I always order from the same one. Sometimes won't let me select add to cart and instead starts over. Don't see what rewards you have earned till after it's made, so if you get free queso, gotta edit your order and good luck with that. Love the food, hate the app
