FreeBuds Lite

The update made the battery life unstable. When I had the factory settings of the firmware, the battery performance was better. Now the buds seem to drain faster. The charges on each ear don't seem on equal amounts as well. These strange things just happened after I updated. Can we fix this?

The headset left side finally charges correctly after the firmware update! Nice work. To tell if both side is charging correctly, 1. with the case open press the back button for 2secs. 2. If it charges correctly the blue light should blink 7 times before quick blinking. 3. If it doesnt work take the pods out, place in the case again and repeat until u see the quick blink. If you are having issues with the firmware update not detecting the headset, please try to get the quick blink b4 update.

Good sound and Call Quality. For those who have latency issues, I'm not sure if it will work for you but try forgetting the device in the Bluetooth settings, Restart your mobile phone and try pairing again. It made a difference in my case and the videos seemed to be fine now.

It's been few months only and my freebuds lite is not working properly, the right side sound is bit delayed than the left one,sometimes one work while the other doesn't, showing low charge even after charging it. Waiting for an update and hoping that would fix the problem.

Disgusting product: good sound and it's only one plus, another options works didgusting: problems with microphones (people don't hear me, but they can hear all noises near by me), problems with connection ( often earphones don't wanna connect with cell phone, also they can lose connection suddenly or music can play with pauses). Definitely don't recommend this product and this manufacturer, 'cause they don't wanna solve problems with product.

audio delay all huawei users have a problem with bluetooth freebuds and all other kinds cause it has audio delay when playing games or watch youtube or netflix ot any other apps there is also a delay with sound of keyboard buttons when they are pressed. this problem exist even when i updated the freebuds this is the only problem in huawei phones. it must be solved as soon as possible

Pairing was difficult. Had to try trial and error several times. When it did pair, only the left earbud worked. So disappointing. Makes me think quality of earbuds not good because it was only given as a freebie.

the freebuds itself has a 1 second delay, and once you update it has a longer delay in sound. It is really anoying when playing games or watching youtube. pls improve the connection of the earphones, it would make life better

The recent update of the freebuds caused a delay in sound for about 1 second, which makes it very annoying when playing games or watching movies, i hope you guys fix this issue in the next update.

1 second delay in audio. Warnings of battery low when it is above 50%... Gets unpaired randomly. During calls the audio gets corrupted. This is a mess, please update your software.

too many issues that's barely solved. it doesn't pair, delay, it doesn't play on the buds even when it's already paired and the other side doesn't work. disappointing device.

I downloaded this to try to update my Free Buds Lite because it had a gross 1-2 second latency delay that was apparently a global issue with all free bud lite earphones. Anyway I downloaded this and updated the free bud lites. I can happily say there is no latency delay from the YouTube video tests I've done. Please give this a try and spread the word. -Adrian

I have problem after update sometimes the freebuds connected to the phone but when I make calls there's no sound so i have to switch it off then on and sometimes while i make call the left one stop working when i touch it will work for some seconds then stop again all this problems happen to my after I update it i hope u fix that in next update

I borrowed my mom's freebuds earlite to try and it didn't work. I installed the app thinking it would help, but after doing everything correctly it still didn't work. I tried with her phone and it worked, why? Please help.

Even after the left earpud fix my right ear bud is extremely low, causing a inaccurate battery. Please continue the support on the lite and don't just focus on freebuds 2 and 3.

The app lacks EQ setting, after update I got left buds stopped working, after research I found that clear cache and data for bluetooth setting app solved the problem and back to life , you have to mention that.

cannot connect to the freebuds. not even with the other app. not to mention the delay while watching a video. trash product.

I have never written a review about anything. This is how much I'm dissatisfied with these "earbuds". The only place where they belong is in the garbage. They either don't connect OR sometimes when they do, they stop after a minute OR one earbud just stops working. And don't get me started on their battery. And I've been reading other reviews saying the same thing... and these reviews are a year old!!! You would think that after reading the reviews, you guys would fix the problems...

After the recent update, the BT earbuds gets disconnected and i have to place the buds in the case and use it again.. its really annoying.. hope you'll fix this issue ASAP awaiting your positive response at earliest.

Last update made my freebuds worse, when I connect them for the first time they don't work together properly, I have to return them to the case and reboot them one or two times more until they work properly, please fix the issue.

Why does my earbuds gets disconnected constantly and the right earbuds has no sounds when disconnected? And the battery is inaccurate even if this was charged. Please do something.

Having issues while playing games sound delivery is delay and when you are talking in traffic area the mic focusing on vehicle sound not our sounds so our audio is not clear to other person sound quality is good and battery life is also good some technical fault is there kindly clear it thank you

After intalling the latest firmware update, I feel like the sound quality improved. The bass became stronger and treble was crispier. It improved.

0.5 second delay in audio. Especially annoying with video playback. Needs software update. Other than that,for the price, they are ok.

Good for listening to podcasts. Nothing else. The new update made the audio lag go from .75s to .50s. Still got lag. My Mi Airdots are better, unfortunately.

I love the Sound quality, but even after charging it doesn't work it get unpaired stop working only works for 5-10 mins that's it !! This is rubbish.

Sometimes it gets disconnected for no reason, even in the middle of watching a video or listening to music. Then reconnevts again after a while.

Worst earbuds I have used ever. Battery life is very bad only stay for 2 hours that's it. I have one more pair of earbuds from another manufacturer but they are the best with 12 hour battery life. Huawei should fix these buds battery life.
