Had issues with this app crashing all the time on my old phone. Had to purchase new phone recently. Have had no issues with the app crashing since the phone change. Can't receive texts from short code numbers (ie: my bank). Outside of that, I don't text for business. I prefer to actually "talk" to my business clients. But texting to/from normal phone numbers does work. No issues with calling, receiving calls or call quality for me. FYI.... I don't think the app shows a call log for incoming calls, only for outbound calls made through the app. Incoming call log would be shown through the number that your're forwarding to. I use Google Voice for my 2nd phone number. So I see the inbound call log there when FreedomVoice forwards an inbound call.

Having trouble making out going calls. I can text and receive calls but it will not allow me to make outgoing calls. Please help. Update 4/19/22 This app is getting worse and worse as I try to deal. Now can't send or receive text messages or make calls.

Can not use any of the features reliably yet. Every time I want to aend a message i have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Very annoying process.

Update: App is working, but not without bugs. I can't seem to send texts now. Other random system glitches. Not been the best experience. Am receiving calls and texts, but can not call out or respond to text. I didn't ask to pay for a beeper service.

Go Daddy did not purchase app just the phone service. Their support email says to use the app at your own risk. It is not supported. Godaddy closing Freedom Voice and will move all customers to their phone system. Not all features will be available. Price subject to change. Users will be required to have a Godaddy account.

On sprint with Note 10+. After OS update app wont work. Laggy to launch and when you try to dial put it crashes. App was not always very stable. If it wasn't for its very low price, I would be elsewhere.

This app is brutal at times. It works, but.... I have to re-login sometimes 3 times a day - while I'm in the middle of using it!!! It's the only app I have to log in to at all let alone 3 times a day on my own phone. Next texting sucks. Sometimes it takes closing and reopening the app a couple times just so I can get to the texting tab which I use for business more than the phone. And sometimes it won't even text.. just "something went wrong".. And you can't copy the text , to reopen and paste

This app has not been updated by a developer for a while despite the continued reported issues. Do not waste your money! Freezes and Crashes Constantly - logs you out randomly.Does not show # of callers in history/ recent calls - you would have to go online and wait for it to upload while hoping you know which number you're trying to identify as the right missed caller. Little things like copy and paste on the call pad nonexistent. You have to deny the contacts app permission to help with some of the crashing, which makes it an inconvenience to quickly access or identify which client/ customer you want to contact quickly. Time stamp on missed calls are 3 hours off? Voicemails Automatically go to trash. It's not enough to have good Customer Service, which they do, they just don't have a product to back them up.

When redialing through the add it fails, you are only successful if you type in the number again. Whenever I go to recent and click a number I wish to redial, only the area code is dialed and the call fail, please fix.... otherwise, great app. ***Update*** That issue was resolved thank you. However, whenever you send a text message, there is no way to delete them, tons of massages I cannot delete. Please Fix this Issue

JUST FIX IT!!! Like many other users, I need to see missed and received calls in the Recent list. It only shows outgoing calls placed. The continual crashes are not acceptable! The delayed voicemail and incorrect time stamp is not acceptable either. The theory is great! But the execution has failed! JUST FIX IT!!!

The app doesn't work half the time. It also doesn't allow for picture text message. If these issues are not corrected soon(within the month of March 2022) I will have to move on to a better service for my business. It is too unreleased.

These issues are on both android and apple.. App crashes every time it opens. Have to restart it several times before it will open. Slow response in use. Texting feature does does not allow you to delete and gets a ton of spam. Texting feature notifications do not work on iPhone. Very disappointing app.

It's "okay", but need work. Calling is fine and all - however, the text message list won't load. I can text, and receive. But, if I close the message, I have no way of getting it back. Update: Service is okay. Calling and stuff works fine. Texting is okay. Would be better if I could receive our send pictures.

Have been using this service and app for several years. It went downhill when godaddy bought it. In the past if someone called and did not leave a message their phone caller id was recorded in the recents log. That is no longer true. I am sure I have missed a ton of business because I can't respond to missed calls like I used to. As others have mentioned it also no longer opens on the first try. I have to try at least 3 times to access the app to check message or voicemail.

This app sucks! It keeps loading and loading. When it finally connects; it closes. This really needs to be fixed. Find another company to host this app or something. Once I begin texting my customers, it was a good thing. Now I'm starting to lose customers... ugghh! Please fix this app. Or make the features available on a computer!

Constantly shows an error message, freezes sometimes when loading and the text and VM featurer have a lot of issues. The service is good, but the app needs work.

The app is horrible, can't send or receive text half the time, calls sometimes don't go through. Have to restart my phone multiple times per day for app to work.

I have set up 2 accounts & can not retrive them via website or through this app. It keeps saying account can not be found. I signed up & added a credit card to this, this is not acceptable. I need to access my account now please. One of them I need to cancel thats why I made another but the same thing is happening.

Absolutely no notification from the app when there's voicemail. Try to locate a new unopened voicemail and if your lucky you might find it in the trash section of the app otherwise it won't show it or give you access to it at all.

This is the worst system ever. It never shows missed calls, some times you can't view text messages, and some you can't even get in the app because the server is unavailable. Just all around a trash service.

I have used this app for years. I love it for the simplicity and they seem to be working out the glitches. Great pricing. I keep checking for updates and that has been helping as the developers work out some of the issues. I just didn't need something so complicated for my needs

Crashes every couple of days, forcing the app to be uninstalled and then requiring more time to reinstall. It is not well supported. The reviews averaging 2.5 Stars speak for themselves. Clearly the developer or company are not serious about post-sales service support. The application was last updated in November of 2019. This is obviously just an attempt by GoDaddy to gain your monthly service fee until they milk the product enough that they shut the service down.

Inferior quality. After you open the app, it closes automatically and you have to open it again and again to get it to work. Someone with half a brain could've at Ka least tested it to see if it even works.

Horrible experience. It constantly closes when trying to use it. And the text list doesn't load. I miss quite a few conversations due to the inadequate quality. INCREDIBLY disappointing.

Was working great. Constantly logs out of account when doing anything to connect to the server. Phone calls, retrieving messages, etc all log out of the app.

Have called several times last week. The system continues to crash when trying 2 male a phone call

This app and online service is really horrible. If I miss a call I cannot find out who that call came from. That makes no sense so now my clients think I'm ignoring them when freedom voice just doesn't register who called you. I may just be porting my number to another phone service. I can't believe how ridiculous this service is. Completely hurting my business when I got the service to help my business. Think before you buy and on another note. You'll be on hold for at least 30 to 45 minutes

I haven't been able to use my app for over a month. I talked to customer service twice and no help at all. I'm waiting now for someone to contact me again. I'm unable to make calls, text, or send faxes. This is ridiculous I'm currently looking for another company to use because I'm not paying for something that's never going to work. I wanted to rate 0.

Half way works. I have to close all applications and go back into the app to get it to work. When I'm in it it's ok, but when I stop using it in between calls for a few minutes, there's a huge delay in getting it to work again.

I really want to love this app as much as I love the price for the service, but I rarely get to use the app. It is constantly stopping and I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work for a few calls. This is ridiculous. I'm seriously considering canceling our service because I need to be able to use the app. This is critical for my business. Please fix this issue.
