Since 2 months i am not able to call at any number. I emailed more than 10 times since two months but i haven't get any reply yet. I even call customer service number but they always say to email. I have automatic payments they have been taking $10 every months but no service. Customer service is worst. Now i have told bank to block the transaction from freerange.
They took my payment, sent a text and 3 email of confirmation of my payment. I was able to make one call, then 6 hours later I received 2 email stating my payment failed! Spoke to a rep and he stated it was is a banking issue! And still no service. Very angry! Up till now I have had no issues. Please fix this.
26 days it worked ok till I bought the $5.00 for extra time. Now my account does not work and I can't even use the FreeRangeMobile cell phone number I subscribed to and can't use the other $5.00 I paid for. I contacted their support using their phone number and also by email. I got no response from the support emails I have sent yet and my cell phone number I purchased subscribed to will expire in 2 days meaning I will lose the cell phone number that I paid for but it does not work anyways now. When I telephoned each day for the last 4 days I got the same response each time saying we will contact the tech support and get them to fix it but they never did fix it. I would not even rate this with one star.
This app deserve no star. I tried to buy a month plan using my debit card but it didn't work even after more than 10 trials. What a waste if time and data... Mschewwww 😒😒😒
This is worse app ever. I've cancelled the service and uninstalled the app and they still charge my account every month. Around $40 down the drain since I dropped em.
It is not up to standard.One of the problem is the history of text,it dosen't show that.I think they can do better

I bought a subscription at a store so I have a receipt and I tried to register and DONT WASTE YIUR MONEY THIS APP IS A SCAM!!! On the receipt there is several set of numbers tried them all and they wanted a credit card bc they will bill be every 30 days I already paid $7 for 30 days subscription SCAM SCAM SCAM I want my money back or my 30 days that I paid for I will be posting your SCAM on social media trustpilot FB anywhere I can warn people from getting ripped.off by you Give me my 30 days

D app installed perfectly but its not openning. Its been loadimg for about 4-5 minutes now.

I just registered and paid for the large service and received a phone number. I tried to make a call to 2 different friends of mind that were standing beside me. It rang their lines and when they answered they heard only music. I looked on my phone and it said on hold. I pressed the button to take it off of hold and no change at all. It continue to play music. This app is a rip off and fraud. I am going to do a charge-back with my credit card company to get money back from this company.
