You always have to login into the app... Not working without internet even if you don't want to charge anything. And many other bugs
Needs a back button! I can accomplish some things, like see a list of tours I've booked, but to do another thing, i have to kill the app and restart it.
I have confirmation email but tour guide, Luis, did not show up for tour on February 20 at 9 am in Antigua, Guatemala. I waited until 9:20. Bad start for his reputation.
Horrible app and company. I booked a tour and the guide never showed up. I tried messaging on Facebook, on the app, and sending emails and have never received a response or any support. I've been waiting and still haven't received my deposit back. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
The app asked for an update. When I pressed "update" it said there's no internet connection. I "tried again" for several times, same message. Everything was fine with both wifi and mobile data. Uninstalled.
The application is buggy! When I click on a tour it opens not that your but the one I viewed most recently. I don't know how such stupid and obvious bugs find their way to become public.
This is what I needed. Amazing tours, good material. The app works great, no crashes or bugs so far. 5 star! :)
App crashes when I click on any specific tour (on Kiev). All the reps ask for a review as it helps build the companies, but how can you if the all doesn't even serve its purpose!
The best City Tour booking app that there is. Enough said. If you are in Europe and not using this, you are missing out.

I am waiting for a free tour that I booked and that was confirmed. Guy doesn't show up. I read the reviews.. The guy didn't show up since beginning of 2020. Great. What a useless site and app. Can't even report him. No chance. More people will wait for that scum

Its so dump app. I hate this app. Its just a time wst for every one.
The web works horribly. I closed my profile as a guide years ago, but it still appears as available to users and I keep getting complaints from users because I didn't show up. Worse even, the ad for the tour is the first result if you look me up on Google. I can't even contact you through my old account because it doesn't exist anymore, so there is literally an ad with nobody on the otherside.
