FreedomPop Voicemail

Extremely slow and buggy. First, creating and editing a greeting always results in an Error! - 8 message and to "check your network connection and try again". My network is fine; everything else works. I will hit the 'save' button 20-3- times and suddenly it works. Second: It keeps displaying VM's I deleted, even ones I deleted months ago. Re-deleting will clear the screen after several attempts, but the deleted messages will re-appear in a few days or weeks. Third: If someone leaves a VM, it may take up to two days for it to appear. This may have cost me an interview for a job. I really like Freedompop, but I really hate their Voicemail app. I wish I could use a different app. Samsung S6 with latest update

I gave up. i got a new phone and new service!! I only still have this because it is paid up til May. OKAY! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. FIX THIS DARN THING!!!! I JUST GOT SCREAMED AT BECAUSE I DID NOT RESPOND TO A VOIVE MAIL THAT MY BOSS SENT!!!!! Visual voicemail has been messed up for a month (more or less!) I cant pick up any of my voice mail that arrive during the day. they suddenly all come thru at once. . . sometime during the night. PLEASE fix this!!! Im going to get fired!!

Since last update, after checking voicemail then going back, the app says NO voicemails. They do reappear. It's a bug. Developers must fix that & lack of Video voicemail. Rarely is there a video VM. Why?

NOT free! Description goes on about 100% free service but as soon as you open the voicemail app, it wants you to sign up for a $2.49/mo plan. If you click Cancel, the app closes.

I have FreedomPop premium whatever it is. I went on my acct and it says I have visual voicemail. But the app will not let me access it and keeps telling me I have to buy something to get voicemail. Now I'm missing voicemails from businesses, my donations, and job interview. What the hell, FreedomPop??

Somehow I cannot open this app no matter what I Do even though I paid for the service. It is so frustrating that I may be missing important messages because of this.

This is a paid add on, however it doesn't even do the bare minimum of notifying you of a new voicemail or even a missed call...

Terrible service, does not work correctly if at all, I recommend that you go somewhere else for phone service

TERRIBLE. Most calls don't ring on my phone and don't show up here. SO MANY MISSED CALLS!

worst junk from freedom pop which receive accolades otherwise, give me regular old Voicemail like everybody else on the planet and not a scam visual vm to pay extra money for.

The app is usable. Maybe not the best, but for cheap service it's not bad.

Worst piece of junk phone company amd the absolute worst apps. Might be cheap but it costs you in headaches and over chargrs

It works okay BUT it tells me that no internet connection is detected when WiFi is enabled and won't retrieve my messages until I turn off WiFi

This App doesn't work on my HTC 510

This new July 16 2018 update seems to be working correctly now at least on my older Kyocera phone. Update: it at least lets me read and delete messages but they still show in the message count and the phone gives random alert sounds that imply there are new messages to be read when there are none. July 26 2018 update seems to have finally fixed all the bugs, Yay!

Interesting that my last review magically disappeared. New "Features": -The app tells you that you have 4+ voicemails, when you actually have none. -The app will harass you with a notification (for voicemails you don't have) randomly every 10-45 minutes. Old "Features" that they won't fix: -The app waits 5+ hours, more often 1+ days, to notify you of a new voicemail. -People have to try to leave you a voicemail because the Freedompop service regularly will not send the call to the Freedompop app on your Freedompop device. -When you open the app you can see there is a voicemail, and who left it, but the app will not PLAY the voicemail. I love the brand new feature where I have two voicemails, that I know I have because two people told me they left one, and the app gave me a notification of the two voicemails, but refuses to show them to me. Freedompop is in dire need of real developers/coders for their app library.

I actually had to change my greeting to tell people not to try and leave a voice mail. It will tell you that you have voice mail but when you enter the program, none is there. Just doesn't work at all.

Have the same problem with everyone else; it's telling me I have VM and it keeps spinning. I haven't been able to use my VM for months. I also updated to the latest version, 4/25, where freedom pop said that the bug was fixed. Guess what! It's not!!

Looks like this last update may have fixed most all problems sticking with four stars at this point due to the extremely long time to repair and voicemails have been a problem of yours for months will revised you 5 stars if it keeps working let's hope
