Cannot find my email account, but the other FreedomPop apps can.
I really like the fact that I can take it anywhere I go. The only problem I have had so far is connecting to the private server.
Freedompop will lie to you, won't give you good customer service & steal money from under false pretenses. will be switching shortly
Even though I pay for premier it will not recognize my email. Support had not helped.
Works on one device (note edge) won't work on the actual phone I got from FP (s4) emailed support last month, still no responce. Crap app.....update, after a month it finally connected. 5 stars
Works fine. Purchased a sim card and signed up for the free trial. Then downloaded the app.
Needs some work with set up and a better app to run and control it. But it works! I use Net gear Air card, available here free to control it and no problems!
They will block you and say you have to buy it when you already did.

Keeps telling me "Cant locate my account"... When obviously i sure as hell aint paying these ppl 60 bucks ever 3 months for nothing.... Talked to support.. All they did was change my email i signed up with...

They are EXPENSIVE but I have never gotten service as great as the customer service that FP provides me with. This retooled vpn app is great. A bit pointless for mobile as the GPS is always on and telling the carrier where you are at...but no matter. It does a good job encrypting data quickly.
I use VPN on every connection outside of trusted networks. This simply service works and is much consistent than others I have used.
VPN wont connect, won't load data, initially my firewall was blocking it, now app recognizes account but features not working.
I pay $29 for nothing , can't open on galaxy mega6.3 and customer service is just not reachable, mennnnnnn that's a rest of time
I tried to connect it by switching vpn on. It says connecting but it was blank. Please fix this problem.
You have to go under your account on the Freedompop site and purchase VPN support or get the Premier pack that includes VPN and other services before it will recognize your email address. The app works great. I've been using it heavily for the last month with no issues. Surf with total anonymity.
God help you if you paid for a year of service upfront. You'll be out the money and left with a phone service so unreliable you'll wish you invested in dixie cups and string.
app won't start. keeps saying user canceled. there is no way to contact customer service.
