Freja eID

It worked perfectly. I even have Freja ID+. But now everything i click gives me error 0. Nothing works.

Anywhere i click makes an error message to pop up. Even my COVID certificate not opening. My app is up to date but nothing can be done. I can no also login to any website through freja

Can be buggy in the à way that it needs to be closed and reopened again other than that perfect

Hi, I am trying to download my Covid certificate but everytime it shows error. I have to travel but I got stuck due to this issue. Even I contacted through email but nobody helped me. Please I need urgent help.

Broken. App currently won't allow me to get Freja eID Plus (the whole reason for even downloading the app) or where to go to confirm my identity within my region. The app is broken. No "Plus" button as promised, no functionality with 1177 beyond infinite loading screens, no ability to upgrade to "Plus" even within the web page. I liked that I could press my ID for musical notes, but I'd recommend just getting a piano app instead for that.

I didn't even finish half the process of setting up this app (the multitude of validation steps). It's definitely burdensome, only to replace my identification card limited to a few situations. Update: I never said your product was anything else. But it simply does not have enough coverage to be functional, and would just be another rarely used app in my phone. However if eID one day could replace my driver's license completely? That's worth a second look.

Iam sorry to say I was completely disappointed with the application. It failed me twice. I could not use it in the polise station and the same in PostNord.

Modern, easy, and intuitive way to register and start using the application. Quick physical verification for eID+ at ATG shop (was expecting to have to explain what this whole thing is, but there was no need, 30 seconds adventure in out). Works well!

Experience was really bad due to not even being able to use the app. "Error code 0" keeps popping up and it tells me to restart the app every time i try to access my ID.

Worst app ever! After took a picture, app gave me Error code 1000 and turns off. No explanation or help. Have to re-start everything from step one. Spent 1 hour to try to use it total failure!

GAME CHANGER! As someone living in Sweden without a BankID, there are so many things you can't do. I was so excited when I discovered this! There were problems registering because my ID type was rather unique. I emailed back and forth with customer service a while until the CIO called me directly and we figured it out together.

Well...everything smooth until the uploading of documents. I got 2 Swedish ones but apparently there's an error every time. Great job achieving another one star, I hoped it was bad luck.

Okay so I live in Sweden and this was recommended because I have no bank id and it is meant to be foreign id friendly so I got verified but then found out I can't even do the basic stuff like pick up mail because the QR code is not scanning and it asks for personal number and apart from that everything is all frejaplus nowhere on the website does it say you need bank id or personal number in fact it advertises that it is foreign people friendly but I can't even use the basic services!!

The only app I found that does not work with the Android 12 beta. (I see this as a warning sign for an unsecure application. You should implement security measures that works well regardless what platform you are running on)

After taking photo of ID and selfie to verify the app just closes and wont allow me to open again. Constantly having to uninstall and reinstall as it refuses to open once closed.

Useful app and profesional support! Made my life easier. If you get stuck at some step just ask and you get help. I recomand Freja E Id plus. It is free also.

Now i wont be able to work cuz i have to logg in via freja eID and they wont accept me as myself, this is stupid. Should i call the police and let them know that they gave me the wrong passort!?!?

You claim that my email address (which contains a + char) is invalid, tell your Devs to read and understand RFC822, even @ is a valid char multiple times in an email address but needs special handling, also the local part of an email address IS case sensitive, which many seem to miss or totally ignore.
