Its terrible how it doesn't let you do the pre and post surveys on the app which you need to complete to be able to even enter in the first place. Please fix this issue because I just missed a live CE that i had signed up for.
can't use on my Google Pixel 3. Reading some reviews and this isn't a new problem. Compatibility issues are abound. please update the app so it can be usefull!
Would like to be able to register for classes theough the app instead of the actual website. Also there was an error message with the recent diabetes ce and it would not let me enter into the webinar. I tried several times
Can only use ap to watch Live webinars. The website is constantly down or so slow I am unable to download monographs. I can't do CE's on your website, register for live on your website, or do anything with the ap. Wish I didn't waste my money on a 1 year subscription.

When I try to download this app, it keep saying download is pending. I don't like it because I can't never get in, it's a sorry app.
I am having a terrible time. Three times I registered for a class yesterday. And three times I was told I was not registered for anything and missed all.
The app was working then stopped letting me log in. I even tried uninstalling and installing again. 👎👎
I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and have had no problems like other viewers have mentioned.
When I select "I agree, take me to class!" nothing happens. Samsung galaxy s9
won't let me log in and I paid for this. Saying password is wrong and won't work again I hate that I pay this much money and can't view my classes.

I can't join the class today at all! at 9:00 it said I wasn't registered!! I had no problems the last two days until today!! Now at 11:30 it let me in but it wouldn't let me join the class!! So what do I do??? Thank you Myra Taylor
The only button that works is "Leave Program". What a joke.

froze during live ce
The app doesn't work this year on my Samsung Edge Plus. It loads a log-on page and after entering the user name and password, it brings up a button that says Launch to launch the app but nothing happens when I press the button! I missed 2 live sessions today because of that. I also tried bypassing the app using Chrome and also Firefox but after signing in it loads the app again and nothing happens. This app worked perfect last year. I don't know what happened. I'm very computer-literate and I just can't get this to work.
No audio and no video. No buttons to even play video. Chat was nonfunctional. Downloaded 5 minutes ago and deleted immediately after this rating.
I have used the classroom app on my Samsung 8S+ in 2016 & most of 2017. It decided not to work as of about a week ago. I have called the "help desk", if you want to call them that & have been told 3 different stories about why the app is no longer working on my phone. 1st I just needed to uninstall & install again. 2nd, was to "reboot" the system. Went to Verizon to ask if I could reboot my phone & I was told if I reset my phone that it would lose everything I have personally loaded onto it. Now, I am technologically challenged, but I think that the answer is definitely NOT to reset my phone. 3rd phone call was with yet a not so friendly individual & I was told that they are aware of the problem & are working on it. Interesting, the first 2 people I spoke with said absolutely nothing about working on a "problem". So here I sit with 3 hrs short on ce credits & the end of December is fast approaching. This company needs to let us MEMBERS (yes I paid for this headache!) know what is going on & when will it be working. All I want is someone to tell me what's really going on! signed, Jean Avent
Vast improvement over the TuneIn and mobile web experience. I would love to have the touch targets on the poll questions have adjustable sizing.
I experienced the same issues as others mentioned in that after signing in, takes you back to sign-in. I too missed credits due to this. I can't always be in front of the computer so APP would be helpful if it worked!
Stop complaining, app works perfectly! As stated in the description, the app is ONLY for watching the live ce's. So, yes you have to do all the other freece funtions on the website, but once you do, the app works perfectly to watch the live ce you have scheduled for that day. Thank you for this. At least you can watch it where you want and move around instead of being tied to a desktop screen. Be happy, people. We are living in the greatest time for technology since we were licensed. Peace.
