The app has a tendency to act up where it won't let you log in which in turn makes it where you can not clock in or clock out. Sometimes you will have to restart your phone or uninstall the app and reinstall it to get to work. The newest glitch was it would let me log in from the notification. It kept coming up as "android networking error" when I tried to log in. This happened yesterday and ended up making my clock in as 30 minutes late.
the app is cool. I just don't like when I get ready to clock out, I have to uninstall just to reinstall. the multiple pics, I understand, but there are times whenn I have to take three pics just to sign in. I just received a portable charger so a dead phone won't be an issue anymore, thank you. otherwise it's a convenient app
Sad to say that the old version was better than the new it automatically takes pictures and I have to be so close to my clients face to even take the picture and heaven forbid if you're in a dark room then the flash automatically goes off right in your client's eyes I don't know whose brilliant idea that was but it needs to be fixed before some 90 year old has a heart attack cuz a bright light just went off in their eyes unexpectedly
Ughh! Keeps saying I am 500 ft or more away from my patient when I am less then a foot away. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled the app then reinstalled it, logged out and logged back in and restarted the app and nothing helps. I also made sure that location was on. Only started after update to fix location was applied.
Sweet Lord I hate this app. The pictures are invasive and my patient hates it. It never wants to work. I'm constantly having to uninstall and redownload it. Don't even get me started on the GPS function. I genuinely hate this app and the thing that angers me is this company is so dependent on something that MIGHT work if the stars are aligned just right and you make a sacrifice of a good chunk of memory space. Sheesh
This update is better than the last, but there are many glitches. The camera takes pictures before you can position yourself and when you check your email sent from Freedomcare the whole App crashes..
It took forever to download over 15 minutes with the update. The updating while ur trying to clock in sucks. It needs to update faster. I tried to clock in at 7:57am this morning and it said that I had to update before I could clock in and I'm still in the 'waiting for the download mode' it's not even actually downloading yet. It is now past 8:30am and I'm late to clock in. I'm very upset with this new update.
This app is terrible. The face recognition never recognizes my face, unless the picture is blurry.....?!?!? But let's you continue on into the app anyway. Cant log in to clock in or out 40% of the time. Not to mention the app takes forever to load. It's a hassle.
Horrible app. Constant glitches. No way to fix it's errors. We are calling in instead of using it Would rather use the post office and mail in our schedule then use this app .It said we must update app then never completes.ALways happens on a Saturday when weeks schedule needs to be sent in. Make it's creator use it when he expects to be paid promptly. FrEedom Care should ask for a refund...January 2022..update!!!.....Still won't accept clients photograph on a Medicaid cellphone .
Using this app can be irritating. Log in process at times says error. And the prices to log in repeats up to four times to the point you have to restart the app or device it's on.
Always giving face recognition error! Oh, and can not forget sitting in our livingroom and it say I am not within 500ft of the house!! I am told to put my GPS on high sensitivity, which it is. The new update is cool, but I am tired of it failing my face and saying I am not in my home! LOVE the company and my handler, they get 5 stars, app is a disgrace!
The application took 6 photos of the patient before it allowed me to log in. The facial recognition part is horrendous. I start my shift at 7am and had to take 6 pictures of the patient in her pajamas or I couldn't log in. I feel they can requests pictures better at end of shift so patient at least looks proper. This feature truly needs work.
Horrible App. Almost never lets you clock in or out for work or even just to check your schedule. Costing you both time and money. Asks for to many permissions ect. Just an over all bad experience with the app for wich is a fairly good company.
Glitchy. Sometimes not responsive. Care coordinator never picks up phone. No schedule today or for next week. Called no answer. I give zero stars if I could.
Very very slow app. with constant up dates at the most inconveant time. example, todays update took 45mins(27MB) and it would not let me sign out. These update dont let you sign in or out until the update is compleated. Thats FreedomCare?
This new app sucks! I cant login or i cant log out. The app developers dont know what the hell they are doing. I had to uninstall and reinstall. The developers should have tested before releasing it for freedomcare workers use it. I had to install this app on my tablet in order for it to work.
app always crashes and every time I log in I have to do it 5 or 10 times cause it doesn't work....they need to stop updating it so much cause its affecting the app and sometimes it don't let me log in
Every other day you have to update it they should just leave it alone. I am not the only one with a promblem about the uodates. It always signs you out all the tine instead of leaving you logged on especially if you are working & You always have to take a picture
Training feature is useless. Approximately half way through courses, app freezes and cannot complete training.
Just a few glitches. Face recognition doesn't give you time to pose for pic. Then it tells you it didn't recognize the face. Can't fix mistakes until end of schedule week.
Its almost like the apps getting worse and worse. I have a perfectly good phone and wifi and everything is fine but all my pictures are fails and won't let me sign in most of the time. Smh
Trying to complete training... getting error message an error has occurred on all that i try to click on. Uninstalled/reinstalled...but to reinstall is still pending. OMG......
I do not appreciate being forced to give the app permission to use my microphone in order to log in, for a feature I'm unlikely to use. This requirement needs to be removed, if it's necessary for telehealth then make it a requirement to use telehealth not a requirement to log in and be able to use the rest of the app.
Hi can we get a update for the app. It wont let me sign in to clockin all of sudden when i never had this problem before
Face check not working for five days. Problems with clock in , clock out and timesheet submission. Continuous login problems. Developer does not respond to email !!!! Application does not work most of the time!!!!
It won't allow me to log in and says I must update the app but it isn't showing up on the play store that there is an update! I even uninstalled it and installed it and still saying the same thing!!! This is too much
Messages force you to read them before login or logout and won't let you delete them afterwards. This is really annoying and wish they fix this.
constant redownload of app in order to function. app needs lots of work. NOT CONSISTANT N INCONVINIENT!! Update: from 1star went to 4 stars. Much better. No issues yet
I initially stated a great place to work but after todays experience, I am rescinding that review! After " update" I cannot log in! I reinstalled it 3 times! Restarted my phone as well!! C'Mon Freedom care either change your I. T. Or your going to lose good employees!!
The Freedom Care company and the CDPA program are great. However, the new version of the app sucks! There are constant issues with the app. When one issue is solved, a new issue appears. There are issues with slow loading, freezing, clocking in / clocking out and submitting visit confirmations. Not to mention the constant picture taking. I know the picture taking is for safety but this boarders on excessive. The old version was better!
