The API of FreeNAS 9.2 (and earlier) is different, so there are a couple of limitations when using that version:
- The server version isn't available, so it is just shown as 9.2 or earlier.
- Jails can't be started/stopped
- Volume storage is not the sum of all datasets. It is the same on the Web GUI.
On FreeNAS 9.10 starting and stopping a plugin currently doesn't work, which is an bug in FreeNAS. I have reported it and will keep an eye on their progress towards fixing it.

Open source? Not yet, but I am strongly considering open sourcing this app. It depends on the support I get from you guys :)
Why is it not free?Because I don't have that much time for development in my spare time and this is an attempt to save a little for a FreeNAS build :)
FreeNAS 10?Yes, it will be supporting FreeNAS 10, but the server API is not finished yet (FreeNAS feature #10687).

Has worked very well for freenas multiple versions in the past few years. Power controls (WOL, reboot, power off) worked extremely well so far. I moved on to truenas core since freenas is deprecated. Power off control stopped working.
Looks great and what is there works well. Personally I lament that all the diagnostics are missing, e.g. I can't check on disk temperatures or similar, but I suppose everyone will always have a "favorite" missing feature.
Nothing as simple as a save button when adding a new server. The only way I could get to save the current was to use the option menu to add another one then trash the next new one. It should be so silke there is no way I'm missing how to save, but I am. App breaking oversight.
App used to work fine with freenas. With update to truenas, app does not work anymore. Please provide support with truenas for this paid app. Update : Thanks for the quick response. After selecting 11.2+ in settings the app communicates with truenas.
What's the purpose of this app? It gives no option to save the server information once you type it in. You have to type it in every time you use it and all it does is take you to a web page in chrome.
Mmm..pretty empty .. missing services. 'fetching alers' forever, that'd be so cool to show these in freenas 11.3. can't in/lock drives which don't require password in UI. Hope enhancements will come
Buggy. Crashes opening disk menu, and most other menus are blank. Working with a fresh install of freenas 11.3.
Dear developers, this is good application, became even better with recent update, but there are some features which also expected, like ability to manage services and https support for jails and plugins (FreeNAS-11.3-U4.1, using iocages). Thank you
I'll give it 5 stars for having no ads. But, update it to work with truenas scale, please. Disregard, it DOES work with scale. Very nice app. Looks great!
The app was fine till FreeNAS 11.3. After upgrading to TrueNAS core it stopped working. Only can view Jails. Nothing else works. Maybe enable API access to support 2 factor authentication.
Not a lot of usable features for a paid app. What it has is done well but constant crashes accessing disk information caused me to refund and uninstall

As others have said could look better and have more features. I will keep it in hope the developer puts in the work to improve the app.

For my use case does exactly what i need. I wanted to be lazy and lay in bed to check the volume / disk usage of my freenas from my phone. This app let's me do eaxctly that plus a little more. Also like that it shows me any alerts.
I'm in doubt about this app, it looks kinda weird, especially for it being paid. But that's not very important if it would be done well otherwise. However, a lot of functionality isn't provided. Jails, VMs, plugins, Cron Jobs, Rsync etc all are read only, or provide basic options like "run task" the web UI of FreeNAS isn't really usable when on mobile, but this isn't a good alternative either. but for a quick look on the disk usage it's okay.
