Well a lot has been done and seamless updates have been made to the application so far. I can be sure that freedom network is working on improving the user experience of these application and both functional & non-functional requirements are been upgraded daily. Great app. 👷
I love using your app to withdraw but once it comes to airtime, bills and deposit, that's where the problem is, that's why I stopped using your pos Bcos on several occasions I sent money to my bank account so that I can go withdraw cash from the bank only to reach there and discover that the money did not drop and it takes days before it gets resolved, leaving me helpless and frustrated
The service is quite encouraging but in the aspect of break down to view ur last balance and wat has added to it just like opay does it not encouraging at all
Freedom network is good. There is no platform without its challenges. What matters is how swift such challenges are addressed. This is why I'm giving it to them. They are highly attentive to their agents and they resolve issues swiftly. Their charges are reasonable too. However, there is room for improvement.
The best app. For your point of sales POS IS VERY FAST IN ALL THE TRANSACTIONS But what you lack is loan You need to give out loan for your costumer

What is going on? over three days i deposited #12,000 NGN to someone and uptill now the person has not received it but the report was successful, only to wake this morning i could not log into my wallet, the system prompted me to update my app which i did but still the same result please you should do something fast about it because i have over #100,000 NGN in that wallet, this was i lost #15,300 NGN in this same network.
Is the android POS terminal 70,000 for just one or for how many
Freedom Network need more hands in customer services. People like Deborah Ogidiowei... She has been the one always giving the accurate feedback. God bless her from my soul. Best way is to device faster ways of solving issue. Raising dispute and spending weeks before it is attended to is not ideal. At least, withing 24-48hrs, it should be attended to with feedback. Some clients are not as easy as you think. One of this thuggish client broke my terminal when I told him deposit pending
Awesome application with minimal errors but there's need to allow users see all daily transactions instead of only last ten transactions
The App is very good ... but I have issue with my yesterday transaction...I made a withdrawal of #30,600 and #5,100 and it was approved on the receipt But the money didn't reflect on my wallet.please I need urgent solution.

Some others atm card with VISA card and MASTER card does not work on the pos terminal since i got it, it always show FUNCTION NOT SUPPORTED, but work perfect with verve atm card. Pls do something abort it. Thanks...
Very poor network .other one's is better than freedom net please upgrade your network, especially deposit section it's make me to be loss customers please and please upgrade your service oooo

Freedom is the best pos terminal
I can't use my terminal for withdrawal for three weeks now... This is not what we signed up for... Can we atleast know when this network thing will be fixed or have you guys shut down???

My services have been suspended all from yesterday 6 times my bank accounts have been changed from freedom mobile and there is no credit showing on my mobile account I have paid in one day over 300 dollars to this garbage network the computer keeps telling me the payment was not successful but actually each time I was trying to top up they debit my account 6 time shame on you this how you still money from the peoples pocket.

It has challenges which every new business faces people like Gbemisola who is always there to assist should be employed at customer service. The support group need to improve on their handling urgent problems.
Please I put in my password and it was telling me invalid credentials please what should I do I have try to reset the password
So I had over #70,000 on the app the last time I checked. Checking today when I should be having more than that amount. I found just #4,000 and there was no transaction history for how I lost my#70,000 This is the worst POS service I have ever encountered. I'm giving 1star because there is no option for zero star or minus 1million star. So I have to write my review. Bad!!!! experience
