does nothing. phone didn't work for a month. decided to switch carriers and the admins on their forum was quick to agree after they couldn't help my phone make calls. i could text and data but could not make calls. now they are having trouble unlocking my phone its been over a week

This service is pure garbage. I realize one of the plans is free but most of the time something is not working right. Why should I have to spend two hours on the web troubleshooting something that I should not have to. Recent update is a deal breaker for me Bye.

Don't use this app. I was overcharged, and when I tried to get a hold of them, there was no way to actually talk to them, and even when I cancelled my account, they still took money out of my account. Not worth the effort.

Gives one a look at your installed apps. Also allows you to disable an app or even to uninstall one.

Diagnostic tools just tell you your freedom pop apps are out of date, sends you to play store page for them which show they're up to date.

The reviews are all over the place for freedompop. I can make a call about half the time. I'm starting to get tired of fooling with it.

Why is this evil megalopolis still up and running!?!? There seems to be so many SCAMMING infractions, that the FCC, or other Government-run administrative body, would have shut down FP long ago...unless the Gov't bureaucracy is as sinister as this Freaking Poop phone-y telecom company.

Needs work. 1/2 the tests don't/can't work. Maybe better for a phone purchased from FreedomPop instead of my BYOD w/their SIM. It can't resolve a persistent error ER505 that they don't know how to resolve short of uninstalling their main call/messaging app.
