Free trial requires bank details, which charges you for a subscription at the end. If you cancel before the trial ends, you lose all benefits immediately, rather than expiring when the payment is due. The user interface was not clear on how to cancel the membership. Customer service would not cancel it for me and refused to refund the payment. Feels like a dirty tactic into tricking users who want to trial into paying a subscription.

App crashes terribly and it is frustrating that after clearing caches and cookies thesame problem still persist. It crashes all the time and takes forever to launch and load a new page and often stops the entire functioning of my phone whenever it stops responding. It's a terrible experience for an android user like me.

It works well however, the payments with the milestones and the releasing can get confusing. The app will ask you if you want to create milestones even though you've already finished creating them (I guess in case you want to add some new milestones).

Everything functions except an incredibly vital feature. Bookmarks. A time saving feature that is somehow implemented, yet with out a way to actually view them. Time is money that can't afford to be wasted.

Freelancer have a good name in the market but the user interface is unexpected below average. They don't have much options on the application and everytime a new window opens. This new window cannot be opened on chrome. The customer service is worse. They will always answer once in 24 hours. Untrained staff who have little knowledge of how freelancer operates. The user interface for complaints is also not friendly. I have handsome experience with other freelancer platforms but it is worst.

One of the most used platform in the world, surprising to see such low quality interface and machanisms. This app didn't even shows a mobile oriented page. Just shows the same pc web layout with so many lags and slowdowns.

Great App. Now freelancer developers improved a lot of things and it's super fast and easy to use but still need some improvements in terms of setting and other static sections. Right no if we are clicking on settings, withdraw, Transactions, support and few other sections it's taking us on native view of web freelancer web page which need to be fixed and should open under the app only. 4 star due mentioned issues

No matter what I have tried, none of the photos I try to upload for my profile will upload! I have tried wifi, mobile data, etc. Nothing works. I've gotten the required sizes right, and it's 1.99 mb or lower (2 as max), but nothing loads. I'd love to use this app more, but I can't accept jobs without a PFP, but that won't load.

This app is terribly slow and unusable as a result of it. It is very disappointing to see how a platform that provides professional freelancers, including UX designers and app developers, is not able to develop a working and reliable app for themselves. As mush as I like the platform, the app takes ages to load, it is very slow, and unusable as a result of it.

As a freelancer, when you connect your bank to be eligible for withdrawals, they will forcibly withdraw between $1-$2 from your bank into your account with them as a "test". Then, when you want to make a withdrawal to get that money back, you can't because you must withdraw at least $30. Do the same thing for a million people, and it becomes a complete scam. Stay away from this app. EDIT (response to developer): I never received said refund.

The app is awfully slow.... I've been trying to open it but all it shows is the logo and after that, a white blank page. It takes forever to load!

This app has been fraustrating since the last few updates. After updating the app on my phone, it still kept crashing "Unfortunately, Freelancer has stopped". I cleared app data, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app back, yet still getting the crashing response. I could only use web which is not so prompt showing new job postings. Kindly visit the app backend and fix all possible bugs before this app gets all 1 star rating from it users.

It's very slow lazy to lodging. Should freelancer work on it. I try freelancer on laptop and mobile app, app is much slower than laptop. Which should not to be happened. I request developer make it faster, sometimes it takes 1 minute or above. Not very happy on it.

After new updates provided on March 8, 2022, this app could not be opened anymore! This app deserve no star! Unusable! Slow, laggy, always show pop up Update after updating apps. Unvisible! Always white area! Finally unusable apps. Worst apps I ever seen. Everytime whenever I opened this app, it suggesting update again and again after uninstalling and reinstalling, no change have been seen except the white screen and suggestion for updating!!

When I'm logged onto the app, it functions efficiently but if I close the app and try reopening, it fails to open and only the logo is on display. This has made me uninstall and install the app repeatedly, I hope it gets fixed.

*UPDATE:I stopped using the app but saw you post so reinstalled it I just downloaded and installed the app again but problem does not resolved. Every second client is a fraud/scammer, violating every rule of the website, almost everyone who reverts back either ask to message on WhatsApp or email. Many of them keep asking for security fees before starting the project which is again a scam too. I lost ₹80,000 to a fraud client from this website. I've already filed multiple complaints with all necessary evidences and photos but still at the end, all they ask is to be more specific. So users, better be careful and stay away from this app.

I've installed the app on my Tab as it won't let me access Freelancer via Chrome. All I get is a white screen with the logo. Guess I'll have to just keep using my laptop. It says that 'the app may not be optimised for my device' but I'm using a fairly modern Samsung tablet

I am very much disappointed by this aap . The credentials they are requiring are not normally required. Also I have paid my security and bidding value , now they are not accepting my details . Please figure it out or refund me my money . Now they are asking me to pay the project value , it's like a scam for me , the amount which must be paid to me, they are demanding the same from me , despite of giving all the information , I didn't get my payment , and had a huge loss.

Hi, I have very frustrating experience with this app. I posted a project in a hope to get a freelancer to develop a website for my new business, but my account was deactivated during my work, after several attemps in order to provide me a reason for deactivation and or refund my money , they neither provide me clearification and nor refund me. They only wrote everytime that I voilet the terms of reference. I lost all my moneys and the time I invest.

After update it's comes with lots of issues..sometime it's doesn't shown the contents. Push notification doesn't work.. suggest you to use an app UI rather than using web UI.. it's too slow..

I installed the app on my Android Samsung A11, and it is in another language. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it is still in another language I cannot read it. The job postings are all in English but nothing else on the app is in my native language. I will give five stars after I get this corrected.

Bismillah .First of all life changing platform. ( App is performing perfect but I saw in app my reviews are appearing late and also same issue with portfolio, perfect messanger, perfect notifications, perfect, no lagging or hanging in new updates)

I really like the service. A few parts of the website aren't integrated into the app itself; they open in a built-browser. It would be nice if they were better integrated. But overall, very good

I've already paid for the project, but when I release the payment to the freelance the money got deducted AGAIN from the bank and it's showing nothing in the deposit section. I thought this was a professional app. But am Highly disappointed that an app offering high level freelance service having so much bugs and took my 180CAD AGAIN which I've already paid for.

The new update is horrible.. lags without any apps open in the background even on my Redmi 9 when previously it worked just fine.

The app never opens smoothly, most of time it just crashes, althought I already reinstalled it multiple times. Please help to get this matter sorted.Thanks.

App keeps on loading it doesn't start , even if i go via google chrome it takes me back to app then it does the same thing of not loading the app even if I uninstall the app and re install it does the same....

The client in here are scamers. Asking money after completing the task. After that not able to contact them. I lost my money and time here for nothing. Very worst. First of all filter those scamers and then run the app. Very disappointed

App is open very slow and also not getting every message notification, some time got but some time not got. I am facing problem with that. Please fix it
